Nord EST Hôtel exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect for our needs, in between train journeys from and to the north and east train stations. The leafy front courtyard is a welcoming first impression. The staff were super efficient and helpful. Our room was tastefully decorated, very clean and quiet, overlooked an internal courtyard making it feel more spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, very relaxing not having to search the streets outside for somewhere to go.

We loved the building - so tranquil and cool. The air conditioning was great, the room was a good size, and the staff were calm, courteous and competent! The location was great - less than 400m from olboth the nearby train stations. There was a lovely garden in the front of the hotel and courtyards within the hotel, and the elevator was a good size for paris.

There were a couple of small items in the room that were broken, and some may not like the 8 steps or so to get to the front door.

Let’s just say my stay for three from October 18-20, 2023 has been an unforgettable one for sure! The Nord Est Hotel was a great choice to pick based on location it was near the train station, near the local train system, delicious restaurants, and still felt safe walking around late at night. Lobby staff available as well 24 hours daily and we were always welcomed back to our hotel room in a very friendly manner. The triple room was spacious based on average sizes of the hotel rooms in Paris, clean, and provided with basic necessities. The bed itself was very comfortable leaving you wanting for not. And the hotel itself has central AC/Heat which is hard to come by there! After we checked out, they accommodated our request to keep our bags at the hotel and kept them safe to enjoy our last day in Paris. They are also honest! I didn’t realize until I was physically leaving the country that I had forgotten my wallet in the safe. They were able to thankfully find it for me and helped to make sure it would get back safely in my hands. I am truly thankful to your staff! 10/10 I would recommend Nord Est Hotel.

The location is very near Gare de Nord and Gare de Est, so we arrived at the hotel very soon after our arrival. The staff were very friendly, helpful and hospitable, during the booking and our stay. The room, whilst small was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was very helpful being able to leave our bags at the hotel on our last day as we continued to explore Paris and pick them up on our way home. I would recommend whole heartedly.

The perfect location within walking distance of many important places, not in the least both Gare du Nord and Gard de l'Est is a definite plus, as is the friendliness of the personnel who did everything they could to help us, in various languages, I might add, which is unusual in France. The room itself was perfect as well, located at the back of the building and therefore utterly quiet and ideal for a perfect night's rest after many miles of walking about the city. In short, a perfect stay and highly recommendable.

The property was ideally situated near Gare du Nord, clean rooms with comfortable beds. The decor was pleasant and staff extremely friendly and pleasant at all times. The room was spacious enough, clean and comfortable.

You could hear everything in the hallway and nearby rooms. This was not particularly an issue other than once or twice hearing people coming and going.

The breakfast was very handy and delicious :). The staff were also incredibly helpful and accommodating, with the free luggage storage being a very great help.

The only issue we had was that the shower head seemed a bit loose, so would continuously fall down, resulting in just holding it with my hand. But other than that it was really lovely.

I loved the staff and the welcoming nature of the place. The location is very near to many good coffee places and supermarkets

In 4-5 days that we stayed in, the bathroom was getting barely cleaned up and some of the doors to the rooms were hard to close so you would have to slam the doors

We needed a hotel close to the primary train station since we wanted to immediately leave our luggage and get to an event. This was ideal. The staff was incredible and the hotel was charming. It's on a quiet street off the main boulevard. It was a quick walk. The room was very good, we slept soundly and felt rested and ready to go. I loved having a garden at the entry. The cafes nearby were fun. Highly recommend the hotel.

This hotel appeared like a little oasis on the street! What a sweet place! The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions. Another couple in our group was on the floor above us and it was a nice surprise to find the lift since that hadn’t always been our experience. The room had enough space for our luggage and the bed was comfy. We loved the little courtyard to gather and eat our lunch which we purchased elsewhere. The hotel’s breakfast was a great bargain and delicious. And it was actually quiet for sleeping which we weren’t expecting near Gare du Nord. A perfect, affordable place for our last night in Paris!
