The staff was warm and helpful. The hotel is walking distance to The Louvre, les Champs-Elysees, Bourse du commerce,... The Metro is 2 minutes away. Plenty of Bristros, boulangeries, stores in the neighborhood

Just one night in Paris and this hotel was great! The room was lovely, clean, fresh and just had a really nice feel. It was comfortable and suited our family needs. We also enjoyed the breakfast which was a last minute addition that we are very glad to have added! A stand out for us were the staff, they were extremely friendly and helpful :)

Probably a little far from the attractions we were visiting and the lift was tiny which made carrying luggage a bit arduous but it wouldn't stop me from staying again!

The breakfast buffet was good. It had a wide variety of choices. The front desk staff was professional and helpful. The remodeled shower had strong water pressure, had both a rain head and hand nozzle. It was also a decent size.

The hot water heater was not working sometimes. Fortunately, it wasn’t off for very long. The hotel staff was extremely responsive and tried to promptly fix the problem each time.

The hotel is located in an excellent place, close to the bus station and the metro. There are many restaurants and patisseries nearby. The rooms are bigger than the usual in Paris. The stuff were amazing!!! Helpful and kind.

On Saturday night there was noise from the street until 2:00 am, perhaps better to ask for a room that doesn't face the street.

Friedly, welcoming hotel, very clean, nice (but small) room, good bed, functional and clean bathroom. Very friendly personnel. Attractive location, with good bars and restaurants around. Fast and stable WiFi.

Well, the room was rather small (that is normal for Paris) and the rate was high (probably due to the rugby world championship). Rather loud if you slep with open window. Parking offered in a close-by garage is also quite costly.

Everything! We booked this hotel very last minute and honestly we loved this hotel so so much! The location was just right: very central, nearest metro (2 mins away) and right in front is one of the tastiest patisserie cafe. In terms of room, everything was very clean, beds were comfy and bathroom was stunning. Coming back to the hotel for a hot shower was lovely. Staff were so welcoming and helpful, and we were able to leave our back in a secure locker before checking in and after checking out. This hotel was beyond what we were expecting and we can’t wait to come back again.

The hotel seems to be founded a long time back -16 th century noted and renovated to this era , location was good since it’s near to Paris City Centre attractions, nice bistro nearby , Strasbourg denis metro is only a few minutes walk , friendly reception desk , family friendly hotel I believe with good housekeeping team and a healthy menu in breakfast thought not Great in variety .

A bit expensive, may be they charge for it’s location in la Marais , but please look for deals in booking com as price keep changing , I was lucky I could get a good deal near the arrival check in date , cancelled and rebooked again , overall a safe and homely stay along with family/ kids

I loved this hotel! Excellent location, beautifully decorated and clean rooms, very helpful staff and the option to enjoy a reasonably priced breakfast with lots of choices. Close to shops, excellent restaurants and a Metro station. Fabulous for exploring Paris. Superb air-conditioning. Highly recommended - I hope to stay here again.

Only one criticism: on the final night the phone in my room rang just after midnight. I was asked if I knew anything about someone throwing rubbish from a hotel room into the street. I didn’t. The gentleman told me they would check the security cameras. I was unnerved by the experience and didn’t sleep well. Perhaps staff could communicate differently if such a circumstance occurs again.

A great hotel, in an excellent location and with extremely courteous service. A minute's walk from a central metro station, and a variety of restaurants and cafes a few meters away. The service at the hotel is exceptionally excellent, everyone we met at the reception was perfectly nice, courteous and willing to help as much as needed and all with a smile. The room is clean, well equipped and has everything you need. Good and fresh breakfast. A 3-star hotel and you don't need anything more, we will be very happy to return!

The hotel is situated a 2 minute walk from the closest metro which connected 2 main lines even on that goes straight to the Trocadero. The food around the area is great (Italian, Vietnamese, African) and there's a Franprix around the corner for snacks and food. The hotel had friendly and welcoming staff, and whenever you leave the hotel you leave the room key with them (thought it was weird at first but actually its comforting knowing I wouldn't lose the key). The staff was also accommodating to get us a view where we could see the sunset/city. The daily buffet is actually decent for the intro price but I would save money and get something at Bo & Me usually. The elevator broke down once for a few hours but was quickly repaired. The room walls are on the thin side but its an old building so, nothing much can be done. The beds could be more comfortable but eh. The bathroom was huge in my room, so very much appreciated especially in Paris. Overall I would come back and stay here!
