The hotel has just been completely renovated (mid-2023), at this stage everything is brand new and beautifully designed. If you can get a room on one the top floors (7th or 8th) facing the park, the view is exceptional as the hotel stands taller than most Parisian buildings, with many of the top central attractions visible from there. And if you can't, it is in any case very well located, in a central yet quiet area (walking distance to top neighbourhoods, and just next to a metro station).

The flip side of getting a room on the top floor was that the water pressure was extremely low. Not a major issue as this was a short stay, but it could become really annoying after a couple of days.

Beautiful hotel, in a great location, walking distance to many restaurants and bars and metro. Also, close walk to Bo & Me, an outstanding boulangerie. The staff is top notch, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned meticulously each day, making a joy to come back to the room at night.

This is minor, however, the pillows are really big (fat :). Also we got a suite (family of 4), however the placing of the toilet (not in the bathroom with shower... it's in the "additional room" is less than ideal since for a family of 4, to access it, you have to go by those sleeping on the pull out couch to make it to the toilet. However I want to reiterate these were two tiny inconveniences as the hotel is amazing and the staff was truly exceptional!

Bed was exceptionally comfortable, airco was working well. Room was spacious enough for one and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was not extremely varied but of very good quality, much higher than average, except for the fruit salad. Position was super! Halfway arrondissement 1 and the stations. Interiors are very well curated and bright, I wish I could have spent there more time.

Ceramic mugs in the room instead of paper cups would have been appreciated. The view of the park from the first floor does not really justify paying more: surely higher floor might be worth the price.

The staff were excellent and helpful. The location is great and only about 100 foot from Reamur-Sebastopol station. I also like the fact that they had umbrellas as it was raining and I didn’t bring one with me from London.

The room size was small about 15sq meters, there was no mini bar in the room, no welcome bottle of water. I also couldn’t sleep on the pillow as it was really high, more like a cushion than a pillow.

I didn't actually try the breakfast, but I took a look at the selection and it looked good. You can't get a breakfast at any cafe around a corner for less than$24. It's just a matter of where and how you want to feel.

The bed was a bit small for an old couple like us, but comfy enough. For me personally the pillow was the problem. It was too big and hard.

Great location! The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Beds were comfy and the rooms were cleaned daily in the morning while we were out! Loved the balcony view.

Would like a free coffee option in the lobby or an easy quick espresso machine in room. Small fridge for water, drinks would also be nice.

Brand new hotel in excellent location. They are working out all the kinks to make things perfect. I would highly recommend.

Excellent location in the le Maraid area, huge variety of food options close by. The room was super comfortable and nicely decorated and the staff were excellent and extremely welcoming, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful renovated hotel in the Marias with really lovely staff and service. Highly recommend.

Would have liked a simpler breakfast option as the full buffet is expensive for those that don’t eat a lot.
