good hotel. clean room and toilet.

they charged me an extra night over a night as security deposit which was not at all necessary and i have never come across something like this. Still the money is not credited back to my account.

Me and my friends stayed here for three nights and it was a lovely stay. The location of this hotel is great! It's just few minutes to many nice restaurants around the area, bus stop and metro station. They have some lovely bakeries across, so it was very helpful to pass by there before we had to go for long journeys. The space of the room was alright as it is expected in most european cities especially we are in the center of Paris. Speaking of that, you can see the Eiffel tower from the hotel. Although we were not able to have the room with the Eiffel tower view, you can still see it as you walk out to get to the metro. We also appreciated the fact that our room was cleaned daily. That really gives a plus, especially when you had a long day!

The only negative I would say is that the room had a smelly odor. It was similar to a smelly shoe. We are not sure why, however, once we stayed longer in the room, the smell wouldn't be as strong. Also, the safe lock was not working. We asked the receptionist regarding it and he said there is nothing they can do. So we instead kept our valuables in one of our locked luggages. Another thing is that since the hotel is quite small, and our room was near the lift. You could hear the lift's movement at night. It was okay though as when you're tired you wouldn't really have noticed it.

Great service from pleasant staff at the front desk, especially Noa. The cozy front lobby is a beautiful space. The hotel is very clean throughout. The location is in a safe residential area and 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Dupliex metro is about 5 min walk . There are a number of restaurants in the area & a convenience store around the corner. We came across a nice Chinese restaurant late one night, and the food didn't disappoint.

As expected, the room is small, but with a little redesigning, I believe luggage can be stored under the bed for easy retrieval or in place of the desk. Our bathroom shower gel dispenser was not filled during our 2 night stay.

The hotel was great, it met all our basic needs and more, it's also near the Eiffel tower which we really enjoyed. What was amazing for me and my wife, was the friendliness and the assistance from the reception. For example, we had an unfortunate incident with some Metro inspectors and we got fined because of a technicality that we were not really aware. When we informed the receptionist, Noa, about this incident she immediately took action so we get our money back (and we did!!) . The level of commitment that Noa showed was unprecedented and remarkable, thanks a lot again for all your help!!

We loved that we were close to the Eiffel Tower so we saw it lots, every morning and every night. The hotel overall is small but well kept and decorated to be stylish and attractive. Our rooms were small in space but comfortable with beds for 4 adults and 2 bathrooms. The showers and toiletries were nice as well. Noa was very accommodating and pleasant. She helped with whatever we needed.

Our room wasn’t cleaned one day by the time we had returned so it didn’t get done on a day we requested it. Some of the staff were ok with saying they didn’t know or don’t do that instead of trying to find a solution. Water seems to not be something the French drink often so we were constantly asking for more drinking water and they kept running out.

Loved our stay at Hotel Gustave. We had an AMAZING view of the Eiffel Tower from our room! Probably the cheapest hotel I could find with a view like it. Our room was very clean and a decent size for Paris standards. Staff were friendly and there was welcome cake/tea in the foyer which was a nice touch. There are 2 metro stations close by, an easy walk to/from the hotel. Had to use the metro to get to most of the main attractions.

Only minor inconvenience was the that the lift was very small and slow. We had to do 2 trips with our bags. Also for the price, I would have liked to have breakfast included.

Our rooms were connected and had great air aconditioning, which is in particularly key since it was 90 degrees out. The staff was friendly and there was always somone at the front desk. The rooms were small but very clean. The location was good, 14 min walk to the Eiffel Tower.

The lobby area was small and warm, as the air aconditioning was poor there. I asked for early check in but they were unable to allow us into our room until exactly 3o'clock - regular check in, so we had to wait 2 hours in the poorly cooled lobby.

The staff were all so helpful…..The room was perfect for 2 people! Extremely clean with an awesome shower & lots of hot water!The foyer of the hotel was incredible! Very welcoming, as was the entire staff! Special thank you to Noa, at the front desk. Noa did a superb job! Will definitely stay at Hotel Gustave again! Only, a brief walk to the Eiffel Tower! Felt extremely safe at all times!

The staff at the property went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Rachel, Noa, Adam, Alex is and Hassan were so nice and kind to us and our kids. Now even messaged me on my arrival to suggest uber information and inform me there is heavy traffic and how the weather was like. I would highly recommend this place based on the kind of warmth and kindness the staff showed me and my family. Truly felt at ease. They were so accommodating towards my kids. Big thank you!

The rooms were smaller than my expectation but not small by European standards.
