The location, in the Marais , was fantastic.Surrounded by lovely cafes and restaurants, vintage clothes shops. The staff were really friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. Decor was fun and funky and the little bar was quiet and relaxed .

The room was a little on the small side. The wifi was very slow and intermittent

The staff were excellent, professional yet friendly and always ready to help. I arrived very tired and was very pleased by the warm welcome and cosy yet elegant room, a welcome champagne and macarons, lovely shower and toiletries. The location was great, close to amazing eateries and attractions. On my last day I was given a late check out and when I returned a little flustered from sightseeing the manager treated me to a complimentary glass of rose. Exceptional

Reletively quiet for a big city hotel, it was a little noisy with some people returning to their rooms at night talking very loudly in the corridor (not the hotels fault).

The hotel decor is spectacular - colourful, eclectic, wonderful. If you are in to minimalism then not your sort of place! But you would be missing out. The rooms are comfortable, warm and well equipped. The shower in my room was amazing - I’ve never known such water pressure. The hotel staff are the nicest people. The check in was quick and efficient, I had no sooner stepped into the bar when I was asked what I wanted. A drink exactly to my specifications was quickly made. Breakfast excellent. In the morning they went to great trouble to book us a time to visit Notre Dame (magnificent!). It is a couple of minutes walk from St Paul metro and there is also a taxi rank just round the corner. All in all a great stay.

This place is absolutely lovely for couples and in an area perfect for those that want to experience Paris and take a quick metro or Uber to the traditional touristy places. incredibly safe. the decor is - and I mean really - just detailed and rich in color and design. Staff is super kind, patient and went out of their way for us. It was my 50th birthday, and they were precious. On the last day, the concierge found out and was so surprised I had not mentioned it prior, he came out with his sweet mug and said from us, a small gesture. It is my most favorite item from my adventure overseas for my birthday. Don’t laugh, but for those who care, toilets have amazing flushing capability. I travel often for work and it’s the craziest thing with toilets. They have issues. Large or small. I would suggest bringing a travel makeup mirror - I forgot mine. There are no plugs for flat irons, etc in a lot in smaller hotels like these. Fortunately, there were mirrors as decor! The beds were extremely comfortable. Lastly, if you have children, don’t stay here. It is a boutique hotel, and there is nothing for children to do. And the neighborhood is filled with local restaurants, bars and incredible things for adults but limited things for little ones. They were incredibly sweet to the family that had children (I only saw one family), but I thought if I had brought my son, I would be on the metro more than in the neighborhood. For a romantic get away, you can’t beat this place. Also - you can’t hear anyone next to you. What a change from chain hotels. So, enjoy this lovely place … we will be back.

The location was excellent. The hotel was delightfully decorated and super charming.

My one complaint was the breakfast. France is known for its bread and specifically croissants. The breakfast buffet was; fine however the croissants, baguettes and pan aux chocolate were really bellow par. I had breakfast once at the hotel and decided to have a croissant and coffee outside of the hotel for the rest of my stay. This should be an easy enough thing to fix and is holding me back from a better review. Why start your day in Paris with a bad croissant?

The location is amazing in the heart of the Marais. Walking distance to almost everything in the center of the city. The overall decor is kitchy fun and thoughtfully mixes traditional and modern touches. The complimentary coffee and tea in the room were excellent and the breakfast spread offered for a fee was excellent. A large fresh selection - eggs, yogurt, granola, fruit, pastries, sliceds meats and fresh salmon. The staff was helpful and friendly whenever we needing anything.

The room was super tiny but that was expected and we really only slept there. The only complaint is there is very little room to hang clothes or set up toiletries in the bathroom but we made it work. We would stay there again.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of beautiful and cool Le Marais. An excellent value. The staff knew our names and they took great care of us. I was there for a fight and they provided me with a scale so I could properly handle my weight cut process. Excellent restaurants and boutiques all around. Safe, cool and comfortable. We met a dude with a flamboyant hat in the lobby who had been staying there for the last 20 years. He knew what was up. Excellent little lounge.

Gorgeous room! We stayed in the Junior suite which was lovely. Beautiful decor in the room and throughout the hotel. The location was perfect.

We had an issue with a staff member when it came to finalizing our stay. The room was paid in advance but the staff member insisted that we had to pay again. He was very rude and condescending. It has made me rethink staying again, even through the hotel itself was lovely.

The breakfast was great. Good choices, all very fresh and the staff was so accommodating. I liked the choice of eating inside or on the patio.

Rooms are small, but I know that's common in Paris locations. Nevertheless, it was like a "cool" hug (air conditioning was very welcome) and fairly quiet for a busy city street. Lots of amenities packed in a small room. Coffee, water, hooks for clothing/robes, plugs without an adaptor, etc. Shower also was good with excellent pressure and temp. The concierge (Cyril) was exceptional. Gave me tips for things to do and see in the area and just made me feel right at home like I was staying at a friend's house. Leaving was easy and taxi was on time! Little pricey for size of room, but again, I know that's part of staying in a good location in Paris.
