Very nice facilities, comfy bed, reliable wifi, friendly staff. Loved exploring the local neighbourhood (there is a city farm nearby, lots of fun). There was a sign at reception regarding renovations but we didn't notice them during our stay. Very handy location for our early train from Paris-Est and other attractions are a short Metro ride away. Would stay here again.

There is a sliding door between the bathroom and bedroom that doesn't close 100% — choose your travel companion wisely!

Small but functional room, acceptable for several days stay. Modern furniture. Good size bathroom. Everything is very clean. Towels changed daily. Acceptable location, one hour walk to Louvre Museum. Several restaurants/cafes within walking distance. Very cloze to public transportation (metro). Good breakfast (even if kind of expensive). If you are looking just for coffee/a croissant and eggs you can find cheaper options at the nearby bistros.

Very soft, uncomfortable mattress, but this depends on your preference. Thin walls, you can here the neighbors talking, but this did not bother us. No fridge in the room.

Check-in: Standard and breezy. The reception asked for our passports and payment for Paris city tax, and had us checked in instantly (we arrived late afternoon so the room was already ready). Room: Small but had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. With street view. Bathroom: Spotless and had all the basics. Location: So convenient! Very close to the Metro (nearest station is Jaures, Blue Line/Line 2). The hotel is just next to a Carrefour Express and several boulangeries and cafes. We liked that it's located in a fairly quiet street with more locals than tourists, so it felt like we were part of the neighborhood. Although the hotel is tucked away, it's only a few metro stops away from sites such as the Moulin Rouge, Montmartre and Sacre Ceour. Overall a lovely stay! Would book here again.

The toilet/bathroom was a bit small, but this is expected in many Parisian hotels. Might be helpful to guests to have some more shelves/hooks to hang clothes/towels.

This was a great place to stay for my wife and I for our 3 days trip to Paris. Not a massive room, but enough storage for our luggage and clothing items. Shower and bathroom was large and spacious - overall a quite clean and well kept room. Great WiFi connection that didn't cut out all the time (which is surprisingly still quite common even these days). Very well located just around the corner from Jaures metro, which is only 2 stops from Gare du Nord. We felt very well connected to the city.

Breakfast needed to be purchased as an extra for our booking and I thought it was a little over priced for what you got - but these prices are probably pretty normal for Paris. Other than that, was a great stay for the two of us.

Beautiful Hotel in this district. Close to everything and a good base for visiting Paris center. Restaurants, Street Food, Bars : all around the corner. Also Train Station and Metro. Quiet, nice neighborhood with a lot of entertainment for the evening. Also for the more sporty among us : along the Channel : live it up. Room and Bathroom: stylish, compact and good. Breakfast : Tasty, and Good coffee. Staff very helpful. ( I needed a bicycle repair shop > this was a 3 minute walk from the hotel ) My folding bicycle could be stored perfectly.

There were a few details in the bathroom that could easily be fixed to make it 200% right. Personally don't mind I only give this as a tip.

Nice location, close to some restaurants for when you don't feel like going too far. I would advise that if you want to go to Eiffel tower and attractions surrounding that area then stay closer to there as I took a lot of taxis to and from attractions. Friendly and helpful staff at the desk. Lift always working. Nice double room, great size, bathroom cute bright and clean. Nice balcony but it was too cold outside to fully appreciate it. Room maid was very good, always returned to a sparking room and bathroom.

I always like a little fridge in my room, maybe they could add one. The breakfast seemed a little pricey. Other than that I cannot really fault it. I would recommend and stay again.

Great location near the metro with bistros and a small supermarket nearby. Also very close to the beautiful Parc de Les Buttes Chaumont and the Canal St Martin. The room and bathroom were very clean and fresh and though a small room, I’ve had a lot smaller in Paris. The checkin staff were friendly and efficient. I will definitely visit this hotel and chain again.

Nothing to dislike.

- location is perfect, just 1 minute away from the metro and just 2 stops from Gare du Nord - nearby grocery and food shops available - the room has aircon and it's working well!

- you can hear the noise from the hallway and other rooms especially when they are opening their doors - when we first went inside our room, there was some odd smell like the room has been closed for a very long time and was not aired out

The room was very clean. The hotel is easily accessible from the train station. Subway was right around the corner which was very helpful to get to main attractions.

When booking it said there was an elevator but upon arrival found out that the room we had booked was in a building without one. If you wanted the elevator you had to pay to upgrade to a more expensive room inside the main building.

I had a room overlooking the courtyard, which I think was bigger than the one I actually booked. It was perfect for a few days in Paris after not travelling anywhere for two years, as I needed a comfortable place to retreat to. Really comfy bed, plenty of space, good bathroom, a little fridge and a KETTLE! (A rare thing even now in French hotels.)

Could do with a bit more shelf space in the bathroom - my makeup bag kept falling in the sink. And if you were visiting for sightseeing the location's a bit out of the way, but otherwise the Métro station right outside is very handy.
