Lovely stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Our room looked into a window well, which means we had no real view but also meant it was quiet. Very easy to get to from the Roissy bus, just go in the direction the bus came from and continue on the road, across some intersections and between the two big Galeries Lafayette stores, and take a right on the next street (where the escalators are). The hotel is on that block. It's also quite close to the Opera Metro.

The breakfast buffet was good--lots of bread, meat, and cheese options. They had eggs, yogurt, and cereal. We would have appreciated some sort of fruit.

Excellent location just behind the Opera, next door to Galereis Lafayette. We lived on the last floor, the bathroom in the room was so roomy. Bed and pillows are very comfy.

The location of the hotel was perfect -for excursions in "all directions". The rooms were OK but a little small. The staff was very nice and attentive. They helped i.a. even arranging an extra early breakfast when we were going on an excursion to Giverny

The cleaning of the room was not quite perfect but no major problem. There was a lot of dust on the towel dryer in at least 2 of the rooms. Also in our room (102) the lid to the toilet seat was loose. But overall it was a very good hotel at a reasonable price level and in a very good location. We were 3 couples and had 3 rooms close to each other

Very centrally-located art-deco style hotel, on the same block as the Galeries Lafayette. The fifth-floor room was a little small, but not for central Paris. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. There was no parking anywhere around that I saw, because, well, central Paris, but there was a Metro stop just around the corner and the RoissyBus stops just two blocks away by the Opera. We didn't try the hotel breakfast, but there was a boulangerie at either end of the street. Staff were very friendly and spoke English.

The only complaint we had was that the heat didn't work - either the heated towel rack or the heating system. However, despite no identifiable source of warmth, the room was quite comfortable (over New Year). The staff were unable to get a technician to look at it because of the holiday weekend, but eventually we told them to not worry about it because the room was sufficiently warm for us.

Great location, comfy bed, good size bathroom. Helpful staff. Not much outside noise. Good late checkout time.

Room a bit smaller than expected. Could do with a bigger shelf in the room. Also the floor was a bit dirty. Left dirt on my socks and some hair that wasn’t mine… bathroom was clean though. Noisy staff shouting / chatting with one another out in the hallway quite early.

Good value for the location, easy walk to Opera, Place Vendome etc. small bar area was quite cosy. Room was spacious and comfortable, bathroom was good.

we had a lot of trouble checking in and again there were problems at check out. Wifi went down completely which didn't help. otherwise fine. somewhat characterless.

There was not enough power outlets for me as I had multiple devices

Although it was a bit inconvenient on the first day of our stay due to certain things, the staff made sure to upgrade our room to a comfy one. The staff also helped me arrange a few things to celebrate my wife's birthday in the hotel room. That made a nice surprise for my wife and she enjoyed it.

The classic rooms are a bit small for two people.
