Great location, very clean , friendly staff

The sink in the bathroom is a little bit uncomfortable to use.

The room is good. Even though it is a small size room but everything is clean and comfortable. The bed is comfy as well, only the pillow is a bit too soft for me. The shower runs well. I love the strong water pressure! Location wise is great as well, metro is just like 5mins away and the hotel is literally behind Galeries Lafayette. Definitely no issue on food/ shopping!

Maybe the hotel could provide more flexi check in time. One thing that will definitely add point if the hotel provides slippers to all room

I arrived in Paris very early, at eight in the morning, but when I got to the front desk, the front desk enthusiastically helped me store my luggage. And because I had flown for more than ten hours, my face looked very bad, and the staff let me use their bathroom to wash up, and I felt so good. Then at two in the afternoon, when I was hanging out outside, a heavy rain soaked me. I returned to the hotel and asked if I could check in. They checked the room for me and said it was no problem. I quickly took a hot shower. Thanks again to all the staff.

Kind staff, very clean rooms, perfect location with very good price. Lift was working during my stay. Hot shower was amazing. I will come again.

The soundproofing of the walls, which is an issue throughout Paris, is the only problem. However, I wasn’t bothered by it until the last night. On the final night, extremely noisy guests arrived. I believe people should be a bit more respectful to others!.

Fantastic location near Saint Lazare station and the opera, with the entrance tucked away in a modest doorway. The room was clean with a modern bathroom. The air conditioner was working well. Staff was crazy helpful and kind - very, very above and beyond. Every single person I encountered here was very friendly.

Hallway sounds traveled easily through the door. Luckily the other guests were quiet, but I could imagine if you were unlucky enough to stay with a big group it could be annoying.

It is in a great location in the city centre near the Opera. There are lots of malls, shops, and historical attractions nearby. You can go on foot or take a bike everywhere. Renovated in 2024 Hotel Prince Albert is clean and comfortable. Our room was on the 5th floor, with dormer windows in the ceiling. Very pleasant and ready to help staff, and we've used an early check-in option.

The hotel is conveniently accessible by train from CDG Airport with two connections and is located close to a shopping mall and various restaurants. The room was clean, and toiletries were provided. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the night shift. However, the elevator was quite small.

The hotel does not provide a refrigerator or electric kettle in the rooms; however, hot water is available in the lobby.

Very clean and cosy rooms, spacious enough to have a very pleasant stay as a couple (double room, in our case, at the 1st Floor). Fully functional and very good looking bathroom. Opening window. Cleaning services every day. Very quiet during the evening/night. Exceptionally located, close to everything that matters. Looking forward to returning next year.

Hotel Prince Albert Opera is cosy, quiet and clean. The staff is extremely helpful, always there to assist with any enquiry. The room is good enough size for the centre of Paris, bed is comfortable and breakfast is also very good continental - fresh bread, hot eggs, good quality cheese and ham, fresh pastry.

Everything was perfect, the location of the hotel is really great. our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is not bad. Reception was friendly and helpful. I can recommend it to everyone.
