This hotel is ideally placed for travellers coming from or going to Gare de l’Est or Gare du Nord. It’s a pleasant area with plenty of local shops and food outlets. The hotel has obviously been renovated and it’s crisp, clean and modern. The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed, fabulous shower and a separate seating area with a sofa/day bed which might suit a child. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, making for a very pleasant one night stopover.

Absolutely incredible and luxurious hotel. Everything seems brand new from the SPA to the rooms. It is situated directly in front of the metro and the train station, but there is nothing you can hear from outside (not even police sirens) because it is so well isolated. The SPA is amazing and offers everything you need. I also had an incredible massage by Dimitri which cured my back pain. The room service is quick and the food delicious. The girls at the reception are amazing, super friendly. When I was in a rush when checking out one lady immediately recognized it and called another lady to do my check out procedure as there were some people in front of me. Felt absolutely safe in the area, even if I was a young woman travelling alone and you can reach every place super quickly. Will definitely come back!

A great little hotel! Decent sized rooms (keeping in mind for those who are used to North American sized rooms they are 'small') that are extremely functional. Ended up staying here as our train was cancelled and it exceeded our expectations. Two adults and a toddler in one room was squishy as we had a corner room, but still comfortable!

Good location for stations, various food options. 9 minute walk from Gare du Nord and metro station Gare de l’est literally less than 50yards. Lots of bars and places to eat locally. Good for walking to some local attractions too if you like walking around.

The room was far too small, 2 adults and 2 big suitcases in the small room. Not enough space to manoeuvre around, it almost felt quite claustrophobic at times. That was the only negative thing about the room!

Clean, modern decor, very comfortable and welcoming. Great room - good size, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing! Location was excellent, good transport links including a metro right outside. Breakfast was good, a decent amount of options and nice restaurant environment.

The room wasn't very sound proof, it didn't help our room was near the lift and some noisy guests late at night.

We came for our honeymoon weekend and the hotel put some extra effort in preparing the room and offering us extra service. The breakfast was really, really good, with local products and fresh bakery items. The bed was comfortable and the sound and light insulation of the bedroom was one of the highlights, especially considering the central location next to the train station. The location was also amazing, easy to walk to the main sights and to take the metro.

We had a situation that in the middle of the night we had to leave the room for the a false fire alarm. The hotel managed that ok. For a hotel of this class and price, I missed hair conditioner and body lotion. Nothing that makes the stay less enjoyable.

Hôtel and room were amazing and rooms were completely soundproof couldn’t hear no outside noise at all. Amazing view from our window!

Staff wasn’t the friendliest, floor in room was dirty and wasn’t hoovered throughout our stay so dirt just built up making our socks and feet filthy. We had dinner one night in the hotel we were the only people in the restaurant and we waited an hour for our food and staff just dissapeared until they bought our food out so wasn’t able to order another drink.

The hotel is new, clean, comfortable if you sacrifice the views for silence nights. Superb breakfast. I usually don’t eat at hotels in the cities like Paris, but taking into account the neighbourhood it was a wise decision to book breakfasts too. And I never regretted doing it, was the best start of the day. The widest variety of options. Metro entrance is literally in front of the hotel. I asked for a birthday pack with Champlain and baloons, don’t do it :-)
