great location, lovely beach, large pool and helpful concierge/parking and high quality food for lunch or dinner. great water sports attached to hotel but beach a little dirty and hotel could help to clean it a little.

reception area and communal areas of hotel lack warmth and could do with a refurbish to soften them and make them feel softer and welcoming it’s a 5 star property but could be a bit more luxury by putting water by bedside at night, some fresh fruit in room. our welcome card was just a card with no writing which was lazy. some people might feel it’s not quite five star. it slightly lacks the extra goodies and service round pool can be v slow. they’d sell more if they went round regularly and asked if guests wanted more. the breakfast cost and value is so poor we went out and discovered places in beaulieu sur Mer which was fun. we would return

Exceptional breakfast, great food outlets, wonderful pool, beautiful garden and exceptional service level and treatment of guests. The hotel staff pays a lot of attention to details, therefore it's difficult to cover all the great sides of the hotel. This is an excellent 5* hotel, where I would be definitely happy to come back!

If it's important to write something here, then the building itself is old. But the hotel team is doing a gigantic and excellent work to maintain it. And during my stay I was rather treating it as something exclusive and original.

We loved the views, the restaurant ( but humus can be improved) , the service is amazing. Very helpful staff and pleasant ( especially the tall man that helped us with the luggages and car ) and the manager that planned our trip to Eze village - always smiling and nice with our kids. Want to mention also the blonde woman from the breakfast and the dark hair bar man from the lobby bar . Really a great team from the cleaning to the restaurant.

From my point of view the thing that makes the hotel imperfect is the breakfast. We really struggled to find something to eat in the mornings for breakfast. Not a normal cheese selection, only boiled and scrumbled eggs. Not enough vegetables….. although the restaurant that offers dinner is great and the food is good ( but pricey) .

The pool is a dream, beautiful to behold and warm water for swimming. Lunch at Jasmine was PERFECT! Thai salad, delicious bread and rose' with a splendid view of the beach and the ocean. We used the lounges on the beach and appreciated the umbrella for shade. Small pebble beach with large areas for swimming. We had a nice nightcap on the outdoor terrace of the hotel bar.

The room was tiny and we struggled to get our two, clam-shell style suitcases open and accessible while still being able to walk around the bed.

Staff were exceptional, would have liked to have named some in particular but no name badges , lady who cleaned our room , guy on reception answered all questions & was so helpful , the staff at the pool bistro excellent

The fine dining restaurant closed on Tuesday & Wednesday, only option for lunch & dinner is the pool bistro which is excellent but 4 meals in two days with same menu .. I think for this standard of hotel a fine dining should always be available?

location and hotel was beautifully appointed. the pool area and lounges were luxurious.

the restaurant food was mediocre and expensive.

The hotel exceeded all expectations. What truly separates it from others are it’s exceptional staff. from the moment we arrived at reception we we tested like family. nothing was too much for them. I travel extensively and have never encountered such an outstanding concierge team. their recommendations were excellent and they managed to secure last minute bookings for high demand restaurants over a very busy weekend.

Whilst the setting is magnificent, breakfast is very expensive for the selection offered at the buffet. That said, it did little to detract from a wonderful 4 days.

Fantastic location, relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel and amazing food in both restaurants. High proportion of American guests (also true for the area in general) so English is widely spoken. The best aspect was the experience was the incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly staff which I really appreciated as I was travelling alone.

The Hotel is grand without being pompous, the team have a can do attitude , small things matter , the charming chamber maid , the senior waitress who served my wife a superb gazpacho in the Jasmin restaurant despite it being only on the room service menu . Really just great service .

Welcoming and helpful staff at reception. Very happy people. The hotel was outstanding in terms of facilities and decor and ambience. Terrific restaurants. Lovely p[pool and private beach. Grounds delightful and well maintained. We will return.
