We took a rather long trip through central and western Europe and stayed in two other Holiday Inn hotels, but this is the only one that pre-charged a damage fee of 150eur on top of the room fee. Even though the receptionist said that the additional fee was going to be refunded by the end of the day we left, it did not happen. This is a very unpleasant policy - the hotel has info about our payment card and can charge a damage fee afterwards should anything go wrong. Also, do consider placing mosquito net on the windows. There were plenty of mosquitos standing on our window, and we could not open it during the entire stay.

Position a little outside Strasburg but good option for a stop while traveling. Room clean and spacious and with all the amenities for a business hotel. Free park and very close to the P+R for a longer stay to visit Strasburg. Good optin. Reccomended.

Close to the highway. Good for a short stay out of the city center.

I was trying to book a room on Bookings.com and I decided to call before to make sure there’s somebody at the reception as it was late at night, the guy told me to don’t book as there are no rooms available even trough bookings.com I booked anyway and there were rooms available, probably he was lazy to deal with me 😅

Good location, spacious room, good view, friendly and helpful staff, free parking.

Didn't like several things, for example, one socket near the bed didn't work, couldn't open the safe box and some other, but it didn't affect our stay anyway.

Rooms and services. The room was very clean and modern, all very well equipped and the hotel has a private parking. The staff was very, very nice! Food. The breakfast was very good (continental) and the hotel also offers a restaurant for dinner. Location. The hotel is located in the quiet neighborhood of the European enterprises and 2 min away from a bust stop that takes you to the main train station - that is right next to the old city center. Alternatively, from the train station there is a tram that takes you to the heart of the city.

The rooms were a bit cold and the heating system is centralized only.

Quiet, nicely furnished, clean room, bathroom toiletries, coffee machine in the room; comfortable for one night; friendly and helpful staff - the guy at the reception desk explained us the best way to the city centre by car and recomended nice and price good garage

Location - yes we knew when we booked it is not in the center but still; room view; breakfast - as there were few families at the time we should wait staff to refil food ...

Room was modern and clean, nice and quiet. We were very happy with the parking as it had enough space for our big car. We had dinner & breakfast there which were also good.

Privacy in the bathroom, but for the rest all was good!

Clean room. A bit small for a fam of 4 but we were only there for 1 night so it worked. Loved the view and the walk around the lake was great.

We arrived at 5 pm and the room wasn’t yet ready! We did not have to wait long but i wonder what would have happened if we arrived at 2. Breakfast was lovely but no hot option when we arrived at 8.30-it was all gone and not replenished until 9 when we left. Curtain rail broken in our room.

We had a group reservation for several rooms it was confirmed once by email and twice on phone and still when we arrived there was confusion and unavailability of some of the specific types of rooms that we rented. Fortunately the staff rearranged some things and could accommodate us sufficiently.

The hotel has good parking facilities. Check in was smooth and we were offered a drink upon arrival. The room was clean and spacious with kettle and complementary tea/coffee. Room size was good. The hotel has an adjacent decent restaurant.
