Among the few hotels/facilities that offer large rooms for 4member families. Everybody was very friendly and kind. The lady attending the breakfast was eager to help and always welcoming our requests. Parking is available, both private and city parking. The building is new, warm and offers noise insulation from the busy street/tram route below.

Location is good for exiting to the motorway, however it is far from shops, 1+km to Little Paris. One can use the tram which is nearby, however frequency is low in the afternoon. Kitchenware cleaning was our responsibility, however no detergents, no tissues or paper were offered. No supermarket at a 1km radius (only small 24hr shops). Breakfast variety was ok, with the basic staff (no eggs) - perhaps the breakfast is a bonus for an "apartment hotel".

Great hotel! Very friendly staff, good location a few minutes walk away from the main station, not far from the city center, good connexions from public transport, there's a mall nearby with a supermarket to buy groceries (the rooms/appartments have a kitchen). Nice room, AC available, confy bed, big bathroom, good windows (it can be noisy outside but you barely hear anything when the window is closed). Very nice pool, although the water could be warmer.

Wi-Fi was unstable. It was sometimes tricky when working. No sponge or dish cleaner products in the kitchen area, those are stuffs one might not want to buy for a short stay.

An absolute gem. Literally five minutes on foot from Strasbourg Central Station and a ten to fifteen minute walk from the Cathedral and Petite France areas. Really clean, lovely staff, very well equipped studios. The small but perfectly good indoor swimming pool in the basement is a super bonus in any season. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

The breakfast was adequate but slightly overpriced for what it was (equivalent similar cheaper options available from eg local cafes). And please buy a proper coffee machine - even as a n Englishman I found the coffee very poor: weak and synthetic.

The hotel was very nice overall, it was like a small studio with a kitchenette, good size bathroom and very comfortable beds. The breakfast wasn’t bad but wasn’t that good either, the location has a mall nearby like two blocks away and it’s about 20 mins. walk to the city center which wasn’t that bad after all. It is exactly 2 blocks from the main train station.

There are no coffee shops or restaurants around, the closest ones are inside the mall which is like a 10 mins walk, also there is a supermarket inside the mall but not too much around the hotel,

The hotel was a short 5 minute walk from the main train station which was excellent given how hot the weather was that week. The staff were all unfailingly polite and helpful. Lovely spacious apartment with good room facilities. [We planned to self cater or eat out, but made the classic first night mistake of leaving things too late and everything nearby was closed or closing, and we didn't fancy a long walk into the centre of the city. The supermarket close to the hotel closed ridiculously early at 6pm as it is based in a shopping centre. Only corner shops with limited options were open]

We were on the 6th floor, but one of the lifts was out of action (a "waiting for parts" problem) and the other sounded like it was on it's last legs. [Not the fault of the hotel - 100% mine - we only found the aircon control as we packed up to leave and we could really have done with it as it was high 20s/low 30s while we were there] It was a little bit pricey for what was on offer - about 60% more expensive than a very similar one we stayed in later in the holiday in Colmar.

I really liked our stay in Apart'Hotel. I have been with my 4-year old daughter. The staff was very friendly, explained everything in advance, the room was air-conditioned. The breakfast is good enough, but most of all, I liked coffee! It was special!!! Moreover, I can not tell you about swimming-pool. It's big enough and comfy, but not deep (maximim 150 cm). My daughter really adored it!

I was a bit surprised that the washing machine was for an additional price (I mean, it would be better if there was more information about it in the hotel description)

The hotel was very close to the train station, only a couple of minutes walk. The room was nice, with good beds. The pillows were a bit high, and the double-duvet was alittle more narrow than normal. There was places to store away your luggage, as well as an iron if you need for your clothes. There was also a slide-out table and two chairs. The kitchen was equipped with enough for two people. There was one little knife (so would advise against buying hard-to-cut things like big sweetpotatoes). Their swimming pool was open (in the basement). We did not get to use it, but it seemed nice. Looked like they also had some cardio equipment for training.

The toilet is located alone in the "hall", which means you will have to walk through two doors to wash your hands. Not a major problem, but good to keep in mind. There was also a bathroom(without toilet), with a sink, shower and towel dryer. The kitchen did not have dish soap or a washing cloth, which is weird and unhygienic when all guests are expected to take care of and wash the kitchen-area themselves. I assume it's fair to buy your own when having a long-term-stay, but it doesn't make sense for a couple of nights-stay.

Easy to access, practical to have a room with a kitchenette and all the basics. Friendly staff. On a Sunday, not many guests and good price, plenty space in closed parking at 15,- / 24 hrs

Parking access requires a special key at the front desk. No issue, but not practical that the bar forces you to halt half on the bus lane; both at coming in, and when leaving, although the front desk lady came running out to collect the key, which was nice. Railway / station at the back makes quite some noise. But with closed windows, ok.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious, and we loved the balcony with small tables and chairs and the view. Close to the train station, which was important to us as we were traveling on public transportation. Friendly staff. We also found that we really loved having the apartment rather than just a hotel room. We ate meals at our table in the living room and on the balcony.

Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working at all well while we were there (during July and a bit of a heat wave)- was very hot in the apartment. In fact, the reason I had canceled a different hotel and booked this one was specifically to have an air conditioned room. To be fair, we did not say anything to management during our stay about the air conditioning because we so enjoyed having the balcony that we decided to stay there and just open the windows at night rather than possibly be switched to a different room. (This definitely helped with the heat, but it was very noisy with the windows all open at night.)

Very friendly staff. Good communications, great location. Rooms are spacious, modern and very clean. Everything you need for a few days of working/traveling is there. Airconditioning is good for the warmer days and the windows are soundproof.

The accommodation advertises a pool and gym. The gym is closed and the pool only accessible from 10.00 - 20.00. This means that when you are in Straatsburg for work…. You cant use the facilities. You want to so a quick swim and workout before or after work. Impossible. Its a shame because the rest of the hotel is really nice.
