Reasons I would stay here again: Very good wifi in my room, kitchen equipped with everything I needed for my stay, relatively spacious rooms, check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, being able to leave my suitcase on departure was very handy.

Things that could be improved: the room and bathroom were not super clean - for example there was black mould on the shower tiling where the tiling stopped halfway up the wall; there was no bedside table or shelf, meaning that my glass of water, mobile phone and book all had to go on the floor

Room with enough space for two people. Little kitchenette, ideal for breakfast and dinners in the room. Located in a nice neighborhood. We went on foot to the city centre, about 40 minutes, a nice walk, but the city is full of trams. You can park in the parking lot of the hotel for 12 euros. Helpful staff. Close to a little Carrefour and a convenience store.

The toiletries were a little scarce.

Location is excellent, near the city center and near the train station. Also, bed and pillows were excellent, nice and soft. Althoug the room was oriented on the trains, it was very quiet and sleeping was very good. Near the hotel, there were nice pubs (hotel staff recommended us The Solidarite and it was good to sit among locals during the happy hour). Shopping mall is also near for those who like shopping (shopping mall has nice bakeries with delicious croissants and coffee - bakery Paul).

Maybe it would be a good idea for hotel to have a bikes for rent for their guests. There is application in Strasbour for bike rents but they ask for a deposit. This is only a suggestion.

I really liked the "Comfort Double Studio" room. The facilities exceeded my expectations: an electric hob with two heaters, a microwave, fridge & extensive collection of kitchen implements. I only stayed for one night but it would be my hotel of choice for a longer stay due to the food preparation options. Breakfast was simple but handy. Very easy for both the railway station & city centre. Also on the bus route to the European Parliament, which was helpful for my tourism. Staff helpful.

If I'm being really picky some of the furniture looked a bit old, but it did not have a big impact on my stay.

The location is just behind Les Halles, so very central. Even if it's close to the railway, that does not disturb, probably, unless you are in a room facing the railway directly. The rooms was not huge, but large enough, with a table, a TV, and a reasonably equipped kitchen.

the breakfast is disappointing, there's baguette, a heated croissant, some ham and a few eggs.

We were very pleased with our stay of 3 nights! The room was very clean..it had all that we needed to cook/bath & comfortably have a good nights sleep! We highly recommend & will most definitely use again!

Everything was ok! It was very quite..even with a rail track behind the accommodation! (very good soundproofing!) The other customers were very respectable.

The room was clean and functional. Small kitchenette with essentials and grocery store 2 blocks away. The staff were friendly and helpful. Mulled wine in the lobby on Friday and Saturday evening. Very central location to train and historical area.

The value was not great, but we came during the Christmas Mart season, so they might have been somewhat inflated.

very cozy with a kitchenette, bigger than the usual hotel room. 10mn from the station, 10mn from city center.

wasn’t that clean, found a hair on the bed.

The rooms are quite large, my most important preference was to have a kitchen in the room. I shopped at the market and cooked my own meals. It is very easy to get to from the train station and there is a shopping mall nearby. You can also walk to the city center.

I have not encountered any negative situations, everything was very good.

One of the cheapest places close to the city center, just 15 minutes walk, simple but comfortable, very friendly and helpful receptionists, parking was available for additional payment on premises in the garage, clean room and beds.

A bit noisy since lots of young people stayed there and were running up and down the corridor speaking loudly in the night (sound insulation is pretty bad)
