Overall it very nice room is clean with many facilities and full kitchen; location is very near to the center, Google maps direction with car is leading the car to the parallel street of the Hotel (which is the park entrance but not the reception), so make sure you walk to the other side which has the reception, google maps walking direction is more accurate when you arrive the hotel location.

Location excellent, very good for up to 3 people , would be a bit tight for 4. Good bedroom, good bathroom .

Ahead of time, I found the communication with the staff very positive, so that I new secure parking was booked ahead of time. I liked the friendliness and efficiency of the reception staff, both on check-in and departure. The availability of underground secure parking was a very big plus for me and the access procedures were clearly outlined on a useful leaflet. Location was perfect for the railway station and tram, with supermarkets in easy reach. Cute little kitchen in the room served us well.

Nothing the hotel could do about this but my satnav couldn't cope with the one-way system to get to the front of the hotel (to collect the parking key fob). I recommend parking in the shopping centre car park opposite. Perhaps a quide on how to beat the 1-way system?

Location is good and only short walk away from restaurants, bars and historic old town. The street itself looks a bit run down but with signs of renewal and gentrification. Room is big, clean and comfy and small kitchen is very handy if you plan to stay there for more than just one night as we did. Good breakfast selection, safe parking option, friendly staff and small swimming pool are a great plus. Recommended if visiting Strasbourg.

The property didn't advertise in advance that the parking is not in the same street as hotel entrance so we got stuck in the rush hour traffic for almost an hour before we made it through complicated one way city traffic to get to the street with the garage that was just at the back street of the hotel.

It's a nice aparthotel with a small pool, situated very close to the city center. The main sights are within walking distance. In the tiny kitchen there was everything you need. The area is super nice, plenty of restaurants around and a big shopping center. The small pool was enjoyed by the kids.

The cleanliness level was not fantastic, and the dishwasher smell strongly of mold. We did not cook, but we took food as takeaway for dinner and breakfast. The set up of the table and kitchen area is not the most comfortable. The pool is very small (only nice for kids :)) and a bit on the cold side.

It was close to the Hauptbanhof about 15 mins with bags and 15 mins from the Cathedral. Our room had a microwave and cook top which allow us to cook our dinners. The city is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed it immensely.

Only that there was no plug for the sink, so we couldn't wash our few plates or fry pan properly. We asked at reception for a plug but the receptionist didn't understand what we meant.

Very good central location. Clean room with super comfy bed. Smart hidden kitchen corner. Very quiet. Selling soft drinks, water and snacks from a vending machine in the lobby. Shopping mall just across the street. Very comfy bed.

Pool closed all week during my stay. Aircon working weird, bit noisy. Only tube available (with shower) but no self standing shower. Pillows could be better.

We got an apartment that could sleep 4 people. It has everything we needed. Able to cook simple meals and make hot drinks. Bathroom was spacious. Beds were comfortable enough. Walking distance from the train station and to the historical center. There is a mall across the street convenient for grocery. Really good value for the price.

For 4 adults it is a bit cramped but OK.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Kitchenette was well equipped. Great location, the city is easily accessible on foot, but difficult to find in a car (Google maps was confused) so better directions beforehand would have been good. Great they have parking available in the basement but comically complicated to access.

The air conditioning was welcome but some instructions on how to turn it down would have been good
