Everything. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was very clean. Loved it! We also loved the fact that the sauna was private. In addition we absolutely adored the interior decor and felt it was a cosy and warm place, all in all with loads of care for details. We also loved that there was a water fountain in the reception area instead of plastic bottles.

The bathrobes looked a bit old and shabby. Mone had some holes which I did not like. Also, we were a bit disappointed because we booked a premium room and figured from the pictures on booking that they would all come with a bath tub. However, our room was not equipped with a bath tub and that just confused us. However, we loved the room and our stay nonetheless.

Very good! Our room was prepared early, and to our surprise we were given a superior room although we paid for a classic! Particularly the staff stands out with exquisite professionalism, and a pleasant, heartfelt presence that all employees seemed to share. The staff recommended spots to visit, and before check-out helped us find a place to weigh our luggage and booked a taxi for us, among other things. Breakfast was of relatively good quality; high volume and the range of products somewhat compensate the price of €16 per person. Excellent service during breakfast as well. The room was tidy.

Really liked my stay in the hotel. The room was nice, clean, and quite comfortable. Staff was excellent, perfectly fluent in English and generally very helpful and hospitable. Breakfast was also good. Surely recommended.

The location of the hotel isn't ideal, but still Strasbourg is a small city and I didn't bother walking just a few minutes to reach the city center or the railway station (there were additionally bus stops nearby).

Location is very good especially for those arriving by train. My room was so cozy and comfortable that I felt like at home there. I like it how the room was designed and styled. It looked very French - perfect balance of classic style and functionality. I was looking for a comfortable bed, a desk, a cup of tea in the room, good bathroom, tasty breakfast and I had it all. They also gave a small fitness area with a sauna. You book it and use it privately, that was also very nice. And last, but most important, - the hotel is very clean.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was a good size with twin beds (as requested) that were very comfortable and two arm chairs and a small table. The bathroom was also a good size. The room and bathroom were clean and the environment inside and outside the hotel was quiet.

Not a problem for us but the hotel is a 25 minute easy walk to the city centre

Tasteful bedroom - upgraded so smaller would have been too small. Excellent breakfast served by two very efficient staff who kept everything topped up. Staff friendly and very helpful. Trilingual.

Location is 15 mins walk from centre and same to train station. There are no immediate restaurants if you are tired so a bit isolated without the walk. Uber worked well though. This is a 4 star hotel and we saw others which were better. Toiletries were just a flask of general soap - mean for this type of hotel. Take your own shower cap etc .

Everything was great however the quality and presentation of the breakfast was next level. The staff take pride in their jobs and are happy to have genuine conversations with their guests.

The only bad thing was the signage of the the Hotel was very hard to see from the road, especially at night while driving in a car past the location. As the hotel frontage is small and Best Western's are traditionally large hotel with big signs we drove past three times before we found it. I'm glad we did because it was such a gem of a hotel.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. It sounds silly to say, but we loved the water dispenser with the option of still or flat water for our rooms. The parking garage was also very convenient and much less expensive than street parking.

Everything was very nice. The complimentary drink was a nice touch. The staff were particularly friendly and breakfast was also excellent.

The bed was hard - but I think a lot of people like this! It was also very expensive - but this was standard for hotels across Strasbourg at this time of year.

The bed was sooo comfortable! After being travelling for 6 weeks, we booked another night here! Staff were amazing and very helpful. Our room was clean and crisp with air conditioning. Thank you.
