We exceptionally appreciated the location, like 10min walking distance from the old town. There is a shopping mall just near by and in general the district is nice and hipstery. We liked as well the design of the hotel: with humour, very modern, light.

Two things: the smell in the rooms (we were travelling with family and had 2 separate rooms but with the exact same issue). Although the hotel is brand new, the smell in the rooms was just horrific.... Second thing: the breakfast was a disaster....For this level of the hotel, it was below expectations... tiny area, food disappeared around 9h already and was never renewed. No traces of fruits or fresh veggies. Dirty utensils...In the sitting area there were only 2 separate tables plus one big table with 12 seats, where you're supposed to sit awkwardly with people you don't know and watch them eating breakfast....Overall,very very sad for such a big and pretentious hotel. I did not see a smile on the faces of other hotel guests.

The hotel is very family friendly. There is a pool table in the bar area which my sons enjoyed. We also liked the pop art decorations. The gym was of small size but had all necessary equipment. The hotel is conveniently located and it takes 10minutes to reach the city centre.

See through windows meant that we had to pull curtains down during the day and breakfast expensive for produces of average/poor quality.

the situation was really good. close to the center with just 20 mins walk. friendly staff and they let us use the facility even though we arrived early and our ticket back home was later in the day. we got a nice room with a good view and it was clean as far as i know. pretty much accessible to famous places while you are wandering through the city.

everything was ok the only problem was that there was no Air Conditioner. By the time we were there the weather was chill but however, our room was really hot. i don't know how its going to be in the summer! there was a panel for air con by the door, i tried many times to turn it on but it didnt work.

Large, light, and clean room! Conveniently located to reach the old town of Strasbourg and the University campus.

The room design with huge windows is fancy and gives a nice view - however, when at first floor, everyone on the street has a good view into the shower (glass door) unless you close the night curtains, which puts the room totally in dark. Flexible day curtains are needed. Only 3 coffee capsules for a 6-night stay. The Formule Express Breakfast is poor (and the buffet overprized) - one can find much better bread and croissants at bakeries / cafés in 5-10min walking distance.

The hotel is very modern and well-decorated. The room was spacious with nice architecture and decoration, with a generous window over a garden. It offers pleasant features, such as the possibility of connecting an external device to the TV set, plenty of USB connections, and a Bluetooth loudspeaker. The walk towards the old town is pleasant, taking more or less 15 minutes. The breakfast was good, although the "table price" is a bit exaggerated.

With nice weather, as we had, the short walk from the car park to the hotel was pleasant. It will not be the case with other weather conditions.

The view of the city from the hotel room was really good, especially at night where the cathedral is lit up. The bed was so comfortable to sleep on and facilities in the room were well equipped (huge shower area, USB plugs and wireless charging available). When we checked in, we were greeted by the reception very pleasantly. We received many suggestions of tourist places to visit, and we even received an e-mail of brunch areas to visit on Sundays after asking about it. Huge shoutout to Ludivine from the front desk. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

There was a party on the second night on the ground floor, but honestly it didn't disturb us as we were staying on the 6th floor. The reception were considerate enough to ask us when we checked out.

Room spacious, clean and smell good. I choose the hotel mainly because of the panorama view. The furniture is new and the staff is friendly. Good location with a direct tramway to the city centre (15' by tramway). I enjoyed so much the stay

The fridge in the room is next to the bed and is really noisy. The bathroom is designed with a modern vibe, but since it's an open bathroom with direct view to the window, I have to close the curtain before going to bath, which is not really convenient in some cases....

Fantastic modern Hotel. 10 minutes from the old town. Staff very friendly Quirky with cartoons on automatic ceiling lights in halls. Cartoons on room walls. Definitely would recommend to stay

Very difficult to get to, the sat nav kept taking us to a different location. Apparently quite common, we got stuck in peak traffic for 1 hour trying to find hotel. If you go put in the P2 cinema and walk down towards the shopping centre or ask hotel for a landmark that isnt the address of the hotel. Also only one electric blind work so we had ++light coming in at night and early morning. It was promptly fixed

Extremely pleasant staff, very modern amenities, comfortable bed and for once, the breakfast scrambled eggs were well made and not dry and/or burned

The breakfast buffet choice was relatively limited for an amount of 18 EUR - but again, what was provided was good - fresh bred, homemade ice tea, good eggs. The hotel was a bit far from the train station (so maybe not your ideal location if you are arriving by train for a short stay) but in an interesting area in development (and quite close to the centre) - so it's all a question of priorities.

excellent and efficient check in by an enthusiastic and knowledgeable young guy Comfy beds, good sound insulation when we stayed, everything we needed on the breakfast buffet I like the Trendy look and informality of ALoft, the bar and food prices are in pretty much in line with the local market Enough plugs and USB connections, good that the TV swivels and a good check out too, everybody helpful and friendly and smiling and no mistakes on the bill Hotel is very close (3 minute walk .....) to a tram stop, ultra-modern, cheap and efficient service that covers much of the town

mini bar made a bit of a noise, 3 Nespresso pads is a bit short, I suppose we could get/buy more at the reception but this is not clear thought the scale was a good idea but the battery was flat we managed to park next to the hotel overnight and using a blue disk late evening and early morning, car park seems a bit of a walk away
