Very close to the centre of Strasbourg from what I could tell - we arrived later than expected due to traffic so didn't get to go out and explore like we'd hoped but I believe we were right where you'd want to be for seeing the historic centre. The reception guys, both in the evening when we arrived and early in the morning when we left, were lovely and helpful. Our evening guy (I want to say his name was Frederick, but I'm not entirely sure...) recommended a brilliant restaurant nearby and it was fabulous! Parking was very secure and worth the additional cost. Just be aware that the location of this hotel requires a 'clean air' sticker if you are travelling by car - we didn't realise this until we punched the address into the sat-nav on our day of arrival and, as we discovered, you need to purchase this prior to travelling as it needs to be posted to your address. It's not expensive to buy, but the fine if you get caught without it could be hefty!

Some of the walls and skirting boards in the room were really dirty which was a bit off-putting even though everything else seemed reasonably clean. Someone needs to go around and give them a good wipe down!

The location is good. Easy access by tram but also walkable area- 15 minute walk to the train station and 25 minute walk to the cathedral. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are a bit dated but spacious and comfortable. Overall we had a very good stay here and would book again if we return to Strasbourg.

It's true that the rooms are old fashioned and could use some renovations, but the only thing that really bothered us is that the sofa bed was not very comfortable.

The location is excellent, a 15-minute walk to the Cathedral, and if you don't want to walk, the tram stop is right in front of the hotel. The apartment for 3 people (Studio Deluxe) was really spacious and equipped with everything we would need. Since we came by car, it's great that they have their own closed parking lot. You need to call and make a reservation. I suggest to confirm free parking lot even before booking because there are more apartments than parking spaces. Parking in the city on the street is generally really limited. The stuff was really helpful and nice.

Not that we didn't like it, it was fine, but the breakfast options could be more varied.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the central station and within close proximity to the city center. The tram stop right outside is perfect for those visiting the Parliament for work or exploring the city. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless. Lastly, the staff were always polite and eager to assist us, with Rizelaine standing out for her exceptional service. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The single beds were comfortable but quite narrow. The shower water was usually hot enough but not always. The soap provided in the bathroom was tiny, We went out and bought our own. The bath towels provided were also small. The dead lock on the room door was damaged so the room could not be secured from the inside. The room's decor was utilitarian. The breakfast was expensive for what it was and if you arrived late all the fruit would be gone.

The hotel is in front of the bus stop and train and is 10 minutes away (on foot) from the tourist center; the breakfast with a lot of variety and good. The room is spacious, has a small kitchen with a minibar and stove. Because it is old, it needs renovation as it looks old. The heating in the room didn't work but it ended up not being a problem. There is a babychair for children in the restaurant and also a cot.

The parking lot is small, I tried to reserve it but there was no space left. I managed to park on the side street. In front of the hotel is the train track and bus stop, so the hotel does not have an entrance where you can stop with the car to unload your bags, this was very bad as we arrived in the city in rain and at night. There is a restaurant/bar in front of and the 2 nights we stayed we had no problems.

The location was really good. The tram was outside the front door and you were able to buy tickets for the tram from a vending machine right there. The accommodation was quiet and comfortable. There was everything that we need to make our meals and the grocery store was just around the corner. Which is so handy. You could travel to all the sights by tram or walking. Strasbourg is a lovely place to visit.

Strasbourg is expensive to stay. Found all the accommodation at booking.com expensive. But it is a nice place to visit.

The location was really perfect. When you exit the AppartCity you will find the Tram B which will take you directly to the city centre less than 3 min. You can also walk and visit all the attraction sites easily. The staff in the morning were friendly and provided us the room even 2 hours early than normal check in. The room was relatively comfortable with small but separate kitchen. The air conditioning was really a good option. Price was also acceptable.

Parking was not free. There was no room cleaning even after 4 days (they informed us og course). You must ask for it. The lunch table was very small. Few items were missing in the kitchen. Sofa bed was not comfortable.

- I like how close it is to the places we wanted to visit specially the Christmas Markets. - It's close to the trams and bus station - The room has a fridge,mini dishwasher which I love and you can cook in. They also have kitchen things. - The beds are comfy and clean they have lots of towels in the bathroom.

- The breakfast has few selections. - The breakfast area is a bit small but it's not crowded so it's fine.

Very nice staff, large room, everything clean. Cutlery and plates provided, TV with the possibility to share via Chromecast, good wi-fi signal, decent breakfast (not very divers, no real options for fruits, but enough choices for a decent breakfast). Possibility of safe parking (with reservation and extra cost), good location

In the room we stayed, we had single beds, and one of the beds was bent out of shape. It was concave, like sitting in a hammock. It was not great for sleeping (one night wasn't very bad, but more would've definitely been a problem). We highlighted this at check-out, as we stayed for one night only, and they did say they would look into it.
