Location is excellent - just across the field against the Train station. 10 min walk to Petite Venice, pleanty of restaurants around + supermarket 100 m away. Exceptional breakfast which worth the price. Very freindly stuff, ice cream as a gift for kids. Ability to store luggage.

We disturbed in the night by laud people and cars just outside the window, May be better window sound isolation is required. The room was not big: with sofa bed taking the most of the free room. Nevertheless there was enough place to store stroller in the room.

The room was very comfortable, silent and bright. The reasonably priced breakfast was quite good with an exceptional tea collection and open buffet serving to all sort of tastes. The hotel had a wonderful location for accessing the train, tram and it was about 5 minutes walk away from the city centre. We could also rent bikes in the central station which was very convenient. Colorful furnishing of the lobby, the restaurant and the reception was very welcoming. There was a spring water dispenser in the lobby providing free drinking water. Our room did not have a safe box but the staff provided us with one located in their back office. We would be happy to extend our thanks to all the staff who were always warm and welcoming. We owe a special gratitude to Madame Patricia whose help made our 4 day stay a wonderful experience in Strasbourg.

The staff did everything to make our trip comfortable and there is hardly anything that we could complain about the hotel and its operation.

Got super lucky with our room and had a wonderful view of the area outside the station, which had a unique tree lit for Christmas time. Very comfy room and great facilities, even got a complimentary treat for staying with them at Christmas time. No complaints, great experience and location.

Excellent location, such a close walk to the christmas markets. Really happy with the choice. Room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. I was worried about the parking as its no onsite but at a separate parking lot. Didn't need to worry at all, it is a 3 min walk to the hotel, clean and felt safe and with the voucher from the hotel the cost was very reasonable.

More towels, we had 3 towels only, we were 4 people and no hand towels.

Very convenient for town center, train station and parking. Very impressed with speed and efficiency of the staff especially managing the breakfast buffet

Breakfast sessions were packed noisy and chaotic, The staff did their best but while we were there it was a scramble at breakfast time

The location is great, the staff are helpful and very nice. They offered as courtesy gluwein and lebekuchen as it was Christmas time. Room was comfortable and shower had the basics (hair drier, soap and shampoo).

No mini fridge on the room or electric kettle.

A perfect option, located directly opposite Strasbourg train station. I enjoyed my spacious and comfortable room and the convenience of being a short walk from so many cafes, restaurants and the historic old town.

Compared to other hotels in the city, the room rate here is slightly higher than comparable hotels.

The hotel's location was very good, near the train station and within walking distance to the main attractions and restaurants. The hotel has no parking but it offers discount to a near by parking. The breakfast was perfect for a family with kids, although kids are charged extra.

The room we got (2 adults + 2 children) was not as the photos of what we booked. It was out dated, old furniture, really small space, the bathroom needs renovation. However, bed was good and comfortable to sleep

Very convenient location for those in business trip to the EP - so easy to get rid of your suitcase just a few steps from Thalys + after-check out luggage storage available;) Friendly personnel. Irons available. Effective air conditioning (not so common in hotels in this city). Very comfortable bed. Impeccable cleanliness.

Window exposed to a noisy street - but it seems inevitable in this place. Prices alleviated automatically in the week of a plenary session of the EP (disgusting practice of all the hotels here)

Great location for the train station, we were only staying in strasbourg to break up long train journey. Beds were comfy. We had to unfold the sofa bed ourselves for the children, and we didn't have enough towels, but for a 1 night stay it was comfortable.
