The view from the 4th floor balcony over Tbilisi was superb. The breakfast was fairly good. Krishna on reception had a ready smile and was very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning didn't work effectively - the fan whirled, but didn't bring the temperature down. The door on to the balcony had a lock and a key, but wouldn't lock properly. The staff were informed, but just shrugged their shoulders. The room safe did not work. The coffee machine at breakfast was very slow. A second one would have helped to reduce queuing greatly.

It was the second time I was staying at this hotel, I love it! My room was Economy Double. Attention from the staff is top notch, from the check-in to the checkout. Very clean room that is well equipped with everything you need. Great location, a mere 5 minute-walk from Maiden Square. Possibility to let your luggage at the reception was a huge bonus. Excellent buffet breakfast from the 5th floor (terrace) of the building, affording great views over the city. Excellent value for the price.

Nothing to dislike, all was perfect.

The hotel has very convenient location near with Rike park. The rooms are always clear and well equipped. I really enjoyed rain shower in the bathroom. I have been here for the 3th time. The breakfast is testy and various. The place for breakfast located at the 5th floor with incredible view of the Old town.

During my last visit I had a poor view from my window of a vacant lot where a house had recently been demolished. May be it's ok for standard room, I don't know. We decided not to ask for changing the room, because we spent there just several hours in the mornings.

This was the perfect location, perfect bed with very comfortable mattress and pillows (not the cheap ones like in many other places, but really quality stuff), exceptionally clean rooms, and all the perks of a very good hotel (shampoo, shoe care, vanity kits, and so on). We had a nice view over the Old City of Tbilisi, in a very quiet area and with a great comfort. I will certainly want to stay again at KMM in Tbilisi.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Bathrooms were clean and hygienic. Breakfast was average however the chefs prepared fried eggs to our choice and preference.

We were disappointed with one of the two rooms that we booked did not have jet spray along with the WC and reason staff gave was because it was budget room and it was not a logical reason to not give this service. They charged us extra 40 GEL to upgrade to a room with that facility in the bathroom. if you have a car then it’s difficult to park the car around the hotel.

Very convenient location for visits to the capital - with a small shop and bakery in the same block! Breakfast was very generous and the view from the restaurant on the fifth floor is the perfect inspiration for the day ahead. Breakfast box for early departure was very much appreciated!

Noisy neighbours until early morning - outside the control of the hotel, but nevertheless very inconvenient.

Good location within walking distance of city centre. Decent breakfast with fresh juice, fresh fruits and variety of cold buffets so vegetarians will be ok.. Ahni, at the reception desk was particularly helpful to me giving directions, arranging taxi . As a solo women traveller location and access to restaurants , supermarket , metro were important to me

The hotel is nicely renovated. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped, with spacious and stylish bathroom. All looked new and very clean. The location is super central, steps away from the old town and touristic center, where many shops and restaurants are located. Ani at the front desk provides the best service we have experienced in all of Georgia - always smiling, kind and willing to help.

Everything was great

Had a great, very comfortable stay at KMM. My room was cozy and well appointed. I especially enjoyed the underfloor heating in the bathroom considering I travelled in the thick of winter. Breakfast serving was really great -- a good range of buffet, and the hostess there, Teo, was very lovely. Breakfast is served on the top floor which makes for really great viewing of the city. The reception staff are on the younger side but I was really impressed with all of them -- a very friendly, hospitable and professional team. The hotel is conveniently located: it is about two minutes away from Avlabari metro, and about 6 minutes away from Old Tbilisi, from where one can enjoy plenty restaurants, baths, and other activities.

Not dealbreakers, but I think it's worth mentioning that the heater wasn't very effective and towards the end of my stay the underfloor heating in the bathroom seemed to be reduced. While the breakfast spread is very good, the first few days of my stay were the same thing. Towards the end there seemed to be minor changes which is good, so my suggestion would be to pay some attention to switching things up everyday.

KMM is located near most of the places you want to visit it is near a gift store, a Carrefour, the river, near an Indian restaurant. So it is a great location to be staying at.

The staffs in the hotel were polite and pleasant, but they were not overly friendly, which can be a good thing :) The restaurant area for breakfast has a million-dollar view of the city, but the staff can be very distant, going thru the motion of their duties but not engaging. Also, being located in the old city, please expect narrow roads and insane parking (parallel) situations, which will deter me from staying here if I rent a car.
