Rooms were clean and spacious. Bathrooms were clean and hygienic. Breakfast was average however the chefs prepared fried eggs to our choice and preference.

We were disappointed with one of the two rooms that we booked did not have jet spray along with the WC and reason staff gave was because it was budget room and it was not a logical reason to not give this service. They charged us extra 40 GEL to upgrade to a room with that facility in the bathroom. if you have a car then it’s difficult to park the car around the hotel.

The hotel has very convenient location near with Rike park. The rooms are always clear and well equipped. I really enjoyed rain shower in the bathroom. I have been here for the 3th time. The breakfast is testy and various. The place for breakfast located at the 5th floor with incredible view of the Old town.

During my last visit I had a poor view from my window of a vacant lot where a house had recently been demolished. May be it's ok for standard room, I don't know. We decided not to ask for changing the room, because we spent there just several hours in the mornings.

Had a great, very comfortable stay at KMM. My room was cozy and well appointed. I especially enjoyed the underfloor heating in the bathroom considering I travelled in the thick of winter. Breakfast serving was really great -- a good range of buffet, and the hostess there, Teo, was very lovely. Breakfast is served on the top floor which makes for really great viewing of the city. The reception staff are on the younger side but I was really impressed with all of them -- a very friendly, hospitable and professional team. The hotel is conveniently located: it is about two minutes away from Avlabari metro, and about 6 minutes away from Old Tbilisi, from where one can enjoy plenty restaurants, baths, and other activities.

Not dealbreakers, but I think it's worth mentioning that the heater wasn't very effective and towards the end of my stay the underfloor heating in the bathroom seemed to be reduced. While the breakfast spread is very good, the first few days of my stay were the same thing. Towards the end there seemed to be minor changes which is good, so my suggestion would be to pay some attention to switching things up everyday.

KMM is located near most of the places you want to visit it is near a gift store, a Carrefour, the river, near an Indian restaurant. So it is a great location to be staying at.

The staffs in the hotel were polite and pleasant, but they were not overly friendly, which can be a good thing :) The restaurant area for breakfast has a million-dollar view of the city, but the staff can be very distant, going thru the motion of their duties but not engaging. Also, being located in the old city, please expect narrow roads and insane parking (parallel) situations, which will deter me from staying here if I rent a car.

stayed here for 4 nights, my wife wears an abaya.it’s a safe hotel and a safe country. before we arrived we messaged them asking if they could provide us with a washroom that has a hose(shattaff) and they did. our 4 nights here was great we loved it. didn’t have to book a taxi anywhere as everything was near by. the hotel breakfast was Great and so was the terrace view. hotel is clean. (David)at the reception, he was quite helpful and a great person. so are the other staffs. advice: if you coming here to the hotel from an airport. don’t take an airport taxi or other, download (bolt) it works just like Uber. at the airport few taxi people they might show you a picture of bolt transaction which is fake. it shows really high price. bolt is very reasonable and safe, it’s cheap and it only increases its price once on ride if the route has changed or if there is traffic. but in a reasonable way. you can get here within 30 lari using bolt, if anything else they will charge you 100-300lari.

Breakfast was great with plenty of options and a buffet system and was situated on the top floor so you got a great view of the city. Staff at the front desk were really helpful and English was very good. The location was great being a 5 min walk from the center of the old town as well as the metro.

The room had a number of cob webs and spiders in the corners of the room as well as old socks on the balcony for the whole stay. The pressure in the shower was too high and would cause the shower head to shoot upwards and hit the ceiling.

The staff is very kind and always helpful. The hotel is located in a good area close to local attractions and restaurants. The breakfast area is very nice and the breakfasts was good quality.

The room very well ventilated and the air conditioning was so noisy it was difficult to sleep. The noise insulation was poor and we could hear our neighbours. The room windows were open directly to the street with cars parked just outside of the window which was not very pleasant.

We booked a balcony room. Clean, big enough, everything worked (apart from the lock on the door to the balcony) The site is great, close to the centre of the city without being crowded. Parking isn't great if you have a car (we didn't). An easy walk out of town to get to the nearby metro station. Great breakfast on the rooftop, a real plus.

There was a bit of confusion about invoices - we'd upgraded one room and also made a separate booking, so a bit complicated on our part, but the two lads on reception weren't really on the ball. It didn't matter, we visited reception five times to sort it out and eventually got there. In the scheme of things not a major issue. The coffee machine at breakfast isn't reliable - first world problems, don't let any of this put you off, it's a nice hotel in a great location.

The breakfast was top notch. The view from the breakfast room was also phenomenal. The room was really nice, everything was clean, everything worked as intended. The interior design choices were also to my liking. The little contact I had with the staff was also always fruitful, they were always friendly, always keen to help. The location of the Hotel is also really nice because it only takes a couple of minutes to go to the old town by foot. I would definitely come back.

My rooms window was facing a balcony which was kind of weird because every now and then there were people, but it didn't really bother me, i just closed the curtains. Sometimes there was a distant smell of cigarette smoke in the room.

Location of the hotel is nice as you can walk into town. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast location offers an amazing view over Tiflis and is nice.

I asked for a quiet room and got a room above the entrance and reception. This was all, but quiet and the child next door slamming the door for 20 min did not help either. The reception was very helpful in ordering the taxi, but the price information was wrong. Fortunately I kept more money as the 30 Lari max., which I was advised and could pay the taxi. I´m sure it was no intention and a bit of a rip off, as the airport was less than 20 min away from the hotel at that hour. Maybe something to think of when choosing the taxi company in future.
