It's located in a prime location of Tbilisi. The room was large and well equipped. The staff was extremely helpful! Housekeeping does a killer job cleaning the room, and the staff at reception was helpful. The facilities were clean. Overall, it was worth what I paid for.

The wi-fi was borderline unusable in the room.

Location was the best thing, right in the middle of Tbilisi but secluded from the bustling streets. It will be a bit difficult to find the hotel entrance at first. The hotel is located near to liberty mall.

Air-conditioning system. We went in October end, it was cold outside, but inside the room it was getting hot. So when we on the AC, hot air was blowing, which made room became bit more hotter. when i enquired in reception, they said the air-conditions are changed as per seasons. That means, for winter AC will provide hot air and summer AC will provide cold air. I don't think this make any sense! Because of this issue, air circulation in room was not happening.

This aparthotel is absolutely perfect! Situated centrally in the heart of Tbilisi, it offers unparalleled convenience with everything you need within reach. Right next to it is the "Galeria Tbilisi" mall, providing a variety of shopping options, groceries, and numerous restaurants. The apartment itself is fully equipped with all the amenities you could wish for, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The service here is exceptional, with staff members like Khatia and Stephan standing out for their friendliness and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone visiting Tbilisi, as it truly exceeds expectations in every way.

More guidance to the entrance of the hotel would be appreciated, that's why I made a video and published it in Google reviews in how to get into the hotel. Water pressure need to be taken care of.

Great location! The staff at the reception was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived around 1:00-1:30 p.m., and although check-in was at 3:00 p.m., they kindly allowed me to check in early at no extra cost. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities such as a dishwasher, iron, and hairdryer etc. However, we couldn’t find any napkins in the room.

The checkout time of 11 a.m. is not convenient, and to add to this, the cleaning staff already came and knocked on the door at 10:30 to start cleaning. The Wi-Fi did not work; the password provided in the card case was incorrect, and we couldn't use the Wi-Fi

It is situated on liberty Square, you can move around to all the tourist places easily. Everything is within 2 km of walkable distance. You will find many ATMs nearby, supermarkets, and liberty mall next to it. They have room choices you can choose according to your budget.

Even for a double bed, they have 2 single mattresses kept as a double mattress. When u sleep in the middle they move apart and you end up sleeping in bed directly. Which is very uncomfortable for a couple (hope you understand). Even the blankets they will provide as 2 single blankets, which is not a good idea for a couple. Kindly take this into consideration and try to change it for a better guest service.

The stay in Citadines was a very peasant experience.  Hotel located conveniently in the city center, close to all city attractions. The suite is nice, has all the necessary toiletries and equipped kitchen. Staff is polite and speaks good English and Russian, which is convenient for the visitors.  Good daily cleaning adds to the good experience. Overall I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of Citadines. 

In the evenings, the Wi-Fi connection was slow.

The hotel is a gem. The decor is very modern but was done with great taste. They used yellow, gray, and black masterfully. The room was very spacious, clean, useful, pretty, and very comfortable. It was just perfect. The front desk clerks, maids, and breakfast attendants and cook were SUPERB!!!! The entire staff is committed ti make our stay unique. On top of that Tbilisi is beautiful, as a result, my stay was outstanding. I am writing this review in Chicago remembering the kindness and efficiency of the hotel's entire staff.

Absolutely nothing. I naturally am very picky; however, I could not find one single error. I was very explicit mentioning the strengths of the hotel. I forgot to mention the location, very close to Old Town and Rustaveli Street, best lovation ever.

Very well located. Near everything. Rooms were comfortable and had what they said they would supply. It was clean and well maintained. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff at the reception were efficient and got their work done but would have helped if they would have been a bit more welcoming in their manner and not quite so brusque, esp as they are the first face of the hotel and goes a long way in getting a positive image across. The cleaning staff on the other hand were so lovely. Always smiling.

Location wise it was good. It is in freedom square from where you can easily access all places within Tbilisi including Bridge of peace, Rike park, Boating, Mother of Georgia, Trinity church, Museum, Parliament and amusement park. It is close to Georgia mall. Local food are easily accessible in addition to Dunkin, mehfil Indian restaurant, subway, lumiers chimney cake etc.,

Don’t expect a good view from hotel but facility wise it was good. Continental breakfast with limited option. Wi-Fi is bit weak but with unlimited internet SIM card that doesn’t matter.

I stayed between 31st Oct and 5th Nov'23 and was my third stay in the same property. The staff are very professional, informative , helpful and with smiling face always. On the day of my checkin the staff in the reception Khatiya welcomed us and completed the registration formalities within minutes. On the day of my check out , there was another Khatiya who even called our taxi driver ,without even we asking her to help, and directed him to reach the hotel to pick us in time as we have to reach airport. All staff are equally good. The property is located at the heart of the city is an added advantage and the rooms are clean. I would be happy to stay again in the property to experience and appreciate the well mannered whole team. Thank you.
