Very nice hotel in the city centre. Friendly staff that could help with anything and even upgraded our room. Pleasant present on our arrival. Modern style. The room was clean and nice. The hotel has some small nuances, but in general we liked our stay very much. Thank you!

Only these small nuances: bathroom drain looks oddly designed, so water goes very slow. The reception is quite small and dark due to its location, so you probably won't want to stay here after check out. Breakfast can be a bit more varied for a 4 star hotel.

Perfect location next to Freedom Square and within easy walking distance of Old Town and many famous sites. Fantastic breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, vegetables, various fruits and breads, cereal, yogurt, juices and pastries. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day and most of the staff there speak good English. Plenty of sockets, including on both sides of the bed, but I needed a non-standard adapter, which they lent me.

There are hangers for clothes, but very little storage rooms for underwear, socks, etc. Although coffee cups are provided, no drinking glasses are. The laundry is outrageously expensive.

It is super central just next to the Liberty square. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers toiletries and even a dental kit. As well there is water and tea in the rooms. Rooms are clean. The design is cool! The hotel's bar on the 6th fl is also cool and modern and gives a great view over the city

Our room was quite small and especially that we had 2 big bags there was very little space left :) Breakfast was ok, they had fresh pancakes and omelette. Though the menu could be improved to include some cheese and meat (they had only boiled sausages and one variety of salami)!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. First of all, I have to thank Ms. Saly at the reception, who kindly showed me the hotel rooms and upgraded my room. The hotel is located in the best part of the city, right next to the sights and great restaurants. Hotel has a minimalist, modern, and colorful design that will appeal to energetic people. The fourth floor of the hotel connects directly to the Galleria food court, which is the best mall in Tbilisi. Of course, the hotel launge bar on the sixth floor with a great view of Liberty Square has very tasty food, I recommend you do not miss delicious Caesar salad! The hotel's breakfast is not very varied, but it is sufficient, healthy, stylish, and served in a bright and beautiful environment. The hotel entrance is a bit vague and you will not find it easily at the first time, I recommend the hotel management to find a solution for it! And finally, on the last day of my stay at the hotel, I was allowed to check in 3 hours late, which was very nice. I am looking forward to the next flight to Tbilisi and staying at the Radius Hotel again!

The location of the hotel is perfect very close to everything by foot and located next to the mall. The room was clean and had new bottles of water every day.

The room does not have : closed closet , coffee machine or a nice view (some rooms looks at the mall). The hotel doesn't have a lobby you can comfortably stay there. the hotel has a lounge and a food court on separate floor. the lounge in 6 floor is nice to sit in but the hotel doesn't allow to bring your own food and eat in it. breakfast is poor , no cold milk for coffee, the same food every day and not include good bread. the breakfast is mainly rice , potatoes, omelet and sausages.

I recently stayed at the Radius Hotel in Tbilisi, and while the hotel offers excellent services, what truly stood out was Ms. Nino at the reception. Her exceptional customer service made a significant impact on my stay. Despite traveling extensively, I've never encountered someone who handles guests, even the most disgruntled ones, with such grace and professionalism. Ms. Nino's warm and attentive demeanor turns any situation around, making guests feel genuinely welcomed and valued. The Radius Hotel is fortunate to have such a remarkable individual on their team, enhancing the overall guest experience immeasurably.

The entrance was very narrow.

"I spent one night; the hotel is beautiful and quiet. You can reach the market through the elevator. The rooms are small as shown in the picture, but they are very comfortable and very clean. The hotel's location is excellent."

"There are no private parking spaces for the hotel, but right next to the hotel, there are central market parking spaces at a reasonable price. However, the problem is that the parking lot closes in the evening and reopens in the morning. You can leave your car overnight, and you can retrieve it from the back gate after a 10-minute walk. Overall, the hotel is very good."

The hotel's location is fantastic, especially if you're looking for a place near the main road and Galleria shopping centre. The hotel is exceptionally clean and very quiet. However, the breakfast could use some improvement, perhaps by adding omelettes. The staff, especially the receptionist named Saly, is incredibly friendly and professional. She greets you with a smile and is always ready to help. When we asked for a room upgrade with a good view, she provided it for free, even though it should have been charged. She truly deserves a 10/10 rating. Another staff member, Ms. Nina and Mira, is also highly professional. She welcomes you with a beautiful smile and has extensive knowledge about the hotel's offerings. She is attentive and always willing to assist. The price we paid, $320 for a 4-night stay including breakfast, was also reasonable. We booked through booking.com. If I visit again, I will definitely choose the same hotel without any hesitation. A big thank you to Saly, Maria, Nina, Giorgi and all the staff at Radius hotel for making our stay enjoyable.

The location is amazing. It’s in the Galleria shopping mall and you can walk all around and you can see the statue also which is amazing. Everything is around you in the middle of the centre. The view is really nice. The rooms are amazing. I love the art in this hotel it’s like one of a kind Every day is like a new day you enjoy everything in the hotel and outside the staff. They were so amazing very friendly very nice, very helpful which made our stay really comfy and easy

It needs a spa facilities or a gym or swimming pool, but overall I would love to stay again and again and again in this hotel

Perfect location, right next to Liberty Square and a modern mall and a ten minute easy walk to Old Town with all its attractions. Most staff speak English well. Fantastic breakfast with many options. Wifi worked very well. Water was hot.

Air conditioning broke twice during my 2 week stay although they came and fixed it quickly. Also, after a few hours, it would revert to 18 degrees even though I set the temperature for higher.
