I recently stayed at this centrally located hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Its prime location made it incredibly convenient to get around the city, whether for sightseeing or business. The staff were consistently hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities were impeccably clean and well-maintained, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to high standards. The breakfast spread was a particular highlight—well-organized, delicious, and offering a variety of options to cater to all tastes. I was so impressed with the overall experience that I ended up extending my stay by three days. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

The location was the best, we walked almost everywhere but we do like walking. However taxis were everywhere and the BOLT (like Uber) were also everywhere. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and convenience shops. I would definitely return to this hotel next time I’m in Tbilisi. We had a room w/balcony and although the evenings became very active the noise did not disturb us inside the room. The weather was chilly but inside the hotel it was very pleasant. The front desk staff very nice and pleasant. The staff doing the morning breakfast very pleasant and attentive to everyone and a nice mix of food nicely prepared. WiFi inside the hotel was good. Even a conference room was available to do some work. There was always someone at the front desk to assist.

A huge balcony and a very huge and comfortable room. The bed was really good and comfortable. The hotel is in the heard of old Tblisi, so there is only a short walk to all the hotspots of the old town. We booked the suite with the big balcony and an amazing few. The staff is very friendly.

The traffic in Tiblisi is horrible. Directly in front of the hotel is one of the main streets of the town with 4 Lanes in one direction. So you can hear the noise of the traffic even if the windows are closed. And on the beautiful balcony it’s very loud the whole day and night. The breakfast is okay, but you get only instant coffee and the food is the same every day. We was allowed to use the terrace of the restaurant nearby for breakfast. That was really helpful because the small breakfast room was full every day.

This is a very nice hotel. Atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming. Our flight was late at night so we couldn't get proper sleep. When we arrived in Tbilisi, it was early morning, long before our check in time. We got to the hotel and were able to drop off our luggage. Anna at the reception saw how tired we were and offered us bottles of water. The room was not vacant yet and she kindly asked us to give them some time. We decided to have an early morning walk around the old city, but after couple of hours we were too tired and decided to go back to the lobby and just wait there. When we came back, Mariami took over from Anna at the reception and was very kind to accomodate us as quickly as they could. I would also like to mention Tika that we got to meet in the subsequent days, who was also very kind and welcoming. The highlight of this hotel and this trip was the staff at the hotel who did everything they could to make sure we get an amazing experience. Hotel has ideal location - you can easily walk pretty much everywhere. It is lively at night, and yet safe. P.S.: delicious khachapuri at breakfast!

The landline phone wasn't working. It was not a big deal though.

Location is excellent, few minute each old Tbilisi Centre. Appreciate the balcony can stay balcony watch people passing by and enjoy street view. Room smaller the my expectation, but sufficient to lay two huge luggage. Staff is friendly and helpful. Appreciate has inner elevator easy shift luggage to room. WiFi and cleanliness were good.

Air-conditioning system auto off during sleep midnight. Remote control unfriendly use, spent sometime to turn on air-conditioning.

Perfect location - next to the thermal baths, in the old town, most of the tourist attractions are reachable on foot. Hotel is very beautiful from outside and inside. We had a nice view from the balcony. Calm area. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good wifi

Maybe better to visit in summer. In January it was quite cold in the room because of the big balcony. Heating was only possible with air-conditioning system. Furniture and doors need small reparations. Electric socket for the kettle and phone didn't work.

Very very good service. When we had issues with our first room (was very nice but no elevator access) we were transferred to a different room that was also very nice. When we needed to do a last minute late checkout we were transferred to another room free of charge and our luggage was moved for us so we could just continue our day outside. Staff was always super nice and helpful and family rooms were great for our needs.

4th floor has no elevator access, which was not listed ahead of time. Room on 4th floor is also not great for tall people. Recommend making sure room meets your needs ahead of time (they can accommodate)

Fantastic location right outside Meidan Bazaar in Tbilisi, near the bottom of the steps leading up to Narikala Fortress, on a pedestrian-only street. (Cars can get up to the cross street a few meters away, which is where the taxi picked us up for the airport). It was just a few minutes walk through the Old City to the Glass Bridge and Rike Park, the statue of St George and the cable cars going overhead were visible from the hotel room windows (photo attached). The decor was brand new and well designed, while still having some local charm. New bathrooms, beds, etc. Our "family" room had a partition between the rooms, for additional privacy, and yet there was plenty of space

Everything was nice. The hotel is at the centre point of the Tbilisi old town. You don't have to walk up to the hill like some other hotels. I can get a quick clothes changing after enjoying the thermal spa nearby the hotel. I would like to give a big shout-out to the staffs. They were very very helpful and nice. It really feels like home. Room clean-up everyday was provided.

I stayed with family having infant and I recommend to stay in this hotel. Hotel is placed at well centred location and easy to access for cable car, rhea park, narikala fortess, botanical garden etc. Hotel has tv connected with internet which is big relief for infant. As Indian, famous Indian restaurants are near by, along with tour & travels and most of tour starts from near by place to roam around country.
