poor behavior by the swimming pool area staff, my room window handle was broken and was severely cold inside, reported to the reception but no action was taken

The Hotels & Preference Hualing is located 9 kms NE of the Old City area of Tbilisi, but if you have a rental car, like we did, it is very convenient to stay there and drive into town. Fine too if you are getting taxis. We headed for Stepansminda after checking out so if you are heading north to Gudauri, Kagbegi/Step etc. it is ideal to avoid the traffic in the centre of town when leaving. Car Parking was available right near the entrance. Very well appointed room. Huge, comfortable bed and all amenities worked perfectly. Staff was very attentive. 24/7 Front Desk. Good for a midnight check like us :) Excellent breakfast choice. Very quiet room. Good soundproofing. Excellent Sports Bar: Top Flite Snooker Tables with excellent quality felt, slate and cushions; TV's, Alcohol/Drinks Seclection; Decor. The Swimming Pool/Spa-Sauna-Gym complex is not on the property, but it is only a 200 metre walk down the road. Excellent pool and other facilities. Great value for money. (We stayed for 4 nights in mid Dec. 2023)

the price was good, the staff was awesome, the breakfast was flow-less. the vibe of a quality place. the shower and bathroom is great

far away from everything, when I came the toilet was not working(they fixed it immediately). the water heater was dirty 😰 , but they changed it. quite smell in the place. the window was leaking air, not good for cold days, the have duckt tape on the window. overall the place is very good, with a great capability , what it lacks is a good management that can manage this place and make it a destination for tourists

The view of the room. Took a high floor 7. Lovely breeze because of the open area. It was nice and quiet at night because it's little far from city. I opted for honeymoon package and they did not forget the decor. Checkin and checkout was fast. Washrooms are spacious ❤️. They have all amenities that you could possibly need. But their casino is no more available. Overall it was worth it, clean and big rooms.

Staff not so friendly. The room service was slow and I had to keep reminding them. Swimming pool is out of hotel building, need to walk a few meters. Food was flavourless, so I suggest trying the chicken club sandwich (room service) and the chicken noodles with soya sauce (Chinese restaurant on 2nd floor)

We were amazed of the service quality. The staff was speaking english at a good level, and was very helpful. The room is perfect, as well as the bathroom! The massae lady also provided a good service, offered extra sleepers and bathrobe. Also, a-mazing breakfast.

The location is of course unfortunate. It is not very noisy from the city-view side, but the airport closeness makes its impact. The plains are heard all over the night. We are unpleased of an extra charge for the bottle of wine staying near the TV, that looked as a complementary one. For instance, the minibar is situated in another place and has a space for the warm drinks.

I loved staying here it was my second time and yes they're better than before. The staff is very cooperative and everyone is ready to help you when you are need. Lady at the reception arranged a Cab for me and family. Restaurant food is delicious we had chef's special burger which is a must try. Location is slightly outskirts of the city but it's worth staying here. Not so expensive whenever you book also cheers to Mr. Nika and all the staff at the reception.

The rooms were very spacious, clean, and had great amenities. The pool was huge and indoors which was nice because we could use it even when it was raining. Make sure to take swimming caps though. The breakfast was also pretty good, plenty of variety for everyone.

It was quite far from the city. You definitely need a car to get out and about from here. Also the pool isn’t attached to the hotel- you have to walk through the car park to get there.

That’s our second visit 1. Free lounge with food and drinks, places to work. 2. Huge room 3. Amazing service

1. Pool and gym are in another building. It’s quite uncomfortable to reach them. 2. You’re allowed to visit a pool with swimming caps only. 3. 25 meters pool is not suitable for professional swimming but it’s too deep for kids. It’s used for kid’s trainings usually. 4. Small pool (they call it Jacuzzi) has no Jacuzzi in fact. It has hot water and is nice for small kids but officially children under 5 years are not allowed to enter it. Both times we were there we convinced staff to let our 2 years girl to enter it.
