Hotel is located in the city center and gives you opportunity to explore city by walking. Breakfast was nice, everything was fresh and Chef’s were replenishing buffet so everything was delicious. Bar on the 5th floor is just amazing. Staff is wonderful and the person who made cocktail list is just genius. HSK was cleaning our room every day, every day we had new towels and every second day new sheet. Hotel staff speaks good English, so you will not have an issue with it.

Tv in a room is quite poor. You can’t connect your phone with the tv and there is only few channels on English (mostly with news / no any channel where you can watch movies for example)

Few minutes walk to the Metro Station and the Old Tbilisi. 4) Many restaurants and groceries around the area. 5) Lovely breakfast with nice coffee. 6) 24 hours complimentary coffee at the lobby and also water cooler. Hot water for tea as well.

1) No room service albeit there is roof top bar which serves food. 2) Tiny bathrooms in some categories of rooms. 3) No cupboards. 4) Limited TV sports channels. Neither premier league football nor other major European league football available.

Loved everything about this hotel, though our credit card gave us a bit of trouble but the staff were all very accommodating and gave us no trouble we had enough time till the checkout date to pay in cash. The entrance lobby, rooms, breakfast, waiting area and the restaurant upstairs was fantastic. We stayed in room 509 and upgraded to 602 it was superb. The location was superb just 1 minute walk from freedom square. Right in the center. The rooms were quirky and right up my alley. Exceptional design, comfortable rooms and free coffee made our stay in Tblisi most memorable. Will definitely stay there again whenever we visit next time. *two thumbs up* 👍.

Loves everything!!!!! This question is simply not applicable in case of Ibis Styles hotel, city center Tblisi.

We first stayed in ibis styles when we came to tblisi on 9th then on 12th we checked out for batumi. On our way back we were planning to stay at another hotel but our family loved the ibisl so much, we ended up booking it again on our way back from batumi, instead of moxy. This time we stayed in room 301 and 521. Everyone was super helpful especially Anna at the reception helped guide us regarding some wonderful sites. Keti was most helpful during our check inn and check out issue and helped to sort it out. Anya was also very helpful and nice. Alyssa and Anita were also very supportive and nice. Wpuld definitely recommend ibis to other visiting tblisi and whenever we visit Georgia next time we will book ibis styles for sure.

Our credit card gave us a bit of trouble at ibis style but we paid in cash so it was no issue. In alot of places it got accepted as they were using international machines and not national ones. Maybe ibis can do the same next time?

Great location, fantastic breakfast, nice room with lots of places to hang things. Great black out curtains. A bidet which to me seems very fancy. Great bar/restaurant with a super friendly staff and really good food. There are many places to stay in Tbilisi, I am not sure if I would stay at this hotel again but the price was reasonable and the room was great.

I didn't like that I could not be refunded for the breakfast we would be missing because we left at 2:30 am. They packed a to go breakfast for us which was not that great and we really didn't have a place at the airport to eat it before the security gate. Our air conditioning didn't work the last few days we were there, but the window opened so it was not a huge deal. We did mention it and the front desk person told us they had switched over, so it was just like that. It seems weird, to me, that there wouldn't be air conditioning in the summer but it didn't bother us enough to mention it while we were there.

I am a bit of a party girl with strange demands and they always accommodate! They let me park my motorcycle on their pedestrian street. As I am renovating apartments, I often arrive with small furniture items and building materials. The staff come out to help and always find storage place. The Rum Bar on the rooftop provides a great view, has excellent cocktails and interesting menu items. Order two cocktails at once - they are tasty, but service is slow so be one step ahead!

it's my second time I stay in IBIS first of all the rooms are super clean , if you want the standard room it's a bit small but more than enough for tourism purpose the customer service is top anytime you call they bring what you need plus they gave me late check out , it's so colorful makes me happy to stay there bathrooms has (shattaf) room is equipped with vanity set, tooth brush, head cup, bathrobes and on top of all this it has an amazing view on the mountain but choose a high floor (5,6,7) to enjoy it they have good breakfast , and their roof restaurant is great as well I visited twice tried almost all the menu they have free coffee machine in the reception and they provide umbrellas in case it was raining highly recommended as it just 1 min walking distance to the center and there are many restaurants and shops around

My husband and I stayed at this sweet little property in Feb 2023 after our three nights in Gudauri. Firstly I want to say a big thankyou to the staff and especially GIORGI who was bright and extremely helpful from checkin through checkout. He explained everything of the hotel and was patient when our card didnt work at first. He suggested that we could pay by Apple pay as well. Moving on, this hotel is in the heart of the city. We literally walked everywhere. The lane in which the hotel is situated, has many restaurants and pubs. The rest of the attractions are at an healthy distance of walk away. The rooms in itself is a 7/10 with all required amenities. not the biggest in area wise, but is very comfortable for a short stay. The linens and pillows are of top quality. I like the fact that the bathroom and the toilet are divided. Freedom square is a minute's walk away. The breakfast spread has a limited number of items but saying that, it is more than enough to get going for the day. Thank you for a lovely stay Giorgi and Ibis styles tbilisi city center team. We will definitely be coming back and recommending as well.

The staff was very nice and helpful, we had arrived early and asked them to go to the room if it possible. we were accommodated before our arrival time։ the room was very comfortable, clean and colorful (regardless of you, your mood rises), lobby is very beautiful and if you go on a business trip you can use the computers which are placed in the lobby I really enjoyed my stay. i will recommend this hotel to my friends. Oo and the last) January 1st was my birthday and the employees congratulated me with a cake😊thanks for everything guys

New Year's event was not organized at the hotel

Place is nice, staff are very accommodating, id like to commend Ani! The location is near the mall restos and bars so very convenient to roam around downtown tblisi.

I love everything about the hotel but what i did not like is that when we go out of the hotel premises towards the nearest mall, there are lots of teenage kids who were a bit of harrassing us and would try to grab our things. This might be one of the reasons why I will no longer book hotels near this area. I hope they try to put more security in this area to avoid these incidents from happening again.
