Hotel is located in the city center and gives you opportunity to explore city by walking. Breakfast was nice, everything was fresh and Chef’s were replenishing buffet so everything was delicious. Bar on the 5th floor is just amazing. Staff is wonderful and the person who made cocktail list is just genius. HSK was cleaning our room every day, every day we had new towels and every second day new sheet. Hotel staff speaks good English, so you will not have an issue with it.

Tv in a room is quite poor. You can’t connect your phone with the tv and there is only few channels on English (mostly with news / no any channel where you can watch movies for example)

The location is excellent. The room is a bargain in comparison with other European capitals. Breakfast is good and includes a few local specialties. People at the reception desk are wonderfully hospitable and competent. The cleaning service is top-notch. The overall atmosphere at the hotel is warm and friendly. Coffee, tea, and cookies are available around the clock. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again. ♥️

My experience was impeccable. However, a small rubber mat in the shower would be appreciated since the bathroom floor gets slippery and can be dangerous after a few shots of chacha. 😉

First of all I want to thank the front desk lady whose name was starting with S (I forgot her name), she was very professional and patient, showed everything around with smiling face. Hotel was truly amazing, and much better than most of the hotels where I even paid more than this. Furniture and design of the room was very nice, and has a calming vibe, all facilities like coffee machine, kettle were provided, bed was so soft like it was massage therapy, making you sleep better, hugs you, so you dont need girlfriend haha :D. Balcony was amazing with nice view. Cleaning was at maximum level, sincere staff with high work ethics, housekeeping as well. I ate lots of unlimited cookies and coffee))

Bed was so comfy that I couldn't watch tiktok and fall asleep immediately every time 💀skdjfhjk

First of all, the hotel's location is magnificent. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, next to Freedom Square. It's very clean, quiet, comfortable and has an excellent breakfast. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. They try to solve all your needs without any expectation. Especially Luka, a staff member at reception, helped me a lot. I would like to express my special thanks to him here. Although the normal check-in time was 14:00, he arranged for check-in at 12:00 and also didn't withhold his help for late checkout (at 14:00). It's one of the best service-providing hotels in Tbilisi. You can choose and stay here with confidence.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The heating system in the corridors on the hotel floors is very strong and it even becomes difficult to breathe; it would be much better if they regulated the temperature more appropriately.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The property is very accessible to the nearest tourist spot in the city. The room are very nice, clean and the bed is very comfy. Breakfast was very good with lots of options from meat, breads and fruits.

The staff is not very welcoming, they always have a frown in there face. The don't even greet Good Morning or Good Evening on there Guest. I think they lack hospitality. Well atleast on our last day on way to the airport the concierge help us in booking our taxi.

Hotel is in great location, very easy to get around. Room was clean, bed really comfortable and we had a nice view from the window - mother of Georgia. Each day we got new bottles of water in the room, also it was possible to make coffee/tea in the room, in the lobby there is a coffee machine which can be used for hotel guests at any point free of charge. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. There is also a nice bar in the hotel, where it is possible to play some games (like chess, table football). Hotel looked like in photos and there were no negative surprises.

Unfortunately during our stay it was not possible to get iron and ironing board.

1) Attitude of staff. Polite and helpful. Great at their job. 2) Clean and comfortable. 3) Great location. Close to the Freedom Square. Few minutes walk to the Metro Station and the Old Tbilisi. 4) Many restaurants and groceries around the area. 5) Lovely breakfast with nice coffee. 6) 24 hours complimentary coffee at the lobby and also water cooler. Hot water for tea as well.

1) No room service albeit there is roof top bar which serves food. 2) Tiny bathrooms in some categories of rooms. 3) No cupboards. 4) Limited TV sports channels. Neither premier league football nor other major European league football available.

The hotel offers an unbeatable location, just steps from the city center and the charming Liberty Square, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy local dining. The friendly staff and convenient access truly enhanced my stay, making it an unforgettable experience!

There was no on-site parking. I had to look for a public spot and pay 20 Lari per day, which was inconvenient. Moreover, the rooms were quite cramped, making them more appropriate for solo travelers rather than couples or families.

Loved everything about this hotel, though our credit card gave us a bit of trouble but the staff were all very accommodating and gave us no trouble we had enough time till the checkout date to pay in cash. The entrance lobby, rooms, breakfast, waiting area and the restaurant upstairs was fantastic. We stayed in room 509 and upgraded to 602 it was superb. The location was superb just 1 minute walk from freedom square. Right in the center. The rooms were quirky and right up my alley. Exceptional design, comfortable rooms and free coffee made our stay in Tblisi most memorable. Will definitely stay there again whenever we visit next time. *two thumbs up* 👍.

Loves everything!!!!! This question is simply not applicable in case of Ibis Styles hotel, city center Tblisi.

We first stayed in ibis styles when we came to tblisi on 9th then on 12th we checked out for batumi. On our way back we were planning to stay at another hotel but our family loved the ibisl so much, we ended up booking it again on our way back from batumi, instead of moxy. This time we stayed in room 301 and 521. Everyone was super helpful especially Anna at the reception helped guide us regarding some wonderful sites. Keti was most helpful during our check inn and check out issue and helped to sort it out. Anya was also very helpful and nice. Alyssa and Anita were also very supportive and nice. Wpuld definitely recommend ibis to other visiting tblisi and whenever we visit Georgia next time we will book ibis styles for sure.

Our credit card gave us a bit of trouble at ibis style but we paid in cash so it was no issue. In alot of places it got accepted as they were using international machines and not national ones. Maybe ibis can do the same next time?
