I liked the design of the room and the attention to details, like: The welcome sign, the welcome cookie, the way the windows were soundproof since I could not hear any traffic other than the ambulances. The lighting and mirrors in the bathroom were really good for makeup (very unusual for hotels actually). The non-bleached toilet paper and recycled notepad. It's a new fresh hotel. An extra feeling of safety since you needed the key card to get in to the corridor as well as your room.

The breakfast was the biggest disappointment of the hotel. For the price of it the selection was pretty small, things were finished 1 h before the end of breakfast time. It was just underwhelming. Mostly cold things since all the warm things were gone. The location is a bit off but we chose the hotel because we had our errands in the area.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious, everything was new and modern and parking on the street right outside the hotel was easy. They also offer you a free drink if you choose not to have your room cleaned which is good for the environment.

It's a 10-15min tram ride to the city but the tram is very close. The view out the window isn't great. I would have liked a kettle in my room to be able to make a cup of tea but I had to go down and get hot water from the bar every time I wanted to do that.

The staff is friendly, the location is good for the hospital. The bus 32 takes you from the hospital to the main train station. There is also tram station nearby and you can easily reach the city center. Good coffee and beer in the lobby.

There were external blinds with regulation in the room but sometimes an automatic mode was turning them up or down and it is very annoying if you try to rest. Also we had the room closest to the elevator and as the isolation was not very good, we were able to hear very well all the other people on the floor when they went out or back.

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and nice at all times. We checked in after the reception was already closed, but everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival. In the room we were welcomed by a small personalized note on a blackboard on the wall and a complimentary cookie and water. There is a very spacious parking lot available as well. The breakfast was small but very good in terms of quality and freshness of the food.

The staff is extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. They create a welcoming environment by going out of their way to make you feel like a special guest. The hotel is a great place to stay if visiting the hospital. The room was cozy and comfortable.

It would be nice if the shower drained better, but it isn't that much of an inconvenience.

Excellent stay. Comfortable room, and very good breakfast. We chose the hotel because we wanted an electric vehicle charging point. They has 3 22KW Type 2 chargers, which are free and worked perfectly. Note that you do need to pay 11EUR for the parking to use them

The staff helpful, I arrived late to Hotel by that time all restaurants were closed and they help me alot to order food. Thanks all for you. Room orgnized well and beds comfortable, toilet great. Quite place. Definitely I would recommend it.

I stayed here the night before going into hospital, so the location was perfect! The room was nice - comfotable and very clean.

The bathroom was nicely set-up, but the shower did not properly drain. The shower drain is my only complaint for the room.

New, clean and comfortable budget hotel.

We expected a better breakfast, lack of hot food, an omelette and sausages. First what owners must to do is to start eating breakfast here and they will understand that name “Bio” is not the synonym of good breakfast.

The hotel seems to be new or freshly renovated. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is organic and local. And you get a cookie during check-in or in your room.
