Great location, just a few minutes walk from the old town. Fabulous breakfast - lots of variety, including fresh fruits, bread rolls, teas, condiments etc, and everything was replenished well. We had a family room with a double bed and 2 pull out single beds. This is so much better than a pull out sofa bed as the children can sleep separately. Very happy with our choice and would recommend this hotel to others.

The room only had light curtains, so was very bright in the mornings which woke the children up very early. The last few rooms at the top of the hotel are not serviced by the lift, so there are 2 sets of stairs to carry bags up. Parking was a little stressful, although the staff were very helpful getting this sorted.

A good hotel located downtown. The own parking nearby is very useful. Polite, helpful staff.

I don't have much to complain about. Maybe the fact that the room does not have the promised size (29 sq. m.).

Everything was superb. The bedroom I was allocated is rather quiet, fulfilling the requirements I asked for, and very spacious. There is in it everything needed for a pleasant stay: the desk table was large and very comfortable, adequate to have a good work at it, as well as the chair and the table lamp. The beds are very comfy, the mattresses having the right toughness for assuring a good and healthy rest. The staff members are all very kind and helpful, with the exception of one of the waitresses working at the restaurant at breakfast time, who is rather unpleasant. One of them helped me carry the heaviest part of my luggage from my car to the room, something which cannot be taken for granted in all hotels. The breakfast is very good and abundant. The food available for that meal is of a great variety and of a very good quality. It's in general the kind of hotel from which one would never depart and to where one feels as going again.

The only shortcoming is that lady working at the restaurant at breakfast time, whose behaviour is strange and disruptive. Thanks God she wasn't there in the morning after the second night of my stay at the hotel, so that I had to bear her bad manners only once.

The location is very nice and close to the historical center. About 10 minutes walk to the Rathhaus Platz and just across the street from the Dom. There's parking in courtyard and in garage. Garage was a bit complicated at the first moment as it has a lift, but the lady from the reception came and helped us to handle it. They are pet friendly and we had no problems staying with the cat.

AC would be nice on summer, however, it was not super-hot in the room even with +31C outside.

Superb Hotel. Charming location and building with excellent internal layout. The pool and gym facilities were great. The lounge area with tea and coffee available had a wonderful ambiance. The room was well designed and comfortable and the balcony area offering another dimension to the experience. The breakfasts were terrific. The hotel was a major part of our highly enjoyable stay in Augsberg.

The hotel is situated very close to the Augsburg Dom and the Old Town is just five minutes walk. The hotel is very well styled, the room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, everything you expect in Bavaria. The hotel is ideally located for walks to the Augsburg old town, including the famous Fuggerei complex.

I cannot mention anything disappointing or negative.

We chose the Dom Hotel because we had been there in 2019 and had a good experience then. It is located a block outside the tourist area which made it quieter but still close. Our room, 105, was large, clean, and quiet. The bed was comfortable too. Their breakfast is excellent with all the potential choices of a high quality. They also have a very safe area for storing bicycles. My encounters with the staff were always pleasant.

As with many hotels, they could use more places to hang up wet towels.

The minute you walk into this hotel you can’t help to notice how clean and lovely it is. The staff are very friendly and professional and always willing to help. There is ample parking as the hotel has a car park in the back, and our room was large complete with a small balcony on the back.

Location is great, parking available at the hotel and around, room is clean and new.

Staff at the counter not very nice to help us find a parking alternative but there’s plenty of options cheaper than parking in the street. it was conveniently located within a short walk to the center. staff know,edgeable and helpful. we arrived very early and they checked us in right away. room was lovely and spacious. breakfast buffet was typical German and very adequate. I felt as if we were in an apartment and not a hotel.

there wasn’t coffee in room but they had coffee I. the lobby area available. a,ways nice for us to have that first cup before we shower and make our way to breakfast.
