The receptionist in particular was great but all the staff were very good, just I had to initially call up and be guided to the front door. Breakfast was good value. Very handy for tram stops.

Shower room floor got a bit wet so something to mop it and a more easily closeable shower door would be good. Traffic noise was a minor issue but that probably depends on which room you get.

Staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in early. The room was spacious and clean, and the shared bathroom facilities were spotless. Very good price and location was excellent. Highly recommend.

WiFi was a little slow but was fine mostly. The double bed was actually 2 singles pushed together. Sometimes, they would separate leaving a gap.

It's right across a small street from the famous Fuggerei. A walkable (for young people) distance from the main square. I even walked to/from the main train station. For the rest there's a tram line 1 (currently a replacement bus B1) to/from the main train station. The room has a sink, which comes handy for washing you face/teeth. Quite clean and nice for a hostel. I'd say it's more of a hotel except the WC and bathroom are shared.

Nice clean rooms, great value for money. Great location, near a tram station and within walking distance of the city square. Nice staff helped us check in and out swiftly.

Only one shower and bathroom for the whole floor and my group of 11 was not all of the people on the floor.

I didn't like the fact we was little bit later than 9pm do to weather condition and we had to pay €10 extra.

Upstairs, budget room with good access to central areas of the city. Safe parking for bikes.

Great location opposite the Fuggerei. Lovely spacious room with own sink. Comfortable beds and perfect for a family. Option for breakfast which was very good.

The room was big enough to open my suit case, simple and clean. When i entered my room, the heater was off and was very cold (in March). I asked a guy at the reception, he gave me a blanket and helped me with the heater in my room. Very helpful and friendly staff, Thank you!

I had heavy suits case... It was very difficult to carry up stairs... But when i think about the price, i can't complain!

I could sleep very well. Breakfast was good and abundant.

No individual toilette facilities per room but common bathroom and toilettes at the end of the corridor, which were not always available (too few for that many rooms). Hand washer sink and shower tray sink clogged.

We stayed there one night during our bike tour. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The location was really enjoyable to visit the city centre of Augsburg by foot.
