I can't recommend this hotel enough. If I could give 7 stars I would!! Rooms are spacious & clean. Breakfast was great, plenty of options and tasteful selections. All at very affordable rates. I was unfortunate to be stranded in Augsburg with a broken car and I did not speak the language at all. Claudia, the hotel manager is a very kind woman who went above and beyond to help me. The management and the staff were all very nice, very eager to help and always with doing it with a smile. If I will ever be in the area again, I will definitely stay here again.

They brought us a fresh sheet when I asked for it because the second second bed hadn't been made and I wasn't sure of the sheet that was there. The room was big which made it comfortable with a dog. Breakfast was great, even for a vegan like me! Soy milk, muesli and nice nuts and seeds. Gorgeous freshly cut fruit.

As well as having to make up the second second bed, we also had to ask for extra towels. The windows let a lot of noise in from the busy road below.

The hotel is great, we got a family room and my 2 kids slept in the sofa bed, maybe a little bit small for 2 adults but still very comfortable. The room was very clean and fresh (air conditioning) which was great since it's a very hot summer.

Just to make it clear, the kitchenette has only microwave, fridge, kettle, cups and glasses, but no stove, dishes, forks, knifes, pans.

Breakfast had a great choice. Room was spacious and clean,we had a patio as well which was a bonus. Free parking for car was really appreciated. Would like to say a massive thank you to both ladies at the reception, they were so kind, I especially would like to mention Tanya. Thank you :)

We stayed here on two separate occassions. One of the rooms had bad molding between shower tiles. The location of the hotel is not super inviting, but okay for a stay-over to another destination. Area behind hotel a bit sketchy at night.

Breakfast was amazing with many options, one of the best breakfasts i have had in Germany. Room was comfortable and clean. The staff were super friendly and the parking was for free.

Rooms can be a little old fashioned, did have the wow effect when you walked in but again, it is located in a small town and I don't think there's anything better.

The area is close to the Autobahn. Breakfast was good, staff was excellent

The hot tub was not hot- and it had an alert to change the filter. The sauna was also not hot. Both of those were not available to use until 1630 daily. The hot tub could definitely use a deep clean

Everything! The bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on in a hotel. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was awesome, so much choice and set us up for the day nicely. Unfortunately didn’t have time to use the spa!

The restaurant is currently closed in the evenings with not many restaurants nearby. The car park is a little small for the size of the hotel. Minor issues.

The room was clean and spaceous. The breakfast was good. You can park the car at the hotel. It was easy to reach. It was for us a overnight stop on our way to our holiday location.

the room was a little noisy. We could hear the loud kids in the room nextdoor very good.

Best reception for our dog so far: dog bowl, pack of treats, roll of poo-bag. Free icecream! Plenty of other services for free that we didn't even use (like free rental bikes). great furniture in the room, plenty of surfaces to put our stuff. Bathtub! AC! Excellent breakfast, on the terrace (I wonder where dog owners can have a breakfast during winter time, though).
