I can't recommend this hotel enough. If I could give 7 stars I would!! Rooms are spacious & clean. Breakfast was great, plenty of options and tasteful selections. All at very affordable rates. I was unfortunate to be stranded in Augsburg with a broken car and I did not speak the language at all. Claudia, the hotel manager is a very kind woman who went above and beyond to help me. The management and the staff were all very nice, very eager to help and always with doing it with a smile. If I will ever be in the area again, I will definitely stay here again.

They brought us a fresh sheet when I asked for it because the second second bed hadn't been made and I wasn't sure of the sheet that was there. The room was big which made it comfortable with a dog. Breakfast was great, even for a vegan like me! Soy milk, muesli and nice nuts and seeds. Gorgeous freshly cut fruit.

As well as having to make up the second second bed, we also had to ask for extra towels. The windows let a lot of noise in from the busy road below.

The hotel is great, we got a family room and my 2 kids slept in the sofa bed, maybe a little bit small for 2 adults but still very comfortable. The room was very clean and fresh (air conditioning) which was great since it's a very hot summer.

Just to make it clear, the kitchenette has only microwave, fridge, kettle, cups and glasses, but no stove, dishes, forks, knifes, pans.

Every time when I visit Augsburg, I use this hotel. Nice and quiet. Very very very big and tasty breakfast! I will not recommend it to anyone, will use it Hotel again and again only for myself :-)

Hope after the quarantine the SPA will work again

The rooms in the hotel are well maintained. it is has a small kitchen, fridge. you will not be distrubed by any kind of noise from outside. The best part of the room is that it has quite a big bathroom with bathtub. 😍It is well connected with tram and bus. It has perfect breakfast with lots and lots of options. The hotel staff is very friendly. There is lounge with pool table, fusball table, a massage chair. free of cost coffee vending machine at reception. They give free bicycles for exploring city.

The room was spacious and quiet (our room was located at the back of the hotel). We enjoyed the breakfast, there really was a lot of choice. The hotel is located just outside the LEZ zone (Umweltzone), so you can reach it without needing a vignet. And there is a lot of parking space. You don't find many hotels for this price and with excellent breakfast included.

Although we made a reservation for two, the room was only prepared for one person (one blanket, pillow, towel). Luckily we found some extras in the closets. It's located a little outside the city center, so ideal for a stopover (what we did), but I can imagine that it's a little far if you want to visit the city center.

Breakfast had a great choice. Room was spacious and clean,we had a patio as well which was a bonus. Free parking for car was really appreciated. Would like to say a massive thank you to both ladies at the reception, they were so kind, I especially would like to mention Tanya. Thank you :)

We stayed here on two separate occassions. One of the rooms had bad molding between shower tiles. The location of the hotel is not super inviting, but okay for a stay-over to another destination. Area behind hotel a bit sketchy at night.

Everything! The bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on in a hotel. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was awesome, so much choice and set us up for the day nicely. Unfortunately didn’t have time to use the spa!

The restaurant is currently closed in the evenings with not many restaurants nearby. The car park is a little small for the size of the hotel. Minor issues.

Overall good value for money, located outside of the centre, close to road but Trams located close buy that run frequently, journey time 10mins to centre, centre has many cafes and Restaurants. Free parking. The room was a good size, very clean, the Breakfast was exceptional, very large selection of hot and cold items. We stayed 1 night whilst travelling from Croatia to England, suited us as we had a large camper van that we was able to park on site, and would stay again. good value for money but expect to use the trams or public transport to get to centre.

Location perfect if you wish to have free parking and you dont mind travel into centre by public transport, others may wish to be located in the centre.
