Every aspect of this hotel is impeccable - the hotel itself is celebrating its 150 year in 2022 and is the flagship of the Oetker Collection, quite rightly so! From the ornate decorations, fixtures and fittings, excellent staff, a hotel cat (Cleo) set in mature and stunning grounds, this is one of the finest hotels I have visited to date. The restaurants offer breadth and range in their menu's both at breakfast and dinner. We also had a picnic arranged for our final lunch, sat underneath a willow tree opposite the Allee with our 5 year old. Despite traveling with a young child, the hotel staff and guests were very welcoming. We were provided with a corner suite (415) which had excellent views and a nice position within the hotel, outstanding quality for the room itself, large bedroom and wardrobe space, a separate lounge area and a minibar included in the room rate. Balconies were safe and splendid!

One element that does need improvement are the pillows! They are large but lack any support and evaporate with any pressure, despite double folding and adding a cushion, we finally found some solace.

Everything was wonderful. Our room was large with a beautiful view. All the staff were kind and welcoming. They aim to please. Every encounter was a pleasure. We dined in both restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Food excellent, as was service. It’s no wonder it was recently rated the best hotel in all of Germany. We moved on to another luxe hotel in Germany and it is a let down compared to Brenners Park. Try the spa saunas, steam room and pools. We had massages in the spa that were great, and the waiting area was lovely with drinks and snacks. Much better than the public ones offered in town. I hope we return someday.

Basically a fantastic hotel where we like to spend the night on our way to the warmer south of Europe. Stylish, excellent and friendly service that you don't come across much anymore. Certainly in comparison with similar high-end hotel chains, the hotel scores well. The room in the main building could use a makeover, dusty, air conditioning not cooling enough, blanket too thick, pillows too thin, etc. The staff will solve it, but the experience we expected as we had received it 2 years ago was missing this time . Every kitchen goes a bit off track and let's hope we get a better experience the next time we come back. At this level it is more about details and experience and the enthusiasm and hospitality of the staff made up for the somewhat dated room. Grade 9/9 instead of 10/10 last year.

Anyway, service of the staff is the super best. All of them were kind and polite. When we went to Caracalla-therme, they prepared a towel set for us , and when we left the hotel, they had put water and snacks in our car without saying anything. Of course both the room and the meal were the best. The wife and daughters who were not used to a sauna of the man and woman mixture appreciated a women-only sauna very much. I am going to visit Baden Baden again to stay in this hotel.

Property was immaculate, room was charming, clean and bed was comfy. Spa and wellness was next level and was amazing. Wife and I could use the saunas, Plunge Pool, and steam rooms (facilities were second to none and it wasn’t overcrowded) We wish we would of stayed longer.

Everything was amazing

The Brenner Hotel is a beautiful grand villa with a gorgeous garden directly in front. In the middle of Baden-Baden 15 minutes from the Festspielhaus.

Our room was in another building. Villa Stephanie, beautiful and connected to the main building through a maze of hallways but a far walk. As beautiful and exclusive as it was, they have no sense of environment protection!

Excellent location. Nice outdoor space. Interesting building.

Our room was around 5-10 minutes walk from the reception and you'd have to go up and down staircases several times while going from one building to the next. Half the time there's no lift. With a baby and stroller and bags wad very very uncomfortable. For that one reason I wouldn't go there with a baby every again.

Amazing. The welcome and attention to detail is incredible. The food, including breakfast is fantastic. The hotel has the most beautiful setting overlooking the park and is few steps from the mail square with great shopping. Spa and the Kids Club was fantastic too.

Everything was perfect for us

All the staff were terribly friendly. Breakfast was great and an excellent choice of everything. Did not use the Spa or Gym Did enjoy that you could walk from the hotel through the garden gate to the town and to a great small museum.

Absolutely nothing that we disliked.

Love the place very old world classic elegant yet rejuvenated. Tea room Was espectacular and tea wass well worth the 50 euros! Spa is very nice and pool room is incredible! Staff super friendly! Very posh hotel!
