Believe our room was upgraded without telling us to a larger one so no complaints there! Comfortable beds, plenty of space and a good clean bathroom. No AC, but full length door windows you can open with a fake balcony and a large fan provided. Lift from parking garage straight into the hotel so easy access with luggage.

Parking is extremely limited, I'd say around 15-20 spaces available underground. We were advised there were none available and to just try and find a space somewhere nearby which wasn't what we wanted to hear after a long ride. We were travelling by motorbike, secure parking is a must for us and was the reason we booked the hotel - somehow the member of reception staff did manage to find us a space in the end so that was greatly appreciated. Also appreciate there was a Porsche festival on and the garage was full of them so perhaps more demand than usual.

The rooms are large and clean. All the comforts were there with very good beds. Hotel is located a few minutes from the center so superb location. Friendly welcome and quick check-in / check-out.

For the garage, first come, first served so not sure to have a place. Fortunately there is a very close public parking to park the car even at night. By the way Baden-Baden is horrible for parking because it is not easy to find a place in the city and very expensive.

The boys at the reception, very hospitable, attentive, respectful. Just the guys. I say guys ☺️ , because I'm old and I'm like my kids. Exceptional, the boys. Congratulations! Clean, very clean. It's just that something else should be renewed: the chipped sink, the rusty battery, the thick carpeting, the refrigerator, the table that wobbles from all the joints. But that's up to the owner, not the staff. That's right, the quality-price ratio is ok, but it causes you a little discomfort to the above aspects. But, all in all, the boys are of the highest grade. Congratulations!!!

The hotel is in a really great location. We had a nice sized room, with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and efficient. They let us check in early and there was also a place to store or bags, which was so helpful.

There was no aircon, so if you happen to stay at a hot time of year, it can be a struggle. There was a powerful fan, but it was still hot (and the temp was only about 30 degrees so could have been worse). The windows do open but because of quite thin curtains there was a lot of heat coming in. this didn’t stop us having a nice time, and the hotel was very good value.

This is an amazing place in the center of Baden Baden. Location is perfect: 3 min to Caracalla Spa, 5 min to the Christmas market and Kurgarden. You can easily come by car, there is an underground parking area. Impressive breakfast (with vino frizzanto, warm dishes, and sweet pastry) - sometimes they also have life music for breakfast! Personal is friendly and happy to help! Beds are super comfortable. We will definitely come back!

The bathroom could have been a little bit renovated. Also, the cleaning is very minimum. We had dust at the shelves, and the ashtray at the balcony was full since we did a check-in. However, these are small things, and they don't really matter. The overall impression is good!

Excellent location close to the centre of Baden-Baden. Easy walking distance. Beds large and comfortable. The room and bathroom clean. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the quiet side street. Breakfast good selection. Parking on site in the underground carpark (although this is quite tight for larger cars). Good value hotel for an overnight stay.

There was no air con. However, the windows opened and a free-standing electric fan was provided which helped greatly. The lighting especially in the room entrance area was a bit dim.

Spacious light room with balcony overlooking the tree-lined main street. Parking space on pavement outside front door for checkiing in, underground carpark entrance then just round the corner. Thermal baths couldn't be closer. Cafes and restaurants all very close by. Absolutely excellent buffet breakfast with very good selection of hot dishes and an array of fresh fruit and cold foods too.

Car parking very handy but requires careful manoeuvering in its confined space.

I have stayed here many times and it will always be my go to in Baden Baden. It is so very central to everything and especially close to the two main spas. Price wise it is good value in Baden Baden and the rooms are very spacious with comfy beds. Breakfast is good. Parking is a little tight and if your planning to drive I always get here a little early and have always got a parking spot. Staff are very helpful and cheery.

The location was great, very close to the Caracalla's thermal baths . The room was large and clean. The breakfast was good and convenient. They had expresso!

The room needs some attention, the floor was uneven near the door to the balcony. Perhaps it needs more modern furniture. No facilities to make coffee in the room. The shower was tricky and we needed to hold it while taking a shower

Beds were comfortable and the room was large. Within walking distance to the thermal baths, restaurants and shopping. Underground Parking was available at the hotel but limited to 15 spaces so first come, first served. Breakfast was buffet, really good selection: crossiants, breads, eggs, roasted veg, bacon, cold meats and cheeses, fruit, yoghurt. There was even a magnificent violinist playing during breakfast which made the day.

Water temperature in the shower was only just hot enough.
