Location was very good - around a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. Car park was excellent (although slightly tight - fold mirrors in!) but costs extra. Good sized bedroom with all facilities (except a safe!) Breakfast was very good - served in a lovely basement room with a very friendly staff member.

Receptionist wasn’t particularly customer oriented- asked for WiFi password and was told it wasn’t needed but it clearly was as there’s a notice with it on the landing wall which I saw on the way back upstairs! No help with the safe either (there is one in the room but it doesn’t work).

Excellent location in the centre of town very near the main sights, shopping and restaurants. Large room, with large bed and sofa, looked recently refurbed in parts including the en-suite. Superb fresh continental breakfast with an exceptionally wide range of cold meats, cheeses and breads. They even had what looked like home made cakes. Lovely friendly and very helpful host at reception and breakfast. Perfect historic stop off point near the motorway when driving through Europe.

The ability to reserve car parking was great, whilst the car parking entrance was tight and car park small but we did still manage to fit a large car in.

Bit of a haul from the Railway station 33 euro taxi so avoid the taxi and use bus 201 which drops you 1 minute walk from hotel ..Good greeting but no lifts so if you're on floor 2 then its a struggle ..Location was fantastic for exploring the city with great bars around ..Breakfast was great with variety ..Good choice for 2 days and would recommend

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was comfy. Ideally located in the centre of town and for the attractions. Plenty of choice at breakfast.

The room we had had an odd shaped bath, which had an overhead shower, and while it all worked, it was a small space to get showered in, made worse by the shower curtain constantly sticking to you! The laundry service was poor, I had 2 white tshirts that came back blue!

Frühstuck: Breakfast was good, with a wide choice. Zimmer: Room comfortable. Only problem was the slow WIFI connection, The first day no connection at all. Lage: Very good, right in the centre.

The WIFI connection. Kept disappearing very often. On last day around 11:30 I would have liked to leave my suitcase in the recption to go out to have a snack, Unfortunatley nobody around, So left my key on the desk, took my suitcase with me, and shut the entrance door behind me.

Beautiful, cozy hotel. Cozy, clean room. There are various small things in the room. a sofa with a small table, a kettle, tea, coffee, a shoe brush, a set of threads / needles, a bottle of water, chocolates. In the bathroom there is a shelf, cups for toothbrushes, napkins, hygienic bags, special lighting on the mirror for the convenience of women to apply makeup. It would seem trifles, but these trifles were absent in a hotel in Strasbourg.

Just a wish. In other rooms there was a shoe shovel, which we did not have.

Very quiet and cozy hotel hidden in the inner yard almost in the city center of Baden Baden. We didn't plan to stay in the city, but I got sick and we had to rent the room for 3 days to give me some rest. And the hotel is perfect for this kind of rest. Also the breakfast is very nice and they serve iconic Black Forest cake for everyone for free <3 every morning! Staff was very supportive and helped us to find a doctor and book the visit right around the corner.

Sadly, the car parking near the hotel is tiny and it was full so we had to leave our car in the nearby paid garage which was quite expensive. So if you intend to use it, ask in advance or be ready to park elsewhere (lady at the reception suggested us some free parking streets nearby but we didn't want to leave rented car for 3 days outside without supervision).

Fantastic host, she went above and beyond to help make our stay the best. We left our car windows down and it started to rain. She call us and then covered our car with a tarp to protect it from the weather. The breakfast was awesome and the location was the best for walking to all the sites. I recommend this place 100%

Thanks to the staff Miss. Shailan who was perfectly handled any issue we need. She was kind, honest and friendly person who I recommend to stay in this hotel. The location is excellent at Augustuplatz near all restaurants and cafe within a minute. The breakfast was so simple but with complete meal.

The hotel without lift which I suffer to carry out all the luggages. In addition, no AC is available which I recommend them to install specially at hot summer waves. An adapter to be located near the bed for phone charge although it is available in other places.

Room was clean and of good quality. Nice breakfast, and they have private parking, which is really good. And what I enjoy a lot - here you can feel the unique atmosphere of Baden-Baden. Location is very good, near city center, and there are also restaurants and bars opened after 11 PM in 5 min walk

Hotel staff did not allow us to leave the car on parking after check out. We planned to walk around until 1 PM, but we had to search for another parking.
