Absolutely superb hotel with top class service. Friendly, accommodating staff that are very efficient, attentive and proactive. Makes a huge difference to a stay in a foreign city and really made us feel at home in Baden Baden which we were not expecting. Without a doubt we will come back to the hotel largely based on the kind flourishes provided by the hotel and staff. Just one example is the homemade afternoon tea provided - for free. A welcome surprise in a freezing winter and when travelling with children. We turned up 5 minutes before they were due to close the tea session down and the staff were very easygoing and unfazed, making sure we were seated and immediately had hot chocolates and cakes. Just smiles and efficient service - zero attitude - I don't think this would have been possible in France! Thank you to all the staff who work so hard, I wish I knew their names to thank them personally.

A fascinating hotel with some fabulous artwork of the Little Prince it is named. Our room was upgraded and we had a great suite with large bedroom, bathroom and living area with sofa and tv. A very old building with some very pretty original features, creaky floors and beautiful tiles. Breakfast was served in their beautiful dining room a d there was plenty of variety to choose from. Parking was at their sister hotel just a minute away at an extra cost of €24 which we were happy to pay. Only a short walk from the centre and gardens. We only stayed one night but loved Baden-Baden.

Staff is very professional, friendly and efficient. Property is kept in very good condition, maintaining properly and housekeeping are “invisible” but very well doing their job. My warmest recommendation to choose Hotel Der Kleine Prinz.

I have to put here just one tiny notice - there is confusion with description on our reservation and what we got - it’s about Hight tea - it’s not including, there is an extra charge (49eur/prs) But during the hight tea time you can get tea/coffe and some sweets…

For us it was almost perfect. We appreciated globally our one night stayed: excellent dinner (food and drinks), special breakfast (orange fresh jus, very good coffee) and kindly staff, secure parking, very cosy space between two buildings for dinner and breakfast.

The first room (second building ground floor) without air conditioning, we refused. The staff proposed us a second on the third floor the same building with air conditioning and smaller. We accepted and for this one we tried to detect the smell inside (a very strong solvent or fresh paint), it was very unpleasant. Very clean but a few stages of cleaning done superficially.

We were provided with a lovely large comfortable room for our 4 night stay. It was spotlessly clean and the shower was amazing. That said, considerable outside noise from roadworks and rather early local church bells were not ideal. However, we appreciate that these are things beyond the hotel's control. Breakfast was courteously serviced but we would suggest eating at the beginning of breakfast service as items did run out. Parking at the sister hotel a few minutes walk away was perfectly convenient. More widely, we loved Baden-Baden. Our long panaramic walk in the forest, our time spent in the historic Spa and our evening watching an absolutely brilliant play at the beautiful local theatre were among the highlights.

Location was perfect, easy to catch bus for panorama trail and explore town. The decor and theme little prince was beautiful. Very comfortable beds. The room sizes were big and spacious.

Overall the facility was clean but we did notice a few dead flys that were not picked up during room cleans. Breakfast could have been more varied for the price and once the cut melons were put out but we had to inform staff they were visibly off.

Close to the centre, very! friendly♥️ staff, which is rare for Baden-Baden. The hotel's breakfast restaurant is superb, exquisite. I booked the cheapest room and was upgraded free of charge upon check-in. Me and my child were put in a room about 30 metres in size.

The floor in our room creaked but it didn't interfere with our holiday.

One of the best hotels in my experience. The employees were super nice and great, all the 'Der Kleine Prinz' related interiors were beautiful, the breakfast was just enjoyable, and the location from the city center was perfect. There is even a Michelin Star restaurant on the ground floor. The hotel-owned private parking space was also nice. I strongly recommend this hotel to someone who will travel with family.

Cannot come up with anything. I may say, the door of our room didn't lock automatically so we had to use the key to close the door even from the inside. If this bothers anyone.

Small boutique hotel close to the centre. Parking available at sister hotel nearby. We were upgraded to a small suite with balcony which was great. Breakfast is good and the restaurant is outstanding (pricey but worth it). No bar as such but drinks available from reception. Pool table in the lounge on the first floor.

Breakfast was really good, and the location of the hotel was excellent. The rooms were spacious and traditionally presented. Beds were comfortable and the whole hotel was spotless. It was like entering a well oiled machine. Staff were extremely friendly, and were broadly extremely accommodating (see comment below). They offered us good advice about local amenities and were always friendly and professional.

We arrived at 8.55pm on a Sunday, having suffered delays due to the German train network. We were told that last orders at the restaurant (which shuts at 9pm) had been taken, and that no food was available in the hotel. Understandable but a little inflexible. Staff explained that there were several restaurant options nearby, but we hadn’t appreciated that the majority also shut at 9pm on a Sunday. We did eventually find somewhere to eat, but it was the last restaurant open (other than a burger place) in the town. We ate in the hotel on the second evening. Food was very good, service was excellent, but it was pretty expensive for what it was.
