Location was ideal for our one night stay in Baden Baden. Room was very clean and a very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a good size and very clean. Breakfast in the morning was served in the café attached to the property. There was a good choice on offer and the personnel were very friendly and attentive.

I only have one small, minor irritation in that our room was at the back of the property looking into a small inner yard area and when breakfast was being prepared we had a light smell of sausages, bacon etc being cooked from the extraction fan.

Hotel is located at the top of the pedestrian shopping area, which can present a challenge for access but makes for a very convenient base for shopping and walking around the city. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was in the cafe on the ground floor, a good selection and friendly staff. Reception was super helpful.

Being a larger person with some mobility problems, I found the shower difficult to use. You step up into a small shower cubicle with small glass double doors which I found difficult to negotiate. A grab handle on the cubicle wall would have been very welcome.

The big apartment was the perfect place to recover from nine time zones of travel. The extra space, extravagant for two, was very comfortable. The location cannot be improved, only a few steps to the Caracalla spa and a very short walk downtown. We arrived by train from Frankfurt airport and never needed a car. The breakfast featured exceptionally good pastries and plenty of good coffee. The soundproofing worked well except during recess at the school across the street, which was shrill and penetrating, but that’s kids playing. Anna is a warm, gracious and lovely hostess. I would like to suggest a rubber bath mat for the shower. The wet floor is slippery and, at our age, falls are a serious matter. We put down a small towel, and had no trouble, but a mat would be greener. Also helpful would be a glass shelf in the shower for toiletries, razors, etc.

It was beautiful and comfortable. The hotel provided an excellent buffet breakfast. They also have a pastry shop on the and every day there were great pastries with breakfast. We also purchased pastries their to enjoy in the evenings. It is in an excellent location, quiet and located very close to the two spas in Baden (Friedrichsbad and the Caracalla spa) and within east of asking distance to restaurants, a beer garden and the town park.

Amazing location and friendly staff! Everything we ever need to see, whether shops, restaurants, spas, Therme, are all just walking distance! The city, though rainy, was absolutely beautiful! Amazing architecture and rich culture wherever you look- even the hotel has such long history of housing travellers! Wow, is all we can say. PS. Aside from the great hotel and their breakfast buffet, cakes and yummy breads are also served in the building. Miss Anna is such a wonderful host. We will surely be back again whenever we're craving the beauty of Baden-Baden ❤️

well-located, charming, clean, and comfortable room. Their bakery makes some of the best bread and desserts and we got served freshly baked goods at breakfast on day 1. What's more? They gave us a voucher for one of the thermal spas located opposite the property. It is one of the main thermal spas so that was quite nice.

While breakfast was included in the price of our room, we woke up to leave at about 7:30 am on the day of our checkout and the restaurant had not opened yet even though we had eaten breakfast at the same time the previous day. And so we could not enjoy the breakfast on DAY 2 and felt that communication couldve been better to set our expectations.

The hotel location is too good all the sight seeing places are very close walking distance,breakfast for us vegans was very good ,for others too looked yummy. They provided us with towels and bathrobes to visit the Spa The highlight of our stay however was the polite ever smiling and helpful staff,due to a mix up one of our luggage pieces went missing ,we called them from the airport, and they went out of their way to help us locate it and will be returned to us soon .we sincerly thank them and appreciate their help.

room is very functional and decorated with taste. It has everything needed. Bathroom is modern and there is a heater for towels. location is excellent, close to the casino and right next to the spa

breakfast was included but I wouldn't pay extra to get it. Some things are nice like fresh fruit salad, others, like the eggs or cheese are on the cheap side.

Hotel in a really wonderful part of the old town, a perfect position. Car park just a 3 minute walk. Our bedroom and bathroom were surprisingly spacious. The breakfast was really lovely and plenty of choice. We found the staff delightful and very helpful. A good place to go back to.

Just two minor things. Unfortunately the pillows were very uncomfortable, they felt very strange. Also no hand towels in the bathroom, there were only bath towels.

LOCATION & STAFF !! this was a perfect stay, we had a beautiful stay here! the bakery was absolutely wonderful as was our breakfast included in our stay !! we would definitely book here again and encourage others to as well!! Easy access to the spas was a minute walk away & if strolling and shopping is what you’re looking for then OMGOODNESS…. it couldn’t be better…..oh and bed was super comfy !!

well ……that we didn’t have more time but even for a short stay it was perfect!!
