The hotel design is fabulous. Modern materials, with a nice spa, rooftop pool and Bar and a Porsche destination charger. The hotel itself is a 10/10. They even had complementary Belvedere Vodka on Ice in the shower at the Spa!!

The staff were excellent and friendly but didn’t brief us on arrival of the facilities available at the hotel! Not even how to open the hotel room door as it has a weird design. Nothing about the spa, the restaurant, the car charging facilities. We had to keep asking and I am sure we missed a lot. It’s a shame to run such a great facility and not to advise guests how to use it! The bed mattress was also not as comfortable as it should have been but that is me being very picky! The hotel is about 20 minute walk from the centre of town. Not a big issue for us.

The staff was very kind, attentive, friendly and helpful at all times which was really appreciated. The hotel layout and interior design is very interesting and fresh. The room was spacious and comfortable for a couple. The spa and swimming pool were very good but really crowded at certain moments.

The prices sometimes are not justified for example: parking at the hotel is 36 EUR per day while right at the corner you can find a parking for 15 EUR; breakfast is 42 EUR per person; an Aperol Spritz at the rooftop bar is 17 EUR; a total fee of 50 EUR is charged for the dog but no amenities are provided (water/food bowls, blanket). We understand that Roomers' brand is built over luxury and exclusive aspects, but perhaps it would be helpful to review the pricing policy to reflect the real differentiators that are provided to justify the prices.

Great location, fun-modern design, well equipped hotel, great restaurant, nice spa and fitness area, mostly helpful staff... While we were there, the shuttle/van was broken and we had to scramble to get a ride to the train station - limited taxis at 7:00 am. The gentleman on duty focused on helping us and finally found a taxi - appreciate his efforts.

The ONLY complaint we had was with the staff member who checked us in. She was not helpful at all and treated us as if we were an inconvenience. We simply inquired about restaurants, shopping, basic activities - her response was crisp, short and negative. I think she may need a vacation herself! We got our assistance from the guys at the front door :)

The modern architecture was pleasing. The room was spacious and the king size bed was a bonus; the niceties in the room like the dimmer switches and switches by the bed that didn’t require you to get out of bed to turn the lights off. We really enjoyed the spa facilities and the hotel services. For example, we discovered by reading the in room guide that we could request a picnic lunch for a hike we planned to do.

There was one restaurant in the hotel; breakfast wasn’t so much an issue but at dinner, depending on who the server was assigned to your table, some servers were more attentive than others.

The hotel is gorgeous. It looks even more beautiful in person. The sauna and spa were amazing and extensive. We appreciated that the room was ready a couple of hours early for us. Also, the location was better than expected, with just a 15 minute walk into the center of town. Staff was also very lovely.

I messaged with the hotel upon booking that it was going to be my partner's birthday the day we arrived. They said that we'd get a complimentary bottle of wine, and I asked for a note and something sweet as well. I was really looking forward to that for my partner, since we only had one night out of town. Unfortunately, when we arrived, no one mentioned the occasion and there was nothing in the room for his birthday. After going back down to reception I was told that someone was bringing a cake, which we had walked by on a trolley in the hallway on our way in. It did make it to the room shortly after. Also, we never got any wine. For the price and because I did have an expectation and conversation beforehand, it was pretty disappointing. The little cake they brought was delicious, though.

even everything is so gorgeous and new, it was simply not comfortable to lay on a bed which is 20 cm high, to drink a water you should have bottle opener - it is a drinking water - it should be very easy to use. for the reservation team, it took me 2 days to get response from hotel reservation team and for that I had to hold 2 bookings - not comfortable. very uncomfortable main door which is most of the time is not opened by a hotel staff - not every person is able to get it easily.

The layout and ambience of the building.

The whole holiday was marred by firstly, having had 726 euros "blocked" at reception from the account of one of my family members with a promise that it would be unblocked on departure - a promise that was not kept until several weeks after our departure; and secondly by the attitude of the receptionist on booking in who insisted that I had booked 4, not 3 rooms for our 3 couples and was most belligerent in insisting that I pay for the extra room right up to the point when I produced irrefutable written proof of the justice of my case. After which no apology was offered by this receptionist.

The facilities were amazing, the view from the pool was incredible, the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the waitress who asked us if we’d like to move to a more private bit of the terrace with a better view, the food was delicious as were the cocktails. The bed was incredibly comfy and we slept really well. The spa was amazing and I can recommend using the jacuzzi in the evening as it’s so cool all lit up.

Breakfast wasn’t included and was a little expensive at around €30 per person. The restaurant was closed the day we were there, but we had food on the roof terrace instead which was a similar smaller menu.

Room was very large with very modern designer decor, very spacious bathroom with separate show area and bath with lovely products. Roof top bar was a great place to relax with a few drinks and the staff where very attentive. Hotel has secure underground parking at a charge. We did not eat at the restaurant so unable to comment on food.

We did ask for some crisp, nut, snake at the roof bar but non able, only chips from the menu available.

Love the artsy vibe of the hotel, which is what the Autograph Collection is famous for. The room was a decent size and the gym is fitted with high end equipment. Room service food was also very tasty and delivered speedily.

There was not much we didn’t like about. From checking in to checking out, we were very satisfied. I suppose the fact that there was not a balcony as described when we booked.
