Beautiful view, big room. Nice stuff, especially you are lucky if your native language is russian or Ukrainian, there are Russian and Ukrainian stuff, but they also speak German and English. The food is good and there are always snacks in the common area and swimming pool. You can always make yourself some coffee or tea and warm up some food if you have your own (there is a magnetron). The swimming pool is fun especially for kids, they have some inflatable balls ring and armbands. The sauna was fantastic. Located not too far from the busstation (15 min walking) and a town (7 min driving) with different restaurants and also grocery stores. Ski lifts is not far is you come with a car or bus.

At breakfast, if the food ran out, you had to wait a very long time for it to be replenished. The food was good, but after the second day of our stay there, the choice of food decreased by half.

Gorgeous views from panoramic windows. Our room was large and comfortable. We LOVED the fact that the coffee/espresso machine is available 24/7. Staff were exceptional...friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet including champagne. They don't have a restaurant, but there is always fruit and other snacks left out so if you want to nibble throughout the day, it's available. It didn't feel like staying at a hotel, it felt like we were guests in a large home, each with our own rooms, but a common living room/dining room. Lovely. Didn't use the pool. The robes/slippers were a very nice touch!

We booked at the last minute and while it was true that our room did have a small balcony with mountain views, it overlooked the parking lot. It was not what we hoped for, but again it was a last minute booking and it was all that was left. Totally understandable. Only downside to this property is that there is not a restaurant so you must go offsite for dinner and it's way up on the mountain so you have to come back after dark if you go out to eat. Also they have a sauna but it's very tiny.

We were a group of five, two couples and an infant, and booked this for the view. I rarely write reviews but wanted to say, stop looking and book this! The views from your room’s balcony will mesmerize you. The communal rooms are positively lovely, I read down there one day, and our group had the baby on the nice carpet with a blanket while we chatted another evening. The breakfast was really good, I especially appreciate the quality espresso/coffee machine and the option of champagne if you feel like a mimosa on vacation. Beds were superb and spacious, linens too. We had bad weather one day, so we opted to enjoy the pool and sauna.

The only critique I have for the entire hotel would be the shower tiles. (They could use a little TLC and some scrubbing, both of our rooms) but the rest of the room(s) and bathroom(s) were spotless/clean.

Stunning views from every level of the hotel! I loved having a balcony with an overhang. We were outside almost every minute we were at the hotel as we had lovely weather. The bed was good, room clean, and breakfast satisfying. The drive to the hotel was on narrow, twisty roads, but worth it to get to that view! My husband enjoyed the pool. The robe and slippers were a nice touch. Overall, an excellent stay and I hope to be back one day!!

Our loud and talkative neighbors who shared our balcony. But, I understand that's luck of the draw on who you get. We were just ready to go to sleep WAY before they were ready to stop talking.

View is absolutely unbelievable! Breakfast was great! The room was very comfortable with a great view as well. Lots of various patios, balconies, and decks to relax on and enjoy the scenery. Overall a great experience.

Nothing really. I wouldn't recommend making the first drive up to the property at night if you are not familiar with the location. The property is up the hill a bit and can be a little tricky of a drive at first. But after you do it once or twice it's not really a big deal, actually very scenic. The drive is sure worth it because the view from the property is amazing!

The view was spectacular and the lobby furnishing very cozy and spacious, it felt like we were staying at a grand mansion, not a hotel. The staff was more than friendly - truly polite, smiling, hospitable and obliging. The room was clean and very spacious. The pool, bathrobes & slippers in the wardrobe, bathroom supplies and even the sweets at the entrance were reminiscent of good old times - not at all a matter of course in hotels nowadays. Breakfast was also excellent and we loved the fact that we could wake up early and enjoy a coffee from the machine while watching the sunrise! Just brilliant.

We have stayed here many times and always come home feeling refreshed. It's very well run, charming, relaxing, cosy and quiet. Our room was spacious with a big bathroom. Amazing views. Communal facilities are great: large, comfortable sitting room with a massive picture window onto the mountains. You don't feel crammed in with other guests. Lovely log fire. Also appreciated the sauna.

I would have liked some croissants or pastries at breakfast instead of just bread or toast but it wasn't a big problem because there was a large selection of everything else: rolls, meat, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, cereal etc.

The owners were very friendly and always available, however, allowing everyone their space to enjoy their time. The great space had a fireplace, huge picture window, dining room, and living room with 3 separate seating areas for guests to enjoy the atmosphere. Many guests, including our group, did so. They had a nice breakfast. We stayed New Year's Eve, and they put out champagne for the toast. Our room was cute with a balcony overlooking the valley. Very nice sauna and indoor pool, which we took advantage of. Would highly recommend!

Nothing.

We got there late, there was a note and key on the door. Was easy to find and park at. The view is exceptional, it's the reason to book it, you cannot beat it. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all afternoon and morning. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, opening the pool up for us in the morning. Good options for breakfast. It isn't cheap if you're on a budget, but for the view itself, it's worth it! Even for a night in the area, it's A MUST STAY.

Nothing, it was perfect.
