Villa is very good. COMPLEMENTARY COFFEE HAPPY WITH BIKE STORAGE. this would allow me to use this hotel for a group but storing 14 bike boxes may be too many for the storage area available. We only had 2 boxes for this trip

ONE STAFF MEMBER WAS RUDE. Our keys NEEDED TO BE REPROGRAMMED. AFTER SAYING IT WOULD TAKE 5 MINS I WAS STILL WAITING AFTER 15MINS AND THERE APPEARED TO BE SOME ISSUE that was not communicated. I was not satisfied with this response and on calling him out he promptly reprogrammed the keys.

The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. Staff were pleasant.

I was asked for a €300+ on deposit checking in. On checkout, I asked for the refund of my deposit but they acted like they had no clue about a deposit and receptionist had to get someone else who also acted like they have no idea about the deposit. After a few minutes of argument, he remembered and he put the details in the card reader and refunded the deposit while saying "oh it is done automatically" Question: why did they forget about it and why did he have to put in the details into the card reader if it's automatically.

Hotel was very nice. Location was great. Walking distance to cafes or grocery stores. Took the S9 train line directly from the airport to the hotel, then it was a 4 min walk to the hotel.

The only thing we didn't like was that they joined two single beds to make a double bed.

The hotel is very beautifully warmly designed both the lobby and the rooms. Friendly staff. Big and comfortable rooms with big windows but very quiet. Coffee machine in the room. Very good breakfast with a lot of choices , chef making making all kind of omelets just for you, champagne etc. Hotel located in a beautiful quite area on the river a few restaurants in a short distance . A public transport in 5 minutes walk.

There is no fridge or minibar in the room. Sometimes you wish the public transport would be closer. There is a air condition in the room but we couldn't change the temperature.

We were expecting a two-floor room but received two connected rooms instead. We were initially a bit disappointed; however, after a while, we really appreciated this arrangement as we had much more space, two bathrooms, etc. There was a coffee machine in each room with coffee beans, and also glasses of drinking water, which was really unexpected and heart-warming. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had in our lives - a really excellent variety of dishes, and everything was tasty. The location of the hotel was also great. Unfortunately, our visit was in late October, so the weather was not sunny enough for walks along the riverbank. The train station (S-Bahn) was about a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

We reserved a Duplex Family Room which was just great, the children slept on the top floor and we slept below, both floors are very large and the room has a large table that sit all four, it also has a desk, and all other ammenities. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from S-Bahn Bellvue, with easy connections to the whole city of Berlin. The entrance to the hotel is in a very nice pedestrian zone right on the river-front, there are no roads beside the hotel. There are multiple restaurants and bakeries within easy walking distance from the hotel. The check-in was very easy, the staff was very nice and the hotel lobby had little "extras" for Christmas, like chocolats, marzipan and decorations Altogether we really enjoyed our stay

- The location is a short walk from the nearest subway station - The Tiergarten too is about 15 mins away for a walk/ run - The hop on-hop off tour buses run from a road 10 mins away - The staff was courteous - The breakfast spread was good (though it was the same each day) - Overall a comfortable & pleasant stay

- The staff in the restaurant & breakfast area spoke better English than the staff at the reception - At least some components of the breakfast buffet can be changed up each day. Those of us who stayed here for 4 days or more could definitely do with a change - The phone in the gym was non-functional & every time the drinking water ran out - it meant coming 9 floors down to the reception to inform them of it - The housekeeping team can vacuum the floor as well in their daily clean-up

The photos presented for our room on booking were not real, but it was ok.

The location is great. The cleaning is quick and they try to do it within minutes when you’re out of the room for breakfast. I would just suggest to look under the beds when clients are checking out. We found an unpleasant surprise when checking if we didn’t forget things. Good breakfast, with a great selection of food and coffee/teas. The view from the windows is very beautiful. Great restaurant working until late hours.

Some of the facilities are old. I like the room quite warm in the winter. The room thermostat was old and I couldn’t install the temperature as I wanted. I didn’t understand was is broken or it was set. My kids room was assembled with a new one and they had no issues though.

Close to the S Bahn and good connections to the city center and the airport. The room was very clean and the breakfast amazing! I am not a big breakfast eater but that buffet looked delicious. The lady how was in charge with the breakfast area was very good organised and making sure everyone gets a table but not close to each other, and personally I enjoyed that. I liked it also because it is pet friendly and even though I didn’t come with a pet, the pets very very well trained and very friendly. All in all our experience was a very good one and will definitely be coming back to stay there. Thank you Ameron Hotel Abion for a wonderful time.
