All in all we had a wonderful time. The room was small but it met all our requirements. There was no shampoo or any cleaning products but luckily a good supermarket on the corner. No room cleaning in the three days we were there but I was given fresh sheets when I requested them. The breakfast was ok. When we went down the egg tray was empty and was not re-filled but we simply stayed without. We were very happy with the check-in and the reception was very polite. We could leave our luggage there for a few hours which was nice and we could enter the hotel in the small morning hours after coming back from a night out without any issues. I will happily stay there again.

Room was comfortable and clean. location to subway and other public transportation great. lots of restaurant options available near by.

There was confusion over which Quentin Hotel I was staying at. Went to a different location, at first the staff there was helpful in getting us back to the Hotel we were to stay at. A possible solution is to emphasize which one of the Quentin hotels was booked.

The staff in general gives great attentions. Location was perfect. Comfortable bed.

Water was most of the time cold. Laundry services were listed but there were no such services. Some times cleaning room service when asked was poorly performed.

Very hands off approach which suited me. You ask reception to clean your room. Easy access

Shower. Little busted. Whilst the room reception corridors is FAB, the shower was broken, the shower leaked a lot (room 307) so had to use bath mat to minimise leaks, a few seals and a new shower head would fix this though.

Hotel have a great atmosphere and very good located. Hotel is a typical old Berlin House style.Some rooms also with nice Balcony

it's a mega great hotel but they need to take better care of the rooms. After almost 2 years of being closed for Corona, I would have hoped they would renovate it for the better but sadly nothing happened.

The location, room was clean , very nice staff. Highly recommended for solo travelers and not only.

Had a small issue with the shower, water was leaking out , but it's okay, nothing tragic. Maybe that happened because I'm massive....haha

Daniel at the front desk went out of his way to help me find places I wanted to go to see. my foreign SIM card provider was terrible. The other staff were friendly too.

Great location. Very comfortable with great air con. Stayed here many times now. Close to the U bahn and easy to travel around Berlin.

Location is pretty well connected to public transport. District is really nice, hotel is also really good for defined price.
