The rooms were very comfortable. The bath-shower-shampoo-conditioner, excellent and in big quantity! Bravo for the coffee and tea offerings! The kitchen area is a big advantage!

There was a lot of noise from the street. This is a lively area in Berlin, so maybe the window glass needs to be more soundproof. I wouldn't reccomment it to people who want to spend a peaceful time. In the platform discription it stated that there were no parties alowed. However, there were young people partying all night long. We were waken up at 6.30 in the morning by the fire alarm because the people partying were smoking and playing with the fire extinquisher that went off! The property needs to do something to ensure that this doesn't happen again! Moreover, there should be airconditioning in the rooms! Too hot!

The bed was comfortable :) it is possible to do the washing on the first floor, which is great with longer stays. You can take fresh towels from supplies whenever you need. The code instead of the key is very comfortable. There is no reception (so when needed you write messages) but when you have any questions or issues, you always get fast answers and help, the service is very effective.

I didn’t like the idea that the room is cleaned once a week or after 6 days when you stay longer. You can oder extra cleaning, as far as I know, but you need to pay extra.The floor gets dusted easily in this room. Personally, I was disappointed that the main German channels where Euro 2024 matches were broadcast, were not available :(

The access system worked very well and was easy. The room was nice, with a very comfortable bed. Although the room was next to a busy street, the sound isolation was reasonable. However, you could still hear the tram roll through the street pretty well. They did include earplugs and you had to close all windows to ensure a little bit of quiet in the evening. This isn't a problem, as the airconditioning was working fine. Cleanliness was good, but not great. There were a few spots that looked/felt unclean/dusty and the floor was a bit sandy. The little kitchen was nice, the coffee was good and the fridge quite roomy.

- Every question you ask on Whatsapp is followed by a request to rate the interaction - this felt aggressive. A huge amount of e-mails prior to checking in - this also felt aggressive. There is limited signage in the building and it's hard to just find your way out. It seemed creepy that there was zero staff around and every question you had needed to go past an automated response system on Whatsapp in general.

Location was perfect. Facilities were excellent. It was really appreciated that Olive oil was provided for cooking. Microwave was another pluc point. You could go to the Laundry room and pick up whatever was needed. We stayed for 10 days and felt quite at home. Balcony was a plus point. Supermarket lidl close by. Indian store next doors.

Everything was perfect. But due to uman interaction it was little uneasy. Also there should be some cleaning product for WC.

The studio apartment was very cozy. I appreciate the beautiful design and the kitchen! It was amazing to be able to cook for yourself. Everything was easy, checking in etc., there was coffee & tea and the bed was comfortable too. I was able to relax and cool down a bit from every day stress. There was a bit noise from the Straßenbahn outside unfortunately, but manageable(there are ear plugs).

Maybe it could be good to invest in some insulation windows at some point - but other then that this hotel is absolutely great!

Located in Friedrichshain, it’s about a 10-15 minute walk from Ostkreuz station. There is also a tram that runs right outside the building. Beautiful neighbourhood with lots of food places, cafes, bakeries. Wasn’t loud at night, as there seem to be lots of families around. Loved the location, cleanliness, accessible to public transport. Hotel was super clean, I felt really safe. And I liked having a little kitchenette and shelving to organise my things. There are also two supermarkets outside aswell as a bank down the street.

The room felt incredibly spacious, providing ample room to move around comfortably. The bed and pillows exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, offering one of the best night's sleep I've had in a hotel. Accessing both the hotel and my room was hassle-free, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. I particularly appreciated the selection of high-quality cosmetics provided in the room, adding a touch of luxury to my stay. Additionally, the complimentary teas, coffee, and water were a thoughtful gesture that enhanced my overall enjoyment. Furthermore, I had a positive experience with the hotel staff regarding a forgotten item. Their communication was prompt and helpful, and they efficiently assisted me in arranging for a friend to retrieve it. This level of service truly exemplified their commitment to guest satisfaction.

While our overall experience at the hotel was quite pleasant, we did notice a lingering scent on the floor that resembled fish. It seemed to be associated with the cleaning supplies used, but nonetheless, it was a bit off-putting.

Really enjoyable stay and experience at Numa Boxer. Firstly, there was a lot of thought put into the customer service of each studio / apartment, from drinks in the fridge, to coffee and tea, to little chocolates - the little things make such a difference. The apartments themselves were modern, clean, well presented and great to stay in. The beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed in one of our rooms (which can be rare). The check in was super easy, online with no hassle and we didn’t have any issues getting into the building or our apartments which were accessed via a code. There was always a friendly security sat in the entrance of the aparthotel which made it feel very safe. Location was perfect, transport is very well developed in Berlin so we had no issues of getting around the city, visiting lots of different areas - none of which were far from numa boxer. It was also really handy to have on site luggage storage to store our bags / suitcase whilst we explored on our last day. If we ever visited Berlin again, we’d definitely stay at numa boxer - it was one of the most affordable stays for our time yet we think the standard was much better than most we’d seen!

Very very minor points would be that if you have neighbours above you, you can hear their footsteps but this is no fault of the aparthotel. I also think it could be worth adding in a screen in the bath tub overhead shower as water can splash out onto the floor.

A clean, nicely furnished and equipped room. Shower was lovely and extra touches with coffee machine was lovely. Staff were helpful when I forgot code to get into building. However this was only possible via another guests patience in contacting. Without this o would’ve slept outside!!

Mezzanine is clever but precarious design. Hit my head on a corner and was sober!! Linking TV to phone in order to’cast’ was a no go. Staff didn’t come back to me in good time to fix.
