Extensive breakfast buffet and quite central location. I liked the fitness area with a nice view from the top floor. Also, good shower.

The area under my window had uncollected garbage and building materials, which is detrimental to the view outside and overall experience. Also, I was lectured at the breakfast buffet about taking some bread for lunch, with all staff watching me, this was an unpleasant experience.

I chose the Hotel thoroughly and it 100% met my expectations! Super clean, the stuff was super friendly, the cleaning ladies were friendly and quick, I was even surprised by the quality and speed of the work they did! The room was big enough, having a coffee-machine and stuff was very convenient, as well as an everyday's free bottle of water. The breakfast was great either: I stayed 9 days and never got bored by its assortment. The gym is great: 3 connected rooms with all equipment you really need, clean and air-conditioned. The location is great, around 8 minutes by foot to Alexanderplatz, 2 supermarkets nearby, a park for walking and a movie theater. I really have not a single "but". Many thanks to the hotel team!

Good location, comfortable bed and friendly staff.

The bathroom is outdated and the drain in the shower wasn’t working properly. The water was taking way too long to go down causing a small flood.

We had very comfortable stay, the room had everything we needed and the staff made check in and check out very smooth processes. The TV had screen sharing abilities which was very useful, and there was a good amount of storage space which we’ve found other hotels in Europe have lacked. We also had a very pretty view of a lovely church. And this may be slightly niche, but we’ve found other hotels in Europe haven’t had many places to hang things like coats and bags and other things one carries while travelling, and our room had more than enough, which was great.

We didn’t enjoy the breakfast, for what we paid for it we would have expected more. The scrambled eggs were very dry and the drinks from the coffee machines were quite bad.

Everything was amazing, Mr Youness at the reception was really helpful and always trying to make our experience both at the hotel and around the city unique. The cleaning staff always kind and professional. The Mediterranean influences of the cuisine was the thing we will remember for sure. The breakfast is unique and some things change from day to day, everything is well minded. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the main square in Berlin and from there the public transport can get you everywhere.

The spa wasn't open when we got there, probably our fault that we didn't ask prior to the arrival, it was a bit disappointing just because it was one of the key reasons we booked it.

I asked for a room that faced that backside because the street in front is Bert noisy. The receptionist was nice and told us upfront that the only room available would be a wheelchair accessible room. It was a very strange room because the bed was at the wall, so only accessible from one side; one person had to sleep at the wall with no night stand or lamp. The bathroom didn’t have any shelves or something at all to put down your toiletries. The room was overheated and even turning the heater off and opening the windows barely helped. The front desk is tucked away in a corner with only two people being able to cover it, so the line and wait was usually very long. The breakfast had a great variety but the overall quality of the food was only ok for a 4-star-hotel and the price.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is probably one of the best with a variety of options to satisfy everyone. A special mention to the bar and the food available on the menu there, the fusion food was fantastic, the kind you would not forget for a long time. We ate our dinner almost every night of our stay at the bar as it was that good. The location is great to access most tourist spots by foot or by public transport. The casting option on the TV was amazing and i hope other Hotels also provide something similar.

We opted for a room on the sixth floor even though we were informed that it would be quite a walk to get to our room from the lift. That was not the issue, but the carpets leading there looked very dirty, at nights the light didn’t stay on continuously while we were walking. The bathroom definitely needed more care, it was clearly dirty behind the wash basin and the shower head was leaking. One of the days, the staff forgot to keep towels and we had to use the hand towels to dry ourselves. The lights in our room was constantly flickering. We were also a little shocked at the state of the toilets at the reception, everything was dirty and broken and not cleaned properly. In comparison to other Leonardo hotels and other hotels which are similar, we felt wanting for more cleanliness.

The hotel is well located, just a few mins by tram from the central Alexanderplatz station. The room was really clean, the bed was comfortable and the smart TV was a great addition to our experience!

The hotel gave us two keycards but activated access on just one of those two. Not knowing this, I was locked out of my room as I took the card that was not activated. Additionally, checkout time was 12 noon but their system disabled our keycard access about an hour earlier. On the day of our checkout, we went out in the morning and came back at 11:30 to be able to checkout in time, however, to our surprise, the keycard was disabled. I had to go down to the reception and wait in line to get it activated again to be able to collect our bags and vacate our room. This ordeal costed us a good 20-30 mins and we missed our connecting tram to reach a certain place on time. We ended up taking a cab to make it to our appointment on time.

Convenient location, close to Alexander Platz. Good breakfast, there is a vegan section with a variety of options like champignon balls, sausages, yogurts and deserts. Regular food also has a lot of kinds of cheese, meat and sausages. Some pastry and deserts, quite enough of seasoned fruits ( watermelon, peaches). There is a smoked fish, mackerel and salmon, but it's quite fatty. Clean rooms, all necessary things there. Coffee maker. The staff is welcome, polite and solves our requests. A big bottle of still drinking water every day, saves us especially in summer.

Just small things. The first floor is not accessible by elevator, you can go to the upper one, and then use stairs, or just go directly only by stairs. Initially we asked for the double bed, but it was said it probably would not be arranged. On the second day we asked to change, and they were very welcome and did the changes. But the new room had a broken air conditioner, so we had to open windows at night where it was quite loudy ( right near the smoking place). It is just a small thing and we were happy to have big good double bed.

Very nice hotel not far from Alexander platz (10 mins walking) and well connected with transportation. Gentle-enough staff, very good facility, clean and confortable rooms.

All in all was good. Maybe just the queue at the lobby all the day long (not their fault, but maybe an additional desk would worth the effort), restaurant with a long waiting time (just 2 waiters on duty, not 100% recommended if you don't want to spend your nigth there) and the fact that all main attractions of the city are on the other side of Berlin. So not really "central", but valid anyway.
