Comfortable bed. Comfortable size room. The hotel keeps your luggage in a proper storage room, if you have time to do some more sightseeing between the check out time and your flight. Alexanderplatz is a busy place, and a bit mad, but the hotel is right on the side of this madness and we couldn't hear much noise in our room.

A slight drain and sewage smell in the bathroom.

The breakfast was very good.

I found it a bit strange that whilst there was a mini-safe in my room, I couldn't access it because I'd only paid for a standard room! I would have thought it would be in the hotel's interest to provide access to the safe to ensure that all guests' valuables (including passport) remained safe.

location was perfect and really close to transport links. Bed was really comfortable we slept really well here. The room was clean and a decent size. Great value for money, we would definitely stay here again if we came back.

One member of staff was rude to me and my partner. We arrived before check in and requested to early check in but there were no rooms at that time which was absolutely fine, we stored our luggage and went for a walk. We came back at 2:45PM (check in is at 3PM) and asked to check in to which a woman said no rooms were ready yet even though me and my partner saw many other people checking in. We approached a different receptionist to ask to check in and he said our room was ready and we could check in. The woman we originally asked was stood at the other end of the desk laughing.

Great location and room. The room was clean and to a very high standard, we were located on the top floor and it was completely silent at night. The hotel is located really close to Alexanderplatz with plenty of transport links to the rest of the city and beyond, there's also lots of food and drink places nearby to experience too.

The bathroom has a stupid glass door which really limits the amount of privacy you actually get, a regular door would be much more sensible.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It's very close to Alexanderplatz, BCC, S-Hahn, U-Bahn etc. The breakfast was quite substantial. The only missing thing thing was hot oatmeal, but it's OK. The staff was very polite and helpful, although I didn't need a lot of their help, as everything was organized in quite a good manner. There was a kettle, tea bags and some instant coffee in the room, which was a pleasant surprise.

The radiator in my bathroom didn't work. The room itself was quite small, but I was travelling alone, so it fit me. The windows looked out on the road, so it was a bit noisy even with closed windows, but I got used to it.

Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Lovely sized room facing Alexanderplatz. Great shower. Nice smell in reception area, just a shame other public corridors etc didn't smell the same

Being disturbed by very loud banging one morning outside my room. Obviously, it was essential maintenance, but no warning or apologies were given. As a solo traveller, it was unnerving as it sounded like someone was trying to knock the door down. Being disturbed by housekeeping knocking on my door 5 times on my departure date. This should not happen as you can check out at 12:00

Hotel and room was very nice and clean. Room was a good size. Hotel was quiet and bed was very comfy! The hotel was close to transport links so could get anywhere in the city. Hotel was also within walking distance of several attractions such as TV tower and museum island.

The area of alexanderplatz is not the best, though it’s good for transport links there are nicer places to stay. Bathroom door was weird and difficult to close, was not very private when using bathroom!

The location is really good, next to the TV tower and to the station that takes you everywhere in the city in 10/15min. The bed is very comfortable and no noise from the outside. To access the floors of the hotel with the lift you have to have a key card which makes us feel a lot safer.

The thermostat did not work properly, the room was very hot and we could not cool it down. The window is very small and didn’t provide much ventilation. We were disturbed by an employee of the hotel who only spoke in German and could not speak English, we did not understand what he wanted as he couldn’t communicate with us. All the communication from the hotel via message was all in German , and we had to ask for an English translation, which we found strange as usually hotels communicate in English. Think the price is a bit expensive for the size of the room, room is very small.

The location is great, and rooms are just perfect with the necessary for the stay. The staff were very friendly but a bit lost sometimes with the indications around the city. Anyway, overall, all good.

Just a small note on the request for the accommodation, as per the confirmation we had booked 2 single beds and then on the arrival we found something different and they asked to stay like that for one night and we have to move the morning after. And I didn't like that the room was not made on a daily basis.

Very friendly staff. Large bar downstairs. Spacious room. Awesome location next to the Alexanderplatz.

One night, one of the guests was so drunk they smashed a beer bottle right on the floor outside the entrance. When I reported this to the front desk, they seemed to think this was mostly normal and OK ("he is a guest here, it's fine"). Allowing this type of behaviour makes other guests feel unsafe though. Perhaps stop serving alcohol when someone can barely walk anymore?
