Fantastic breakfast with variety of fruit and waffer maker. Hotel service very polite and professional. I loved that we could leave our suitcase for safe keeping. I am happy with the hotel

We had a room for 3 people and it was not big. And the double bed was comfortable, but the sofa not so much. In the end we stayed only 1 night so it was not a big issue. It might be though if you are staying longer.

Very tasty breakfasts, great location-close to everywhere, which matters traveling with a child, helpful staff.

Not working wifi for a few days, which we were not informed about. Fortunately, the next day it was repaired and if not for it, we could probably count on some compensation because it is a problem, but we could be informed even on arrival. Breakfast buffet should definitely be bigger for such a large hotel, because breakfasts are delicious but, for example, there was a long queue to make waffles, and we were at different suggested times.

I am so impressed with this hotel being a 3 star (I usually stay 4 to 5 star). The room is spacious, shower is fantastic and the bed is not only comfortable for sleeping but also super comfy to relax for a few hours and watch Netflix. Also, I was worried the outside traffic would be loud but not a peep. What really impressed me is the free breakfast and how generous they were with plenty of options for veggies/vegans. I would defo stay here again without any hesitation!

Nothing with the hotel! The one thing I would say is the location. You have to walk 10-15 mins to get food but that is nothing, as u can get things delivered!

The breakfast was excellent, so much choice. The room was a lovely size. Staff were lovely and helpful

The fan in the bathroom stayed on all night, kept us awake, Also we were in a disabled room which was fine, however the bed was extremely close to the wall with the disability alert alarm on the wall, which kept getting knocked by accident. Also, whilst a city hotel, a a very limited snack menu available 24hrs, it would of been nice to have a small menu of more substantial menu, after a long day, sometimes you just want to chill in hotel and eat. Not a fan of fast food in the room which lots of people did by the look of it.

Good location for BCC. Good size room with comfortable bed and very clean.

Despite advising the hotel that my flight was arriving at 07h25 and politely requesting an early check-in after travelling for almost 24 hours they made me wait till after the normal 15h00 check-in time. I am not convinced that it was impossible to prepare a room where someone checked out early. This would have improved my score had they gone to that little bit extra trouble.

Perks to the staff. They are extremely friendly and made everything very easy for us. The location has pros and cons. On the downside it is not on a very attractive area. You are in front of a 4 lane street with a tram stop. On the upside you are 5 mins away from Alexanderplatz which connects with all other metro lines in the city. You also have a supermarket (Netto) around d the corner if you need something to eat, water, etc. Breakfast was superb. Has all kind of options food wise of fresh food. Vegan and vegetarian options are included, just pay attention to the small signs. The room was extremely clean, no dust whatsoever. The showers pristine. That made me and my family very happy, since we had had bad experiences. Overall would totally recommend.

There is not much to complain about. Could of been slightly cheaper if we had booked much earlier, but I believe the price is fair. We booked with less than a month in advance.

This was the best hotel we have stayed in, in Berlin.We have visited many times to see family.The staff were wonderful, from the guys on reception, to the fantastic night time bar man and the lovely ladies who cleaned the rooms.The breakfast was great, plenty of choice, and the dining room staff very friendly and efficient. The beds were so comfortable and the room we had was spotless..It is hard to fault it.We saw some negative reviews and were a little concerned before we went, but truly, it is a really great hotel, enhanced by great staff !

The only small negative was the chaotic extremely busy breakfast, but that wasn't the staffs fault, more the customers, who pushed in, couldn't wait etc...If you get down there early or towards the end it's great

Bed is placed too close to the wall on one side, there is barely enough space to get up and sit with feet on the floor. Not enough storage space for clothes, wardrobe can fit only 5 hangers. Shower divider covers only half of the shower tray, so there is water everywhere. No fridge in the room. The room was cold, April is already “summer” season, so heating doesn’t work.

The room as really cozy and comfortable. I loved the breakfast the most. I was so very delighted to see so many vegetarian options in breakfast. I had made a request for vegetarian options prior to stay, not sure if it was because of the request or otherwise. But I have never seen such varied options for vegetarians like us. Totally loved it and definitely recommended anyway for all kind of visitors.

- very good Breakfast with a lot of variety - central location, though the room was very quiet (we took the garden view so we did not face the main street) - 2 different pillows per person - I think it is perfect for a short trip to Berlin but maybe not more than 2-3 days.

- the queen size bed feels a bit small for 2 people. Was also creaking a bit. - I think the shower needs some unclogging because the water flowed over quite fast - if you have a big suitcase its hard to find a place to put it in the small room - maybe somebody should check who actually payed for breakfast. No controls whatsoever.
