nice position, good quality/price ratio, reception open until late

the rooms are old but its ok, everything is functioning. the only issue is that they charged extra 5 euros as a tourist tax although it was already included in booking (and there was no info related to this extra payment when we made the booking)

Just clean but if you saw top of the bed a lot dusting, and also the windows dusting, floor dusting, the toilet and bed very tidy, specially towel and bedsheets very clean Thumps up.. I never know the breakfast excluding the amount, of the hotel, i think was free.

Very nice place at a very good price. The hotel is clean and tidy. Fast check-out process. Good access - a few meters from the hotel there is a metro stop. Safe neighborhood and friendly service. The room has a lot of amenities, such as: many possibilities of lighting the room - you can choose a stronger light or a softer one. In addition, clean towels, soap and bath shampoo are provided. A nice option was the possibility of two separate beds in one room. A nice touch was also a small kettle, which allowed you to prepare a hot drink by yourself. The rooms are on a chip, so you don't need to carry your keys with you, what is big facilitation.

There were traces of use of the room and cracked walls in some places. The hotel is showing its age. The service could be a little more attentive to the customer's needs and inform him about what was going on (during check-in, we learned that there were problems with the system by hearing a conversation between the staff - it would be nicer to say it, so that the customer would know why we are waiting so long). Similarly, if the client doesn't understand something, it would be good to give him a little more attention and explain it ;) But these are just minor flaws that don't affect the overall experience. Overall great! :)

I thing it's a very good option for a cheap stay for 1-2 nights. Near the centre, lot's of cool shops around, nice staff and comfortable bed.

The room could've been cleaner (not sheets or toilet, it was clean), but more like walls, carpet ect.

The place is well connected through U Bahn and just walking distance from the station. The room was as described.

There was some implicit charges for sparkling water left in room which was not mentioned during checking in.

The room is really spacious. The breakfast is really good and complete, the staffs are helpful. It has good car park & really reasonable overnight parking rate. The location is really good, near the train station (Bullowstraße) and its located near a lot of restaurants & supermarket (all in walking distance between 5-10 minutes)

The shower is only use curtain so it will get wet every shower and they dont give floor mat for the bathroom. The bed is 2 single beds when i asked 1 Queen bed size and the pillow is too soft

The location of the hotel is fine since there is very good transportation connection. I would like to share a little story from this trip: As I checked in and entered the room, the room seemed to be cleaned not long ago since there were many guests during the holiday. However, the room was not completely cleaned because all the used towels were piled on the floor and no new towels in the bathroom. After reporting to the reception, they immediately gave me another room, which was a small upgrade to their style room at the ground floor. The room decoration was totally different and was so modern that I couldn't believe it's in the same hotel. So, I would like to say that their staff is well trained and was able to handle any problem quickly with the best solution for the guests. This is very important and makes the experience so good.

After being upgraded to the stylish room, there was nothing to complain. Everything was clean like no one has used it before.

Hotel in brilliant location, direct metro to olympia stadium, we went to see Coldplay and couldn't asked for more than to have such an easy transport Overal hotel ok, clean, comfy beds and big room and got a great deal.Bathroom has soap and shampoo,very handy as we had only hand luggage., didnt try breakfast,cant comment,but edeka supermarket just few meters away and lots of places to eat around the area

I travel a lot around europe and few parts of usa as well,but this is the first hotel which did not have basic stuff like a kettle,or tea and coffee maker or mini fridge., been very disappointed about it and probably wont stay again because of this.in some of comments i read that u can borrow kettle from reception, but i think it shoube a standart. In arrival you have a bottle of water.again,its the first hotel where i had to pay for water,its 4 euro

Very friendly staff 👍 Excellent locked, private parking behind the hotel.👍 It is worth while the extra cost! After check-out, we were still allowed to leave our car at the parking for the day. Rather good location to reach main sightseeing destinations. Small, but clean bathroom.

Elevators were constantly acting up. One of three was pulling duty on our whole trip. Very weak wi-fi signal (we were the last room on the top floor, but still). The carpet in the room could use a thorough cleaning. It wasn't disgusting, but could be better.

All went smooth and good, great staff and nice view from the window. clean hotel room and nice location, subway is less than 3 mins walk.

- Curtains do not fully block the morning light. - elevators are very slow - I usually would like to sleep in the middle of a big bed, the mattresses kept moving apart and i would end up in a gap between. This made me wake up to push the mattresses back together. perhaps a big mattress would be a better idea than two single ones :)
