Good room size with comfy private bathroom, nice staff and an amazing breakfast. Its near to a subway station so its easy to move around the city.

Quite hot rooms, no air conditioner with a lot of outside noise from other hostels at night. So leave the window open was not so much of a choice.

Fantastic hostel. Our room was massive and super comfortable and the 1 euro coffee each morning was a nice addition. The hostel is really well located in terms of being able to access all the key areas of Berlin and close to public transport stops. The overall value for money for the location, size of the rooms etc was fantastic and would stay here again if came back to Berlin

A kettle or fridge in the room would be useful as there is no shared kitchen

The staff was friendly, helpful and available when we needed them. We did an early check-in and stored our luggage until our room was available. Our room was big, with new furniture, and very comfortable. We had a nice ventilator and some great curtains to keep the warmth at bay. We decided to purchase the vegetarian breakfast and were really happy with our decision. I can't consume dairy, but their breakfast buffet also had dairy-free and great vegan options for a great price.

The location, although quite close to the centre, you still need to go by the metro or light train. The metro station is the closest, but it was under construction and only connected to only one line of metro. The light trains were a bit of a walk away from the hostel but still manageable. Luckily, it was a very nice area with many restaurants and things to look around.

The hostel is located in a really cute neighbourhood with lots of cafés and restaurants nearby but at the same time the building is secluded from the main street so it was indeed quite peaceful. It was also just a 15 min stroll to Alexanderplatz so very convenient to access public transport. We slept on a double room and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options (including vegan!!) and worth its value (around 8€ per person). Staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. I'd definitely recommend the place!

Perfectly located with east access to trains to get around the city. The staff were all so wonderful. Very chill and approachable. The facilities were clean and the backyard area was great to just relax in of an evening or morning. The rooms are big and comfortable beds. The electronic lockers were wonderful. So nice to not need to use a padlock of my own.

It was very hot and there was no fan or anything to cool down and the sheets felt like flannelette or synthetic with maybe a synthetic mattress protector? Plain cotton would have been a bit cooler. Of a night we could open the windows to let air and open our door so it flowed in but otherwise it was very warm. Otherwise it wA such a wonderful stay :)

Best location ever. Easy from the airport and surrounded by great cafés/restaurants and everything is easily reachable since Alexanderplatz is at walkable distance. The personal is really helpful and friendly. Everything makes a really a good atmosphere.

Breakfast is really huge but for that price don’t except some marvelous products. But it’s good to know it exists even though there’re plenty of great cafés outside. Maybe a better accommodation in the showers where you could put your clothes/products. Curtains in the bed is really a great bonus. It should be everywhere now.

This hostel was an amazing find, and a very reasonable price considering the facilities they had. It had a communal area inside and out where you could happily stay for long periods of time to hang out with friends, and the drinks prices were very reasonable too at the bar. In the rooms, it was very clean, there were lockers for you to store your valuables and a shower which was running at a very good pressure. All in all, this was a great hostel, and I will be sure to go back again should I find myself in Berlin.

The only negative comments that I had were that I would have preferred fuller/thicker pillows and possibly an ironing board as I had to iron on the floor, but considering the price, these were just personal issues and yo be fair, my mates loved the pillows, so that just could be a personal issue with me.

Guenaro's treatment has been excellent. I could leave my suitcase in a room for as many hours as I needed. The breakfast was excellent. The cleanliness is amazing. The rooms have a closet where you can leave things and it closes with the same card you use to enter the room. There is a shower and toilet inside the room with a soap dispenser for both the sink and the shower. You can also have shower and toilet on the first floor. And in addition, there is a large garden with fun and comfortable furniture where you can enjoy your breakfast or during the day have a drink. The location a few minutes from Alexander Square. Ahhh, I forgot an important detail and that is that you can sleep at night because there is silence.

Nothing to say

Location was great, short walking distance from the U-bahn. My bed came with its own individual light socket to charge my tech devices. Bed was comfortable. Toilets and showers were clean. Security lockers were provided. Stayed in this hostel 6 years and glad to have returned to it again as I have had the same great experience as last time. Hostel staff were nice and accommodating. The hostel overall had a positive/good vibe to it.

Would be nice to have AC's in the dorms. Even with the windows open, the heat wave resulted to a very warm room, resulting me to sweat a bit more than usual. Other than that, no negatives, my stay went smoothly.

The room was delightfully spacious, and the right number of beds provided a comfortable feel. Both the rooms and bathrooms were impressively clean, and the bedding was truly cozy. Downstairs, there was ample space to relax and mingle with fellow travelers, and the staff were genuinely friendly. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the metro, making it a breeze to get around. The hostel's building itself has an iconic charm, and it's conveniently close to the renowned Tchoban Foundation.

It's a bit challenging for me to pinpoint any drawbacks. Perhaps the price, considering it's a hostel, might be slightly on the higher side. Additionally, having curtains around the beds for added privacy would be a nice touch, although I understand not everyone may prioritize this.
