Rooms were clean, size was suitable, the communication with the hosts before arrival went smooth, good location and facilities around, well working WiFi.

The inner yard was noisy all night long, would appreciate more towels, the instructions and code arrived one hour before check-in time (I am a planner, need to know before departure).

The property was in a fantastic location in Berlin, close to grocery stores, bars and restaurants. The property was also large and comfortable fit all 5 of us.

Unfortunately we had 2 issues with the property. Firstly, one of the bathrooms would get water stuck in the drain causing a horrible smell, however, this got resolved after someone came and fixed the issue. The second more major issue is that we were only able to have 1 hot shower a day. For 5 people staying there this meant that 4 people each day had cold showers. Limehouse was kind enough to refund us a portion of the amount we paid for the stay to compensate us for this, however, it certainly needs to be fixed for future groups that are wanting to stay at the property.

The location is incredible - a very short walk from the best shopping street in Berlin and there is a big supermarket a 2 minute walk from the apartment. The flat itself is lovely, bright, spacious, well kept, the interior decor is tasteful and modern. The building is nice with a courtyard and there is a lift. Toilets are equipped with a hair dryer, towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel and we even received toothbrushes and tooth paste. The kitchen has coffee, tea, cutlery and crockery. Check in with the code was super efficient as we landed late at night. I would recommend this apartment to any friend visiting Berlin, and I would 100% visit again!

No faults

The accommodation worked fine for our purpose despite a maintenance problem that happened in the bathroom but it was promptly contained. Very confortable and well equiped room located few minutes to tran/ metro stations and few minutes walking to Alexanderplatz and Berlin wall. Check in and check out information very accurate and the communication exchanged with host staff was done at high standards of professionalism.

I enjoyed the meticulous attention to detail, from the delightful Haribo gummy bears to the thoughtful provision of a to-go cup of coffee, toothbrush and toothpaste, as well as earplugs and a diverse selection of coffee and tea. The close proximity to both the metro station and Alexanderplatz was incredibly convenient. Additionally, having a non-stop store downstairs and a pub across the street further enhanced the overall positive experience.

Fortunately, we didn't encounter any significant inconveniences during our stay, and even though the drains seemed clogged at one point, we were able to address and resolve the issue ourselves.

Great location in an excellent area, close to a range of U-Bahn stations. Instructions for entry were clear. The apartment had a nice feeling and was very comfortable. A little more than a hotel room, a little less than a full apartment.

Shower head and taps need a bit of repair work, but bathroom overall was very nice. A few missing bits and pieces like batteries for the TV remote and a kitchen tea towel for drying dishes, but these are minor niggles. Also quite steep stairs to get to the third floor, but overall a very pleasant stay.

Spacious apartment, modern facilities, clean. Don't need to deal with anyone, just arrive and use the codes to open the doors, very 'no-contact' which we liked. Very central location, able to walk to most locations. Also close to the metro lines.

We were given 2 small blankets instead of one big blanket for the bed, a bit awkward. There is a metro line directly under the apartment, you will hear the train going by every 5-10 min. Isn't extremely loud, but noticeable. Fine for a few nights.

This location was great for what we needed. It is located in a super trendy area according my family that lives in Berlin. Has a great cafe just at the front of the rental for coffee and breakfast. Close to the train station and easy to access. The rental was very safe, we were in a rush to leave and didn't close the door tight and nothing was stolen when we returned hours later.

This specfic rental was a little dark as it was on the first floor and covered by a lot of trees.

Great location, easy telephone communication and got in early, good accommodations for a small family or 3-4 people. Nice to have coffee and tea already there.

The description to get in the building should be more exact. Should be more properly cleaned (the heating pipes were super dusty/dirty, a couple coffee cups and glasses were put away obviously not cleaned. The baby bed was great except that the mattress didn’t have a bed cover.

I really liked the location, easy access to everything, many cafes near by. The apartment was cristal clean!

A sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and there was an issue with warm water in shower - it was getting cold after 10-15min, and you'd need to wait for some time (maybe ~15min) to be able to get warm again, so you need to be really quick when showering.
