We only stayed one night. Overall everything was fine. We had slippers in the room which was good, but no bathrobe. We could pick them up at the reception though. We didn't try the hotel breakfast, as we had plans for brunching with friends elsewhere. But we also thought 29 euro pp is very steep. We also recommend parking in the parkhouse just right opposite of the Marriott (that one is capped at 15 euro max/day). Rooms are slightly dated and I personally never like rooms with carpets (not hygienic) but thats personal. Price/value is alright as the rooms are fairly spacious. The Marriott has a fairly large fitness and sauna area for a Hotel, however it is also accessible for people with a membership. That can make the wellness area busy. We didnt mind and it was not crazy busy either, but i can imagine other people would. Sauna area was fine and relaxing. (Pool and no textile sauna area are seperated)

no trash bags in the room/bins - sustainibility is a good concept, but we were travelling with a toddler, so yes, I need some plastic trashbag in the bins.

Great location for the river views from Skybar. Superb leisure facilities although pool photo is slightly misleading in terms of its size.

Our shower didn’t work and despite promises and assurances that it was fixed it actually wasn’t. Initially handled very poorly by reception team but thanks to some great work by Stefanie, my friend and felt as if our complaint had been handled with the courtesy and due diligence it required. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice and very good staff in the Skybar. Staff in the reception bar not quite as receptive or capable of meeting customer ambiance.

The location near the river was very nice. We enjoyed a walk along the river when we arrived. And we loved having a drink on the 17th floor with amazing views of the river. However there weren’t many restaurants to go to around the hotel. We normally like to go out from the hotel in the evening. Our room was very nice.

Our shower was very good when it worked. It wouldn’t always change from the water flow to the bath over to the shower. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t. I had to go down to the Swimming pool for a shower on our final morning. At breakfast I felt the choice of eggs was disappointing. Boiled eggs or very solid scrambled eggs. The other breakfast choices were very good.

The hotel is located at the bank of the Rhine river and the view from our room was out of this world. The description doesn't mention Sauna but they have an amazing sauna. The bar is pretty good as well.

The elevators take forever to come even though they had 4 of them. The one for the SPA are separate and they even take longer. The schandellier at the arrivals look cheap with half of the plastic balls collapsed and there were thick spider web not cleaned in years.

My work experience in Bonn was enhanced greatly by the experience at the Marriott Hotel - Bonn. The staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant. The room allocated was comfortable and corresponded to what I booked, with no substitution as some hotels do in the last minute. The location is perfect for a walk into the city along the river and is also close to the tram stop. Taxis are available at short notice. I enjoyed quiet sleep and a great view of the river and the meals provided at the restaurant were great.

The restaurant can benefit from a wider selection on it's menu.

Perfect location for a meeting at the World Conference Centre Bonn as it is just next door. Easy to get to the hotel on public transport from Bonn or Cologne (stop at Bonn Gronau UN Campus train station) and a lovely walk along the river into Bonn city centre. The rooftop bar has amazing views and good service. The room service was very efficient too (much quicker than in the restaurant on the ground floor.)

I did not try the breakfast or pool so cannot comment on them. I was happy with my stay, but a bit more light for evening work in the room would be helpful.

Thank you for the room upgrade to river view, lovely birthday cake and card in the room!! Pool hours were generous and kids allowed any time. Fitness open 24hrs - we used both multiple times. Clean, friendly and while we didn't eat at the hotel, the selection looked good, decently priced and we'll have to check out the roof top bar next time!

Would have been nice to have towels available in the spa area...often only 1 or no towels available.

Sauna area was nice. Pool for people with bathers, separate from naked section, good for kids. Nespresso machine and fridge in room. Easy check-out, drop cards in box.

Room was too hot so we took out the duvet and used the cover. No temperature control. Breakfast was 29 per head, so gave that a miss. Parking under building 25 per day. Parked out front but got a 35 ticket one night.

Excellent location. In the Museumsmeile near the excellent museums and in the former Regierungsviertel. Close to the Rhine - you can walk along the Rhine into Bonn town centre. Excellent public transport connections. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great bars and restaurants.

Everything was great.

We loved the room. The bed was very comfortable and there was a lot of space. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, there was a lot of variety. Also the spa facilities were really good.

There is nothing that we really disliked. I would only say that when doing the check in we didn't really get information about the swimming pool or the breakfast and we had to find out by ourselves.
