Great location (literally in the heart of Bonn, by the Rhine), very kind and attentive staff, comfortable bed. I appreciated that the room and the entire hotel was very clean and tidy. I also liked that there was a little swimming pool where you could go for a swim anytime between the morning and late night, and a gym 24/7. And thanks for storing my luggage for the afternoon after checking out!

Location is excellenrt, and so is the purpose built facility - nice lobby, great halls and restaurants, spacious rooms, good garage with lobby access. Staff is very friendly and efficient

A big group came to the hotel for a convention of some kind - extremely rude and noisy, specailly in the breakfast room - hotel staff was not able to controll them, even though they really bothered the other guests during breakfast, cocktailing in groups among breakfast tables and being extremely loud. Unacceptabel behavior by guests and unacceptable leniency by staff. Otherwise, everything was excellent

Location. Great hotel. Booked with a secret deal and got a nice discount. If not I wouldn’t have booked it. Nice rooms. Not much to complain. Also really liked the desk in the room and good wifi. Ideal spot for people working.

The room was too hot, not sure how. Windows were open. Radiators were cool. So, first night when everything was closed on arrival we suffered a bit, second night after the room was cooled by us, it was better. But still a bit warm. The breakfast is insanely ridiculous expensive, we payed 27 euros per person, way above average.

The room is very nice because we got a river view, clean, and good to sleep, the size of the room big enough. And I got the balcony also. The bed that i got was quite big (King size) and I slept well. Coffee machine nice also. The staff is quite nice and the breakfast is also good with value 8 if I can rate it, but still needs to make more variants of food. I was not going to look around during my stay because I had arrived almost midnight and left the hotel about 8:00 AM. So I did not go to any attractions in Bonn city. Hope you can enjoy your stay at the Dorint hotel for business.

Perfeckt!!! New renorvated Superior room with a balcony was STUNING!!! So modern, clean and comfy! Bathroom also soooo niceeee!!! The room is way more beautiful in real life than on a pictures! The only thing missing was a fridge. We didn't mind that we didn't had it because our stay was short, but for people who staying longer it would be great if the room had a fridge. We will be back for sure! Thank you!!! 👏🫶

Sirs I note there was a charge to my account on the 16 June of £114.06. What was that for please? Not the charge for an additional bed was it? We didn't need an extra bed because you kindly found a twin bedded room for us. Thanks David Gellatly

We were pleased that our room request was fulfilled and found it very spacious and comfortable with great views. At breakfast we found a good choice of hot food available, very good filter coffee and a good choice of cereals, meats and cheese.

We were surprised that no milk was provided in the room to go with the tea and coffee making facilities. We were also a bit surprised at the changes to the breakfast buffet eg no orange juice on the counter after a few days - had to be ordered from the serving staff. Also the bowl of fruit salad was limited in selection but later in our stay even this option was no longer available. We also noticed that the bread selection was progressively reduced during our stay.

The central location was just perfect. Right next to the Rhine river and everything, like for example the Beethoven house, was at walking distance.

There were no disappointments, just that perhaps you should know that parking at the hotel is 3 euros per hour, or 25 euros for an entire day. Slightly cheaper parking is available closeby, for about 2 euros per hour.

Very good location. The staff was rather friendly and very professional. The swimming pool was very good.

I would expect some place in the bathroom to hang the wet suits after using the swimming pool. There was very limited space for hanging both towels and swimming suits in a family suite, i.e. it is expected that the guests in this room will be more than two.
