Check in was fast and efficient. The location was very central and underground parking, even if somewhat expensive (€26 per day), was very handy. Breakfast was excellent. Also liked the fact that you could open the windows for fresh air. Tablet in the room with all sorts of information.

Not major issues, but still: Poor ventilation in the bathroom after showering. Complicated thermostat. Only a kettle and tea bags in the room, no coffee. TV supposedly offered a wide range of channels, but many, eg. BBC, CNN we’re not available.

Top notch stay! Walking in the girls in the reception were absolutely fabulous, helpful and welcomed us with a big smile! The hotel is as good as it gets. Nice gym, basic but ok swimming pool, and a killer sauna. What more to ask

They didn’t informed me that I have to pay extra for the hotel parking. Not that it would change anything but it would be nice to inform that is not free! Sauna open at 17:00! Have it running earlier guys!

The hotel is very good located, therefore it was easy to walk through the city centre from it.

It was a bit hard to get to by car, a lot of one ways that made it more difficult. Also, the initial booked room was not exactly the same with the one we got. Nevertheless it was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel very efficiently run.

The bathroom in 119 was very well designed, but neither the wash-basin plug nor the match of the shower-head to the wall fitting worked. Although I managed to make the shower stay in one position, the room cleaners understandably failed to do so and left it hanging in a fitting that (?) pre-dated the newer shower head?

Location: proximity to river banks, to city center and transportation.

Lack off a package for guests with cars inclusive of a special parking fare. With the hotels private parking an electric car charger would be welcome. A little bit expensive if we consider that breakfast is not included.

The bed was extremely comfortable (which is personal of course): not too hard and not too soft and with great duvet, pillow and linnen. Room was fine otherwise. Breakfast had good choice and good quality and I liked the availability of a parking garage directly under the hotel.

Minor things: staff talking English to me, although I spoke German to them. The shower was in the bath tub, which I do not like.

the rooms are very spacious, beds are comfy, the location of the hotel is perfect just on the banks of the Reine River. Parking access is very good but they charge € 26 /day, I think it's quite expensive.

I stayed 3 nights there, housekeeping didn't replenish amenities neither water nor coffee and tea. It's a disappointing who use the coffee as a eye opener.

We had a lovely large and comfortable room with a partial view of the Rhine. Our room overlooked the courtyard so it was very quiet at night....no traffic noise. Everything about the room was perfect. Also close to a Vietnamese and a Chinese restaurant and within easy walking distance to the centre of the city.

Location was great! The hotel's facilities exceeded my expectations. The highlight for me was the fantastic sauna. After a long day of sightseeing, nothing beats a relaxing session in the sauna. And staffs are very friendly.

While the hotel's carpet and furnishings may show signs of age, they are still well-maintained and do not detract from the overall experience.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean, location is very good as it's near the centre and also by the river, so easy to get around town. The staff are wonderful and very friendly.

Needing to buy water for the room every night, as they aren't provided upstairs.
