The location was very convenient and it only took 10 minutes walking to get to the city center and on the way you can see the windmill. It was also very close to the main train station as well as some tram stations, which facilitated the use of public transportation. The room was perfectly sized and clean.

The shower was elevated, meaning when exiting the shower there was a step. I almost fell and hit my leg on the heater. It was also a little difficult to find, but that was probably because I didn't know the area.

Friendly and helpful staff

There was some confusion on our allocated room, entered to find other people's belongings in the room, it was a bit of a shock and left immediately and went straight to reception to report it and were given another room, the receptionist saying we were upgraded ... it was a rather larger room and over the busy street, ear plugs were given.

The breakfast was good and the people who worked there were nice and the reception also. In 5 minutes we were walking into the centre and there was a lot to do (shops, restaurants and bars). Nice town.

I was in an apartment and it was to big for two people to stay there, so the next time a room. But the apartment was nice. In the centre there are lot of people without a home, but they don't make a problem. But it is sad to see that they have to live like that.

The apartment was large and could house a family of four. It was very convenient for walking into the town centre. We avoided the breakfast option and so our overall stay was cheaper.

Staff didn't give me parking information on arrival, so I had already paid 6€ at another car park before finding out about the nearest cheaper one. Bremen is a lively town with lots of nightlife, which we could hear until 4am. Not ideal if you are not going out.

The hotel is not pretentious, the hotel lobby is currently under renovation, but it offers all the room and bathroom amenities we expect in a higher class hotel. You are greeted with a bottle of water and tea and coffee, in addition to a fridge, stove, cupboards, TV (although I didn't use it), there is also a working kettle for water and a hairdryer. Everything in the room is functionally distributed. Walking distance from the heart of the old town (one of the most beautiful cities in Germany).

- The room was absolutely gorgeous and modern. Everything worked and was spacious enough to house 3 people, let alone one. - The price was around £76 per night which was so cheap in comparison to what I was getting. - Location is right in the middle of everything - Shops, Landmarks, Sites to see, parking and even the trains. - Staff were very welcoming and friendly and always ready to have a chat.

- Rooms can be cold if you don't use the radiators which can be hidden behind the curtains. Would recommend searching the entire room for all the included gadgets/extras to ensure its used to its fullest - Having to leave (Not a problem with anyone I just enjoyed my stay so much that I didn't want to go home :D )

Location - 5mins walk from Train station. Convenience stores all around. Restaurant & fast food around. Nice walking distance (10mins) to tourist spots. Rooms are a bit smaller than expected but sufficient for a solo traveller and the bathroom is just about enough for a single person but must admit i liked the compact planning

Iron/garment press facility in room was the only missing aspect.

Great place, super clean, good amenities (kitchenette, towels, comfortable beds). The staff was great and so was the location. It might be bit dated but it is clean and comfortable. I loved the corner unit on the 5th floor, it was bright and spacious.

The internet was not working well. As I was in a middle of a family crisis and needed reliable access to zoom it was stressful but I went to sit in the lobby and eventually the amazing staff gave me a room closer to the server (I guess) where the internet was working fine. But I did stay in the upper level apartment which was much more spacious and bright. Shout out to the staff. The location can't be beat.

Great location, clean room so quiet and well equipped, the stuff so nice to give us all information we need to go around the city also the room has great mattress for a god rest all night long

the fact that the breakfast is some kind of expensive todays most of the chain hotels offer free breakfast in our case we think is over priced

The business suite / family room was very spacious and included a small fridge and hob (which we didn't need but would be great if staying more nights). The beds were comfortable and bathroom a decent size. It was 3 minutes walk to the train station which was perfect for our trip. Breakfast buffet was really good, it wasn't cheap but children were free so it worked out good value. Staff were courteous and helpful. It was a little hard to navigate around and there was no air conditioning so maybe not good in very hot weather, however our room was still comfortable on a hot day.

Fan or air conditioning for hot days, so you can close windows onto a busy / noisy road.
