I liked the Breakfast as it was a good selction, my room was very nice I liked the retro and moden touch and I loved the shower, the water was hot and not luke warm as it happends a lot in other hotels.

I was not happy when I tried to check in as I felt like that it was a chore for the Recptionist to deal with me, plus she did not pay attention to me when I had problems with checking in. I know that when there are a lot of people trying to check in at the same time, can be stressful, however dealing with all customers as the same time gives one the feeling not wanted. May I suggest to have more than 1 receiptionist at the counter. I also did not like that she hardly spoke any German, I can speak english, but there are a lot of Germans who only speak German. I also did not like that the parking was so expensive

Sound proofing in rooms wasn't great, so we got disturbed with other guests coming in the early hours (which isn't unique to this hotel) The blinds in our room kept it cool, but not great for keeping light out one of our rooms didnt have a hotel Breakfast was £22 (£66 for 3 people...), which is really expensive, so we didn't try it I checked in online through the email sent to me but then had to fill in another form when I arrived. It was a shame we couldn't experience the roof terrace, As it was being renovated.

Great location, great vibe when you enter the lobby. Staff is really friendly. The room was spacious. Bed comfortable. It was really quiet (we were up on the 9th floor). We had a great one-night stay and I'd definitely stay again if back in Dusseldorf.

The only weird-ish thing is that the toilet/shower have fogged glass walls (with a curtain that pulls around the shower wall for added privacy). You can't "see" everything but you can see some. Probably okay if you're staying with your partner (I was staying with my good friend). I guess if you're sharing a hotel room with someone, you are already pretty familiar with each other, haha. I thought the breakfast was pricey at EUR 24 (a continental breakfast + scrambled eggs and bacon, etc...not a kitchen taking requests) so we went out to eat.

A wonderful stay, with a breathtaking view. The room is very comfortable, with a wonderful view over Dusseldorf. The shower has some very nice smelling bath products, and I liked that they even thought about a privacy curtain for the clear glass shower. The Marshall speakers were a great addition. Lighting and temperature is easily adjustable, and the overall decor and atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasing. Breakfast has an overall good selection. In the evening we were even allowed to take the cocktails in our room which was a very nice gesture from staff.

The pillows were not very comfortable, they fall within the cheap feeling and filling category, where there are clumps of material inside. I would prefer better pillows and a single duvet that covers the whole bed, rather than 2 single ones.

Location, decor, cleanliness, view.

Staff while mostly pleasant and helpful, seemed to come and go often leaving just one person to cope with the bar, check in desk and everything else. Some were more knowledgeable than others when it came to question about travel back to the airport etc. The self service coffee involves having to ask for milk and ran out of water twice. Self service water ran low too. It’s the second time out of three that we’ve booked a hotel with a rooftop bar only to find it closed. Booking.com should make it clear it’s shut if it’s shut. TV in one of our rooms had very poor reception.

The location close to the market and city center is very good. The hotel bar is extremely good. It serves also as a breakfast lounge. Rooms feature modern interior, with restroom implemented with matte glass walls and curtains. At first we missed old fashioned room furniture, but wide shelves at the windows were actually fine for baggage and our apparel.

We needed gwtting used to the room design, finally we liked it. At our arrival we were unable to add breakfast, the breakfast lounge being fully booked. But there are good breakfast alternatives close by. There were cold drafts in the lobby and close ro elevators, which are as if added to the building on the outside.

The aerospace feel of the hotel was really great, with lots of retro stuff on the first floor. I was surprised to see Marshall amps in the rooms, even for electric guitars! The staff was really nice, take care of you. You could practice on acoustic and electric guitars (which were in tune, which is not always the case, even in guitar stores!). As a musician, I really loved staying at this hotel and practicing with the guitars anywhere and everywhere to relax and wait for the rain to stop.

The shower door had a problem with the insulation seal, which caused water to leak outside the shower. The hotel is located in the center of Düsseldorf, which is really inconvenient to find parking spaces outside.

The staff were very friendly and happy to help, really nice people. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are amazing with a lot of little surprises (the blinds are electric, you're supplied with a cool Bluetooth speaker...and the rest I'll leave for you to find out). Location is great, within walking distance of U-Bahn, train station, Old Town and Little Tokyo.

Only downside was the rooftop bar was closed, however it's very understanding as the weather was sunny one minute and raining the next.

Perfect location to get around the town, I particularly like the market, which is only minutes away. The breakfast is all fresh and tasty and made a pleasant change from the fried breakfast's I tend to go for, when travelling!! The restaurant adjacent to the hotel, is very good, but popular, so gets very busy. Found a place called 'Alex', that's about a 10minute walk, which was also very good, for lunch/dinner. Staff(Ruby Luna), were all super friendly and very helpful and thankfully all spoke perfect English, to my extremely limited, German.

I also stayed here for the NY, again a great trip, perhaps they could have had a few more staff, on duty, as it was a little chaotic, around the bar, NY eve. But all said and done, I took my drinks to my room and watched the fireworks, which had a great view of the city.

The room was clean and comfortable. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Really cool idea is that you can take for free a guitar to your room and play! The shower was amazing! The breakfast was very nice and the coffee was very good.

The hotel does not have parking spots. So the closest place to park your car is a Qpark. I understand the hotel is located in the city center and there may not be parking spots, however a nice discount for parking in Qpark for hotel guests would be highly appreciated.
