Awesome location a 10 min walk away from main tourist attractions ( KonigsAllee , Old Town and going in the opposite direction the funky neighbourhood Bilk . Also very close to the 2 business districts . Extremely friendly reception staff , diplomatic and efficient in calming down guests during a little technical emergency ( hot water system ) Big room, renovated bathroom, great WIFI ( that's not always a < given < in Germany ..) Two major supermarkets within a 500 m radius

No hot water during our stay , 6 days taking cold showers was a big inconvenience . It appears this was a force majeure, hot water pumping system was broken and fixing it took a few days . There was no mini freezer in the room though this was part of the features listed in room description . I also think this hotel though really nice and welcoming creates too high expectations when defining itself as a 4 star. This raises expectations too high and could trigger guests' disappointment. Probably 3 star would be a more accurate fair description.

This hotel is really comfortable and a good value of money. If one gets this at a good price (mine was 39 pounds a night), for a double bed and a bathroom with a bath with air conditioning - then it is absolutely worth it. While one might say that this is the absolute lowest standard - Germany's hotels around this price does not have most of these amenities. Location-wise it is quite near to the station, around 15 mins walk and next to the main road. As well as a very good distance to Dusseldorf's promenade - the main benefit is that it is not located in a shady area and there is people about from the bistro bars nearby. Dusseldorf is a good place to stay to commute to Cologne and Bonn (especially if their hotels aren't as good at their price) so this place is quite great.

Wifi was a little slow.

a) Perfect for short stays, it has everything that a transit traveler needs b) Easy to locate and well-connected with Uber and near to public transport and good restaurants c) Nice big rooms. d) Towels, nice shower gels in the bathrooms e) Had a sound sleep with comfy beds and could checkout at 4 a.m for our next flight which perfect

a) It doesn't have an iron in the room b) Swipe in-card system in doors was a bit old Deducting 2 marks overall as it claimed to be 4 star but its actually should be a 3 star as the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, & nobody going to come to help you with big luggage etc. But you are also not paying for a 4 star isn't it ? ;)

This hotel offers excellent value for money. We booked a spacious studio that was clean and comfortable. Although the bathroom could use some renovation work, it was still in good condition and more than sufficient for our needs. Additionally, the breakfast provided was also good. Considering the price, we believe this is the best hotel in the Dusseldorf city center area.

The staff was friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. Location is great, 10-12 min walk from the train station and 10 min walk from shopping arcades. Some good restaurants are a stone thrown away

The water in the bathroom runs in sensor. At one point in time, it started running by itself during the night, although there was no movement anywhere around the sensor, waking us up.

i loved the fact that we were very centrally located with supermarkets very close to the building, also the koningsallee was within 2 minutes of walking from the hotel

First of all, the staff tried their upmost best to help us with all of our questions! They were really nice and really tried their best. But i feel like the staff could be trained more on nice restaurants and bars in the city.

The location was very convenient and the property was clean.

There was no warm water in the shower any of the days of our stay. It was impossible to be transferred to another room, however the stuff was very willing to help and we finally got a partial refund for this inconvenience, which please us a lot.

The staff showed us great hospitality and were very nice and friendly.

There is the description on booking show that there is a bath in each room, but it was not in our room. However, even though they were nearly fully booked they managed to fix a room with a bathtub. They were very professional.

Very comfortable beds and good location in the city. Quiet rooms. Enjoyed the availability of a nice bathroom.

There was a balcony in the room, but it was not allowed to go out on it as there were renovations planned. This was not a big problem - the view from the window was good as it was.

Hotel was very near to everything very central staff couldn't have done anymore for you if they tried,very helpful and friendly each and everyone of them room was very clean and comfortable definitely will be back again soon

only problem I had was my stay was not long enough Hotel was perfect can't say 1 bad thing about it or the staff
