The hotel was was very helpful and accommodating. The location is amazing walking to all the great spots in Dusseldorf possible! The room was large and the beds very comfortable. Wifi was perfect for streaming.

Parking and access to the front of the hotel. The parking in garage is tiny and extremely narrow! There is limited access and no EV charging. I recommend parking 2 blocks away for same money per night and has more space and EV charging. The AC didn't cool the room at all. The front of the hotel is on main through fair so very hard to get into drop off/pick up area.

The location of the hotel is good, being close to the Konigsallee and with the tram stop outside it is easy to get to from the train station. There is an Underground station across the road too so it is very easy to travel around the city. The hotel is very well presented in the public areas and the restaurant is also very smart. We had breakfast each day and it was really good. As well as hot food there was an excellent cold buffet offering too. Our room was well appointed with an excellent coffee machine and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern, having everything we needed, including a hair dryer. The staff were friendly and also very helpful when needed. We really enjoyed our stay and will use the hotel again the next time we visit Dusseldorf

The highlight was the wonderful oriental lady who managed the buffet breakfast area and her colleagues with friendly smiles. We stayed on 8th floor which links older with newer part of the hotel. Terrific views looking north towards the alt staďt/old town district and Konigsalle. Dusseldorf people very friendly especially when you take time to say Guten Tag. 8 minutes walk to tourist area for restaurants and bars and the transport system is superb 👌

The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were on the whole very helpful. The bar and entry lobby were very welcoming. The hotel was ideally positioned for visiting the city and the Christmas markets. Local public transport was excellent. The fridge in the room was very welcome. The hotel breakfast was very good value. We took the train to Cologne for a day to visit the Christmas market.

Two single duvets on a double bed do not work well for us and we did not sleep particularly well. An alarm went off early morning but no one came up to the area to see what had happened. Our phone was not working in our room. There was a coffee machine in the room but no tea making facility. The lack of transport to Weeze Dusseldorf airport late at night and early in the morning added some stress to the holiday. We had to use a taxi which added to the cost of the holiday.

Have used this hotel several times when visiting family. It is well located for attractions and is next to the UBahn station and tram stops.The hotel is nicely appointed and the staff are friendly and helpful. They even offer guests the use of umbrellas when it is raining. Our rooms have always been clean, comfortable and come with all of the toiletries needed, plus an excellent coffee machine. The breakfast is superb with lots of alternatives

Located right next to Königsallee, 12 minutes walk from the old town. A subway station is located right next to the exit of the hotel. Hotel staff was polite, responsive and helpful. Room was very clean and was cleaned every day. Good breakfast, many dishes. A small gym and a bar are available. International stations on TV.

There are not many shops and restaurants in hotel vicinity. My room was very small, the bathroom was tiny. Lighting in the room was not sufficient. I had to reconnect WIFI every time I entered the room. Sauna was not working when I visited.

Location is very convenient for the city, good sized rooms, well furnished and serviced. Very comfortable for a city stay. Good value too.

One small issue...the safety deposit box in our room was not working and we informed reception on arrival, who said someone would fix it the following day - however this was not fixed during our stay, which was very inconvenient as we had to carry our passports and valuables around with us all the time. Other than this, there was nothing we didn't like.

Cousy atmosphere of hotel lobby, very big selection of tasty food at breakfast, helpful staff at reception (dropped my laundry as urgent even when I was late with deadline in the room service) and at lobby bar. Comfortable and stylish room. Great location nearby Altstadt with famous shops and restaurants. Will be back again!

Maybe too long repair of second elevator - 3 days starting from Monday, the line to enter our 8th floor was a bit long) Unclear parking ticket system.

lovely location, very easy access to public transport, excellent breakfast buffet, the warm food section also very good, the staff both at the reception and breakfast buffet are very nice and friendly. enjoyed my one night stay!!

the bedroom inside had another door locked apparently it was an executive room on the otherside so even though the stay at the room was super safe, it was kind of uncomfortable in the beginning to see that there is another door inside the room.

The breakfast was really good, hope there were more veggie options. The location was good, most of the places of interest were within walking distance including the train station.

Although the AC was on, the room would not cool down. No coin operated laundry, had to go out (not major). Having a microwave in the room would have been nice.
